电化学阻抗谱(EIS)是研究电池的重要技术之一,但解谱模型不一致限制了其应用.为此,探讨了输线模型的阻力特征,提出其串联分支电阻和电容的比值Ri/Ci与电池荷电量(SOC)存在单调关系;并通过重新拟合分析文献中镍镉电池的阻抗谱数据进行了验证.结果表明,可以根据误差分析确定CR传输线模型的最佳结构,且Ri/Ci与SOC存在近似直线关系,并与电池质量密切相关.  相似文献

A sample pre‐concentration method based on the in‐line coupling of in‐tube solid‐phase microextraction and electrophoretic sweeping was developed for the analysis of hydrophobic compounds. The sample pre‐concentration and electrophoretic separation processes were simply and sequentially carried out with a (35%‐phenyl)‐methylpolysiloxane‐coated capillary. The developed method was validated and applied to enrich and separate several pharmaceuticals including loratadine, indomethacin, ibuprofen and doxazosin. Several parameters of microextration were investigated such as temperature, pH and eluant. And the concentration of microemulsion that influences separation efficiency and microextraction efficiency were also studied. Central composite design was applied for the optimization of sampling flow rate and sampling time that interact in a very complex way with each other. The precision, sensitivity and recovery of the method were investigated. Under the optimal conditions, the maximum enrichment factors for loratadine, indomethacin, ibuprofen and doxazosin in aqueous solutions are 1355, 571, 523 and 318, respectively. In addition, the developed method was applied to determine loratadine in rabbit blood sample.  相似文献

The water vapor line broadening and shifting in the ν1+ν2+ν3 band induced by nitrogen pressure are measured with Bruker IFS 125 HR FTIR spectrometer at the spectral resolution of 0.01 cm−1 for the line with upper states angular momentum up to 11. Line contour parameters are calculated using a semi-empirical approach extended by the use of empirical data to determine some fitting model parameters. We use the complete set of high accuracy vibration-rotation dipole transition moments calculated for all possible transitions using wavefunctions determined from variational nuclear motion calculations and an ab initio dipole moment surface. Calculated values of line contour parameters are in a good agreement with observed parameters.  相似文献

The dependence of water line broadening coefficients on the “good” quantum numbers − angular momentum and symmetry of the upper and lower levels − is analyzed for rotational quantum numbers up to J=50. Trends are investigated separately for P-, Q-, and R-branch transitions for the atmospherically important isotopologue of water. Results are presented which were obtained using two different methods: By averaging the broadening coefficients from HITRAN-2008 for small J values and also by averaging of data calculated using a semi-empirical method for higher J. The resulting air-broadening coefficients allow water vapor spectra with millions of weak lines to be calculated with an accuracy reasonable for many applications, for example estimation of sun radiation with low resolution. A new automated SPE‐LC‐ESI‐MS/MS method was developed and validated to quantify venlafaxine in human plasma using fluoxetine as an internal standard. The analytes were automatically extracted from plasma by C18 SPE cartridges, separated on a C8 RP column and analyzed by MS in the multiple reaction‐monitoring (MRM) mode. The method has a chromatographic run time of 4.0 min and a linear calibration curve over the range of 0.25–200 ng/mL (r >0.997). The between‐run precisions, based on the percent RSD for replicate quality controls (0.75; 80, and 200 ng/mL), were < 8.5% for all concentrations. The between‐run accuracies, based on the percent relative error, were < 4.0%. This method was successfully employed in a bioequivalence study of two venlafaxine capsule formulations (test formulation from Eurofarma (Brazil) and Efexor XR, reference formulation, from Wyeth‐Whitehall, Brazil) in 48 healthy volunteers of both sexes who received a single 150 mg dose of each formulation. More than 3000 samples were analyzed eliminating the analyst's exposure to hazardous organic solvents normally employed in off‐line liquid–liquid extractions. The 90% confidence interval (CI) of the individual ratio geometric mean for Test/Reference was 91.6–103.4% for AUC0–48 h and 102.2–112.6% for Cmax. Since both 90% CI for AUC0–48 h and Cmax were included in the 80–125% interval proposed by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Brazilian National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA), the test formulation was considered bioequivalent to Efexor XR according to both the rate and extent of absorption.  相似文献

A local dual of a Banach space X is a closed subspace of X that satisfies the properties that the principle of local reflexivity assigns to X as a subspace of X∗∗. We show that, for every ordinal 1?α?ω1, the spaces Bα[0,1] of bounded Baire functions of class α are local dual spaces of the space M[0,1] of all Borel measures. As a consequence, we derive that each annihilator Bα[0,1] is the kernel of a norm-one projection.  相似文献

A self-transverse immersion of a smooth manifold M8k in has a double point self-intersection set which is the image of an immersion of a smooth four-dimensional manifold, cobordent to P4, P2×P2, P4+P2×P2 or a boundary. We will prove that for any value of k>1 the double point self-intersection set is a boundary. If k=1, then there exists an immersion of P2×P2×P2×P2 in with double point manifold boundary and odd number of triple points. In particular any immersion of oriented manifold in this dimension has double point manifold cobordant to a boundary.  相似文献

Bayesian networks have become one of the major models used for statistical inference. In this paper we discuss the properties of the inner product spaces and concept class induced by some special Bayesian networks and the problem whether there exists a Bayesian network such that lower bound on dimensional inner product space just is some positive integer. We focus on two-label classification tasks over the Boolean domain. As main results we show that lower bound on the dimension of the inner product space induced by a class of Bayesian networks without v-structures is where m i denotes the number of parents for ith variable. As the variable’s number of Bayesian network is n≤5, we also show that for each integer m∈[n+1,2 n −1] there is a Bayesian network such that VC dimension of concept class and lower bound on dimensional inner product space induced by all are m. We give a stratification of the GIT quotient of the Grassmannian G 2,n modulo the normaliser of a maximal torus of SL n (k) with respect to the ample generator of the Picard group of G 2,n . We also prove that the flag variety GL n (k)/B n can be obtained as a GIT quotient of GL n+1(k)/B n+1 modulo a maximal torus of SL n+1(k) for a suitable choice of an ample line bundle on GL n+1(k)/B n+1.
