A neural network predictor investigation is presented for analyzing vibration parameters of a rotating system. The vibration
parameters of the system, such as amplitude, velocity, and accelertion in the vertical direction, were measured at the bearing
points. The system's vibration and noise were analyzed for different working conditions. The designed neural predictor has
three layers, which are input, hidden, and output layers. In the hidden layer, 10 neurons were used for this approximation.

We present a comparative investigation of two opposite classes of self-assembled fibrillar networks. Ribbons and tubes having cross-sectional dimensions in the nanoscale can be formed in aqueous solutions of steroids derived, respectively, from deoxycholic (DC) and lithocholic (LC) acids. Rheological features distinguish energetic networks of DC ribbons rigidly fixed in cylindrical bundles and entropic transient networks of LC tubes weakly interacting in shear-sensitive suspensions. The two classes are characterized by their frequency sweep profiles, viscoelastic linear domains, scaling laws of the elastic shear modulus vs concentration, kinetics of formation of the networks, and their optical birefringence aspects. A theoretical context for networks of rigid fibers is used to account for the scaling exponents α in the G’ (and σ*) ∝C

A method based on laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) and neural networks (NNs) has been developed and applied to the identification and discrimination of specific bacteria strains (Pseudomonas aeroginosa, Escherichia coli and Salmonella typhimurium). Instant identification of the samples is achieved using a spectral library, which was obtained by analysis using a single laser pulse of representative samples and treatment by neural networks. The samples used in this study were divided into three groups, which were prepared on three different days. The results obtained allow the identification of the bacteria tested with a certainty of over 95%, and show that only a difference between the bacteria can cause identification. Single-shot measurements were sufficient for clear identification of the bacterial strains studied. The method can be developed for automatic real time, fast, reliable and robust measurements and can be packaged in portable systems for non-specialist users. 相似文献

The dynamics of a neural network model in neutral form is investigated. We prove that a sequence of Hopf bifurcations occurs at the origin as the delay increases. The direction of the Hopf bifurcations and the stability of the bifurcating periodic solutions are determined by using normal form method and center manifold theory. Global existence of periodic solutions is established using a global Hopf bifurcation result of Krawcewicz et al. and a Bendixson's criterion for higher dimensional ordinary differential equations due to Li and Muldowney. 相似文献

In this paper, we propose a discrete version of the following semilinear heat equation with absorption ut=Δu−uq with q>1, which is said to be the ω-heat equation with absorption on a network. Using the discrete Laplacian operator Δω on a weighted graph, we define the ω-heat equations with absorption on networks and give their physical interpretations. The main concern is to investigate the large time behaviors of nontrivial solutions of the equations whose initial data are nonnegative and the boundary data vanish. We prove a strong version of the Max-Flow Min-Cut theorem for countable networks, namely that in every such network there exist a flow and a cut that are “orthogonal” to each other, in the sense that the flow saturates the cut and is zero on the reverse cut. If the network does not contain infinite trails then this flow can be chosen to be mundane, i.e. to be a sum of flows along finite paths. We show that in the presence of infinite trails there may be no orthogonal pair of a cut and a mundane flow. We finally show that for locally finite networks there is an orthogonal pair of a cut and a flow that satisfies Kirchhoff's first law also for ends. 相似文献
