Two-Dimensional Rossby Waves: Exact Solutions to Petviashvili Equation

The two-dimensional (2D) nonlinear Rossby waves described by the Petviashvili equation, which has been invoked as an ageostrophic extension of the barotropic quasi-geostrophic potential vorticity equation, can be investigated through the exact periodic-wave solutions for the Petviashvili equation, while the exact analytical periodic-wave solutions to the Petviashvili equation are obtained by using the Jacobi elliptic function expansion method. It is shown that periodic-wave 2D Rossby solutions can be obtained by this method, and in the limit cases, the 2D Rossby soliton solutions are also obtained.     

Influence of Generalized (r, q) Distribution Function on Electrostatic Waves

Non-Maxwellian particle distribution functions possessing high energy tail and shoulder in the profile of distribution function considerably change the damping characteristics of the waves. In the present paper Landau damping of electron plasma (Langmuir) waves and ion-acoustic waves in a hot, isotropic, unmagnetized plasma is studied with the generalized (r,q) distribution function. The results show that for the Langmuir oscillations Landau damping becomes severe as the spectral index r or q reduces. However, for the ion-acoustic waves Landau damping is more sensitive to the ion temperature than the spectral indices.     

New Exact Solutions of Multi-component mKdV Equation

In this paper, new Jacobi elliptic function solutions of multi-component mKdV equation are obtained directly in a unified way. When the modulus m→1, those periodic solutions degenerate as the corresponding hyperbolic function solutions. Then, to the three-component mKdV equation, five types of effective solution are presented in detail.     

Study Hankel Transforms and Properties of Bessel Function via Entangled State Representation Transformation in Quantum Mechanics

In Phys. Lett. A 313 (2003) 343 we have found that the self-reciprocal Hankel transformation (HT) is embodied in quantum mechanics by a transform between two entangled state representations of continuum variables. In this work we study Hankel transforms and properties of Bessel function via entangled state representations' transformation in quantum mechanics.     

Multiple Jacobi Elliptic Function Solutions to Integrable Higher Order Broer-Kaup Equation in (2+1)-Dimensional Spaces

In this paper, we improve the method for deriving Jacobi elliptic function solutions of nonlinear evolution equations given in Ref. [12] and apply it to the integrable higher-order Broer-Kaup system in (2 1)-dimensional spaces.Some new elliptic function solutions are obtained.     

原子氢在Be(1010)薄膜上吸附的第一性原理计算

对原子氢在Be(1010)薄膜表面的吸附性质做了第一性原理计算研究.根据原子面间距的不同，可把Be(1010)表面分为两种.计算结果表明，原子氢在这两种表面上的吸附性质显著不同.为阐明和分析这些不同，系统计算和分析了Be(1010)薄膜的表面电子结构、电子功函数、平均静电势和局域电荷密度.这些物理量都自洽地表明，吸附过程中原子氢和表面铍原子间的电荷转移过程对于两种表面是完全不同的.对于L型表面来说，电荷由吸附原子氢向表面Be原子层转移，而对于S型表面而言，电荷转移过程恰恰相反. 关键词： 表面能 功函数 量子尺度效应     

多维耦合受迫量子谐振子的普遍解

50~250 keV质子入射SiC和Si靶时的电子发射特性研究

在中国科学院近代物理研究所兰州重离子加速器国家实验室测量了能量范围为50~250 keV 的质子入射碳化硅靶和硅靶表面的电子发射产额。实验结果发现,两种半导体靶材的电子发射产额随质子入射能量变化趋势均与作用过程中电子能损随质子入射能量的变化趋势相似。通过分析电子发射的能量来源,发现实验中电子发射产额主要由动能电子发射产额贡献,势能电子发射产额可以忽略不计。两种靶材的电子发射产额均近似地正比于质子入射靶材过程中的电子能损,比例系数B随入射能量略有变化。     

能动反射镜低频像差补偿能力分析

 采用Algor软件包并利用有限元法对37单元能动反射镜低频误差补偿能力进行了分析计算，确定了镜面厚度8mm，驱动器间距46mm，极头直径12mm等能动反射镜制造的关键参数。通过计算机仿真分析证明，基于这些参数所设计的能动反射镜可以对低频误差进行有效校正，校正精度的均方根值小于等于λ／８，从而可以为能动反射镜的制造提供理论依据。     

溶剂对香豆素343染料光谱性质和最低激发态偶极矩的影响

通过对香豆素343(C343)在不同溶剂中的稳态吸收光谱、稳态荧光光谱和时间分辨荧光光谱的分析,研究了溶剂对C343的光谱性质的影响,并获得了光谱特性与溶剂极性之间的依赖关系. 吸收光谱峰值的红移随着溶剂极性的增加而发生较小的变化. 然而,荧光光谱的峰值对溶剂的极性却很敏感,并随着溶剂极性参数f(ε,n)的增加呈线性增长. 这是由于C343激发态电荷分布的变化导致了它在极性溶剂中第一激发单重态能级的变化. 用溶剂效应测量法和量子化学计算方法确定了C343最低激发态的偶极矩,这两方法所得的结果一致. C343在不同溶剂中的时间分辨荧光光谱研究表明荧光寿命随着溶剂极性的增加而增加,即从甲苯溶液的3.09 ns线性地增加到水溶液中4.45 ns;荧光寿命延长的根源可归因于C343与氢键给体溶剂之间的分子间氢键相互作用.
