We have investigated creation of variable concentrations of defects on TiO2(110)-(1×1) sur-face by 266 nm laser using temperature programmed desorption technique. Oxygen-vacancy defects can be easily induced by ultraviolet light, the defects concentration has a linear dependence on power density higher than 50 mW/cm2 for 90 s irradiation. No observa-tion of O2 molecule and Ti atom desorption suggests that UV induced defects creation on TiO2(110)-(1×1) is an effective and gentle method. With pre-dosage of thin films of water,the rate of defects creation on TiO2(110)-(1×1) is slower at least by two orders of magnitude than bare TiO2(110)-(1×1) surface. Further investigations show that water can be moreeasily desorbed by UV light, and thus desorption of bridging oxygen is depressed.  相似文献

建立了牛肉中刚果红的检测方法。定性方法采用液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱对未知物进行质谱谱图库匹配,定量分析采用超高效液相色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱。牛肉样品中的刚果红经液液萃取净化后,采用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 Rapid Resolution HD色谱柱(50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.8 μm)进行分离,流动相为95%(体积分数)甲醇,流速为0.2 mL/min。AB 4000+三重四极杆质谱仪在电喷雾负离子化(ESI)及MRM模式下定量。结果显示,刚果红在0.03~1 mg/L浓度范围内,线性关系良好(相关系数为0.9998),精密度良好(RSD小于5%),回收率为88%~91%,检出限约为0.01 mg/L。本方法快速简便,重现性好,可以为牛肉及其他肉制品中刚果红的定量提供良好的解决方案。  相似文献

地面试验是先进高超声速飞行器研制的主要手段之一,获得满足高超声速气动实验研究的长时间高焓气流是发展激波风洞技术的关键难题之一.依据反向爆轰驱动方法,针对满足超燃试验有效时间的要求,讨论了爆轰驱动激波风洞运行缝合条件匹配、喷管起动激波干扰控制和激波管末端激波边界层相互作用等因素对激波风洞试验时间的制约及其相应的解决方法.应用这些延长试验时间的激波风洞创新技术,成功研制了基于反向爆轰驱动方法的超大型激波风洞,试验时间长达100ms,并有复现高超声速飞行条件的流动模拟能力.   相似文献

We report a 20-MHz proton nuclear magnetic resonance T1 relaxation study of cement paste hydration in the early stages of setting, using different centimeter-sized samples of cements of various origins and different water-to-cement ratios. In every sample, during the first few minutes of hydration, it is found that inverse Laplace processing of inversion-recovery measurements systematically exhibits at least two T1 values: a long one, around 100 ms, whose value correlates well with water content and which may be attributed to bulk water surrounding cement grains; and a short one, around 2 ms, which is quite insensitive to water-to-cement ratio and which may be attributed to water embedded in floculated cement grains before setting occurs. The time evolution of the longest T1 value for several hours is also shown to exhibit a characteristic five-stage behavior that is well correlated with known stages of the hydration process: initial reaction, induction period, acceleration period, deceleration period and slow hydration reaction. These results are compared with calorimetric measurements and electrical conductivity literature.  相似文献

Grating Projection method was used to measure the height distribution of dragonfly's wings in free flight. Then the fringe patterns on the dragonfly were recorded by a high-speed CCD camera. Since the fringe patterns recorded in such a way have poor contrast and brightness, Windowed Fourier Transform (WFT), which is insensitive to noise and fringe amplitude, was used to process the fringe patterns to extract the phase. Finally, the height distributions of dragonfly's wings in free flight were obtained by using the Weighted Least-Squares Phase Unwrapping method. A series of multiferroic materials with the compositional formula, RMnO3 (where R=Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy) were prepared by the well-known citrate sol–gel technique. After characterizing the samples structurally, a systematic investigation of elastic behavior has been undertaken and it has been found that the elastic moduli are increasing continuously with decreasing ionic radii of the dopant ion. Variation of longitudinal velocity with temperature for all the samples, over a temperature range 80–300 K has also been studied and the observed experimental behavior is explained using four theoretical models. It has been concluded that Lakkad's model explains the variation of Young's modulus with temperature in a better way than the other ones.  相似文献

