The use of a zinc substrate as an electrode and the modification of its surface by means of a thin film of platinum-doped nickel hexacyanoferrate (Pt-NiHCF) were developed. The modification conditions of the zinc surface including the electroless deposition of metallic nickel on the electrode surface from NiCl2 solution, chemical derivatization of the deposited nickel to the NiHCF film in 0.5 M K3[Fe(CN)6] solution, and electrochemical penetration of metallic platinum into the modified film are described. The modified zinc electrodes prepared under optimum conditions show a well-defined redox couple due to the [NiIIFeIII/II(CN)6]1–/2– system. The effects of pH, the alkali metal cation, and the anion of the supporting electrolyte on the electrochemical characteristics of the modified electrode were studied in detail. The diffusion coefficients of hydrated alkali metal cations in the film (D), the transfer coefficient (), and the transfer rate constant for the electron (ks) were calculated in the presence of some alkali metal cations. The electrocatalytic activity of the modified electrode for methanol oxidation was demonstrated. The stability of the modified electrode under various experimental conditions was investigated.  相似文献

Cyclosiloxane and silsesquioxane-based ferrocenyl and permethylferrocenyl polymers have been used as mediators in amperometric enzyme electrodes for the detection of glucose. Biosensors have been prepared by electrostatically immobilizing the enzyme glucose oxidase (GOx) on electrodes modified with the polymers. The steady-state amperometric response of the sensors is investigated as a function of the applied potential and substrate concentration. The dependence of the sensors response on the structure of the siloxane-framework and on the presence or not of methyl groups on the ferrocenyl units is discussed.  相似文献

A (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation is obtained by use of Hirota method, which possesses N-soliton solution, specially its exact two-soliton solution is presented. By employing a proper algebraic transformation and the Riccati equation, a type of bell-shape soliton solutions are produced via regarding the variable in the Riccati equation as the independent variable. Finally, we extend the above (2+1)-dimensional KdV equation into (3+1)-dimensional equation, the two-soliton solutions are given.  相似文献

Effects of threshold value on detection performance of the modified amplitude-modulated joint transform correlator are quantitatively studied using computer simulation. Fingerprint and human face images are used as test scenes in the presence of noise and a contrast difference. Simulation results demonstrate that this correlator improves detection performance for both types of image used, but moreso for human face images. Optimal detection of low-contrast human face images obscured by strong noise can be obtained by selecting an appropriate threshold value.  相似文献

研究了部分相干高斯谢尔光束在大气湍流中的到达角起伏.主要采用湍流内外尺度的修正Von Karmon谱模型及广义惠更斯-菲涅尔原理和交叉谱密度函数推导出了部分相干光在大气湍流中的到达角起伏表达式.对比分析了湍流内外尺度、湍流强度、传输距离、源相干参数以及波长等参数对部分相干光在大气湍流水平路径上传输时的到达角起伏的影响.结果表明:随着传输距离的增加,到达角起伏越来越小;随着大气湍流内外尺度和源相干参数的增加,到达角起伏也越来越大;与部分相干光相比,完全相干光的到达角起伏受湍流影响很小;随着波长和湍流强度的减小,到达角起伏越来越小.  相似文献

Developing exact models of combustion instabilities is not an easy task to carry out and requires a great deal of time prior to obtaining success. The present study proposes a low-order model for pressure oscillations that does not require any knowledge of the systems, any new physical findings nor intricate details regarding its operating condition. This new approach is obtained using a Modified Van der Pol’s equation (MVDP) which is tuned by use of a Dual Extended Kalman Filter (DKEF) as a recursive estimator with perspectives in control by computer. This phenomenological model is used to predict the pressure signal from a variety of different combustors. Input data were taken from experimental cases such as a Rijke tube, a gas turbine and a liquid-fuel aero-engine combustor. Furthermore, a simulation considering high frequency oscillations to show the capability of the new approach is presented. In all cases, the results demonstrated the feasibility of applying the tractable model MVDP and DKEF running together to investigate pressure oscillations in practical cases.  相似文献

In this paper, a modified single-index signal regression (mSISR) method is proposed to construct a nonlinear and practical model with high-accuracy. The mSISR method defines the optimal penalty tuning parameter in P-spline signal regression (PSR) as initial tuning parameter and chooses the number of cycles based on minimizing root mean squared error of cross-validation (RMSECV). mSISR is superior to single-index signal regression (SISR) in terms of accuracy, computation time and convergency. And it can provide the character of the non-linearity between spectra and responses in a more precise manner than SISR. Two spectra data sets from basic research experiments, including plant chlorophyll nondestructive measurement and human blood glucose noninvasive measurement, are employed to illustrate the advantages of mSISR. The results indicate that the mSISR method (i) obtains the smooth and helpful regression coefficient vector, (ii) explicitly exhibits the type and amount of the non-linearity, (iii) can take advantage of nonlinear features of the signals to improve prediction performance and (iv) has distinct adaptability for the complex spectra model by comparing with other calibration methods. It is validated that mSISR is a promising nonlinear modeling strategy for multivariate calibration.  相似文献

The N-soliton solution is presented for a two-component modified nonlinear Schrödinger equation which describes the propagation of short pulses in birefringent optical fibers. The solution is found to be expressed in terms of determinants. The proof of the solution is carried out by means of an elementary theory of determinants. The generalization of the 2-component system to the multi-component system is discussed as well as a (2+1)-dimensional nonlocal equation arising from its continuum limit.  相似文献
