In the present work, wurtzite ZnS hierarchical microsphere nanostructures composed of nanowires were synthesized through hydrothermal method. The morphologies and microstructures of the as obtained wurtzite ZnS sample were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the diameter of the nanowires is about 10 nm, the length is about 500 nm, growing along the [0 0 1] direction. UV–visible spectroscopy shows that the band gap of the as obtained ZnS hierarchical microspheres is 3.4 eV. Room temperature photoluminescence measurements reveals a strong green emission peak at around 516 nm. The N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms experiment at 77 K exhibits that the surface area of the ZnS sample is 99.87 m2 g−1. 相似文献

The Banerjee-Majhi's recent work shows that the Hawking radiation and entropy/area quantum of the black hole horizon (EH) can be well described in the tunneling picture. In this paper, we develop this idea to the case o a de Sitter tunneling from the cosmological horizon (CH), and obtain the Hawking emission spectrum and entropy/area spectroscopy from the CH of the purely de Sitter black hole as well as the Schwarzschild-de Sitter black hole. It i interestingly found that the area of the CH is quantized by A = 4l 2 pl , as was given by Hod for the area quantum of -the EH by considering the Heisenberg uncertainty principle and Schwinger-type emission process. Also, we conclude from our derivation that the entropy/area quantum of the CH is universal in the sense that it is independent of the black hole parameters. This realization implies that, (at least) at a semiclassical level, the de Sitter gravity shares the similar quantum behavior as the usual gravity without presence of a cosmological constant. 相似文献

It is found that there exists a strong relationship between nuclear stopping and the ratio of different direction kinetic energy, and nuclear stopping can be replaced by the square root of the ratio of perpendicular and parallel total kinetic energy of fragments, and it can be used to extract information of isospin dependent in medium nucleon nucleon cross section. 提出一种基于统计窗的恒星连续谱拟合方法。该方法将恒星光谱划分为若干个统计窗,在每个窗口内根据信噪比选取一定比例的流量点,然后对选出来的流量点进行低阶多项式迭代拟合,从而得到连续谱。实验表明,与其他方法相比,该方法得到的连续谱更接近于实际连续谱。该方法对SDSS中除M外的各种光谱型连续谱的拟合均具有很高的实用性和鲁棒性,对于郭守敬望远镜(LAMOST)先导巡天恒星光谱的连续谱拟合同样具有非常好的效果。 相似文献

Exciton reflection of ZnSe single crystals with account for the effect of the surface electric field

The mechanism of formation of an exciton reflection band is analyzed using a multilayer model of the near-surface region of
ZnSe single crystals. It is shown that the appearance of a fine structure (a spike) in the reflection spectra at large damping
parameters of the exciton is due to the surface electric field and the Stark exciton effect. The exciton-resonance energies
and the damping parameters of free excitons for temperatures ranging from 12 to 100 K are determined by comparing experimental
and predicted contours of the reflection spectrum. The surface concentration of charged centers and the characteristics of
the space-charge region are evaluated within the framework of the model employed.

The spectral study of an optical modulator based on the frustrated total internal reflection is presented under static and dynamic conditions. An optical modulator based on macroscopic moving parts makes spectrometers voluminous and has low compactness. The use of static or quasi-static optical modulators, such as the one proposed in this paper, avoids these problems. The study under static conditions reveals that the modulator equalises the spectral emittance of a black body. The modulation efficiency is defined by comparing the modulator with an ideal square chopper. Study under dynamic conditions reveals spectral criteria that must be met in the design of the mechanical system of the modulator to shift the maximum value of the modulation efficiency to the desired wavelength. 相似文献

We obtain new properties of general d-dimensional lattice ferromagnetic spin systems with nearest neighbor interactions in the high-temperature region (1). Each model is characterized by a single-site a priori spin distribution, taken to be even. We state our results in terms of the parameter =s

k denotes the kth moment of the a priori distribution. Associated with the model is a lattice quantum field theory which is known to contain particles. We show that for >0, small, there exists a bound state with mass below the two-particle threshold. The existence of the bound state has implications for the decay of correlations, i.e., the 4-point functions decay at a slower rate than twice that of the 2-point function. These results are obtained using a lattice version of the Bethe–Salpeter equation. The existence results generalize to N-component models with rotationally invariant a priori spin distributions. 相似文献
