The direct transmission of digital baseband signals has practical significance in the field of Ethernet terminal connection, high-speed digital communication, data transmission of various types of information peripherals. The signal amplitude gradually decays while the transmission distance increases. Also the attenuation is proportional to the signal frequency, resulting in signal distortion and receiving error. It is a common method for digital baseband signal transmission to use pre-emphasis chip and equalizer chip to improve the transmission quality with a wide range of mature applications. This paper describes a new type of digital signal transmission method, as the receiver using analog-to-digital converter, instead of equalizer chip, to achieve the multi-level quantization of receiving time-domain data waveform. The waveform of the transmitted digital high and low level signal is sampled into multi-bit values. Then, the paper realizes adaptive frequency domain equalization based on soft threshold and makes use of multi-level quantization soft information for error correction. Error correcting code is mainly used to correct the error caused by the channel bandwidth limit, external noise or interference in the process of data transmission, so as to improve the stability and reliability of the transmission. The paper uses the two-stage error correcting codec system based on both Turbo and BCH coding, to achieve the high performance of Turbo code, and good characters of respond time and complexity. The transmitter outputs 12.5 MHz pseudo-random sequence through a 199.93 meter unshielded balanced twisted pair transmission medium. And the receiver circuit using a 62.5MSPS analog-to-digital converter over-samples the waveform to 8-level quantity. The output error of a 65536 bit pseudo-random sequence is less than 8 bits, and the error correction can be further improved by 8b-10b codec. Compared with the traditional pre-emphasis and balanced interface ICs connection, the method described in this article has the advantages of longer transmission distance, better flexibility and wider scope of use.  相似文献

A series of novel wholly aromatic copolyamides, poly(p‐phenylene terephthalamide)‐ran‐poly[p‐phenylene 2,5‐bis(allyloxy)terephthalamide] (APPTA‐x, x (=0, 5, 25, 50, 60, 75, 90, and 100) represents the molar fraction of allyloxy containing structure unit), were prepared via low temperature solution copolycondensation of p‐phenylenediamine, terephthaloyl chloride, and 2,5‐bis(allyloxy)terephthaloyl chloride. They were converted to the target copolymers, poly(p‐phenylene terephthalamide)‐ran‐poly[p‐phenylene 2,5‐diallyl?3,6‐dihydroxyterephthalamide] (CRPPTA‐x), through Claisen rearrangement reaction, as characterized by a comprehensive analyses of NMR, FT‐IR, gel permeation chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry. Although APPTA‐x had a poor solubility in common organic solvents, the rearranged products with high co‐unit contents, that is, CRPPTA‐60, 75, 90, and 100, were readily dissolved in m‐cresol, DMF, DMAc, DMSO, and NMP. The effect of these four polymers, used as sizing agents, on the interfacial adhesion between Kevlar fiber and epoxy resin was investigated by the contact angle method, X‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), and microbond tests. Compared with the naked fibers, the sized fibers displayed enhanced surface energy and roughness. The fibers sized with 0.5 wt % CRPPTA‐60 solution in NMP exhibited a maximum increase of 19% in interfacial shear strength. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Polym. Sci., Part A: Polym. 以为淀粉接枝引发剂,研究了接枝共聚单体对淀粉接枝共聚物(SGC)上浆性能的影响.首先通过实验对丙烯酸(AA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、丙烯酸乙酯(EA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)、醋酸乙烯酯(VAC)和丙烯腈(AN)10种接枝单体进行筛选,然后根据所归纳出的SGC浆料接枝支链的分子结构模型[1],探讨了几种组合共聚单体对其上浆性能的影响.实验表明,接枝单体对SGC浆料的上浆性能影响很大,多元化的单体组成有利于提高它的上浆性能.  相似文献

A production scheduling problem for making plastic molds of hi-fi models is considered. The objective is to minimize the total machine makespan in the presence of due dates, variable lot size, multiple machine types, sequence dependent, machine dependent setup times, and inventory limits. Goal programming and load balancing are applied to select the set of machine types and assign mold types to machines, resulting in a set of single-machine scheduling problems. A mixed-integer program (MIP) is formulated for the general problem but could solve only small instances. A single-machine scheduling heuristic is designed to adopt a production sequence from a travelling salesman solution. The start time of every cycle is determined by a simplified MIP. Production cycles are defined to equalize the stockout times of mold types. A post-processing step reduces the number of setups in the last cycle. Results using real-life data are promising. Characteristics giving rise to high machine utilization are discussed.  相似文献

The expansion of molecular diagnostics using nucleic acid technologies in clinical and public health practice has increased the need for appropriate reference materials and verified quality-control materials for quality assurance, test validation, proficiency testing and the development of new examination procedures. Good laboratory practice requires the use of reference materials to establish an examination procedure and assess the variability of the results. Reference materials are also required to assess the assay on a daily basis and to normalize results collected among different laboratories. Despite the growing volume, the rapidly increasing number of tests being offered, and the necessary routine use, certified reference materials are often not available. There is a wide range of human genetic bio-assays for which there are no available traceable certified reference materials. Several initiatives have been organized to provide well-characterized quality control specimens (e.g., cell lines) with known DNA mutations for use in diagnostics. Mutations are confirmed with bi-directional DNA sequence analysis, which is considered the reference examination procedure. In the field of personalized medicine, NIST has created and validated Standard Reference Material® 2399 for fragile X examinations. Herein we describe our characterization of candidate reference materials for Huntington’s disease genetic examination. Bi-directional DNA sequencing confirmed the size of the CAG repeat contained on each allele from patient derived materials. Amplification and capillary electrophoresis of the CAG repeats had an uncertainty ranging from 2.06%CV to 7.83%CV.  相似文献

采用两种常用的粒度反演方法——正则化和Chahine算法,对90nm与250nm单峰分布、50nm与200nm双峰分布、100nm与300nm双峰分布的模拟动态光散射数据,以及105nm、300nm标准颗粒的实测动态光散射数据进行了反演分析.结果表明:噪声水平的高低是影响粒度分布反演准确性的关键因素之一,反演结果的准确性随噪声水平的增加而降低,噪声水平超过某一阈值后,将无法得到有意义的反演结果;不同反演方法具有不同的抗噪能力,在低噪声水平下反演结果无显著差别,随着噪声水平的增加,反演结果表现出很大差异;正则化方法通过正则参数的选择可以有效抑制噪声影响,表现出强于Chahine算法的抗噪能力;与Chahine算法相比,正则化方法不需要假定初始分布,因此,在噪声较大的实验或生产过程中进行颗粒分布测量时,宜采用正则化方法.  相似文献

We consider the dynamic lot-sizing problem with finite capacity and possible lost sales for a process that could be kept warm at a unit variable cost for the next period t + 1 only if more than a threshold value Qt has been produced and would be cold, otherwise. Production with a cold process incurs a fixed positive setup cost, Kt and setup time, St, which may be positive. Setup costs and times for a warm process are negligible. We develop a dynamic programming formulation of the problem, establish theoretical results on the structure of the optimal production plan in the presence of zero and positive setup times with Wagner–Whitin-type cost structures. We also show that the solution to the dynamic lot-sizing problem with lost sales are generated from the full commitment production series improved via lost sales decisions in the presence of a warm/cold process.  相似文献