In the present paper, the longitudinal dynamic flight stability properties of two model insects are predicted by an approximate theory and computed by numerical sim- ulation. The theory is based on the averaged model (which assumes that the frequency of wingbeat is sufficiently higher than that of the body motion, so that the flapping wings' degrees of freedom relative to the body can be dropped and the wings can be replaced by wingbeat-cycle-average forces and moments); the simulation solves the complete equations of motion coupled with the Navier-Stokes equations. Comparison between the theory and the simulation provides a test to the validity of the assumptions in the theory. One of the insects is a model dronefly which has relatively high wingbeat frequency (164 Hz) and the other is a model hawkmoth which has relatively low wingbeat frequency (26 Hz). The results show that the averaged model is valid for the hawkmoth as well as for the dronefly. Since the wingbeat frequency of the hawkmoth is relatively low (the characteristic times of the natural modes of motion of the body divided by wingbeat period are relatively large) compared with many other insects, that the theory based on the averaged model is valid for the hawkmoth means that it could be valid for many insects.  相似文献

采用X射线荧光光谱法(XRF)对第4代太空组和地面组丹参药用部分的元素种类和含量进行测定和对比分析,为航天育种中药材筛选品质优化的新品种及深入研究积累数据。结果表明,太空丹参元素种类没有变化,但Cu/Zn比值由地面组的0.68提高到1.0,Cr, Mn, Fe的含量分别提高了0.6, 0.5, 0.3倍,显示太空丹参多种元素指标明显优化。XRF方法简单快捷,具有测定元素种类多、含量范围广、灵敏度高的特点,可以从整体上对中药材的元素进行测定分析和研究。  相似文献

基于激光离子源的飞行时间质谱法作为一门新兴的成像方法,已经被广泛应用于材料、地质、环境、药物和生命科学领域中。但受限于光学衍射极限、聚焦透镜的焦距和数值孔径等因素,使其难以实现亚微米尺寸的高空间分辨率成像。近场技术的引入成功地解决了光学衍射极限的限制,将近场技术与激光电离技术相结合,可以实现对固体样品表面纳米级弹坑的剥蚀。此外,传统的质谱成像技术常常假设样品表面是平整的,忽略其表面形貌的高低起伏,但这往往会导致信号强度不稳定和成像假象。为此,不仅需要获得样品中的化学组成与空间分布,还需同时获得样品表面的形貌信息,才能实现多功能的原位表征。在自行研制的激光解吸/电离飞行时间质谱的基础上,采用近场纳米有孔针尖离子源代替传统的远场激光聚焦,以532 nm波长激光为第一束解析激光,355 nm波长激光为后电离激光,音叉式原子力显微镜控制系统针尖与样品之间的距离维持在近场范围内,对酞菁铜镀层样品表面进行了弹坑剥蚀实验,获得了直径为550~850 nm的弹坑点阵;并对7.5 μm×7.5 μm的标准酞菁铜网格样品进行了铜离子亚微米级的高分辨率成像;此外,纳米有孔针尖离子源作为原子力显微镜的一种变体,还可同时获得成像区域的表面形貌信息,这一结合优势大大拓展了质谱技术在微纳尺度下的原位表征能力。  相似文献

We have theoretically investigated the effect of applying longitudinal and transverse electric field on silicon carbide nanotubes with different orientations of Stone Wales defects. We found that each type of Stone Wales defects maintained different formation energy. We have also successfully proved that the orientation of Stone Wales defects in silicon carbide nanotubes response quite differently upon applying external electric field, whereas, two important and interesting phenomena were observed. First, the semiconductor-metal phase transition occurred in silicon carbide nanotubes as well as the three types of Stone Wales defects. However, clear band gap variations were observed in all silicon carbide nanotubes under study. Second, the band gap variations in pristine silicon carbide nanotubes and nanotubes with different orientations of Stone Wales defects have the same trend, even though all silicon carbide nanotubes have clear band gap values under different strengths of the applied external electric field. However, band gap tuning under longitudinal electric field is less significant compared to band gap tuning under the transverse electric field.  相似文献
