Charged Representations of the Infinite Fermi and Clifford Algebras

The real and quaternionic charge conjugation operators invariant under the infinite-dimensional Clifford algebra, or compatible with the Fermi algebra, are determined. There results a maze of inequivalent irreducible charged representations, all of which are non-Fock. The representation vectors and their charges admit two interpretations besides those of spinors or states of quantum fields: as wavelets on the circle, with charge conjugations acting via ordinary complex conjugation; and as infinite-dimensional numbers, with charge conjugations acting by automorphisms.     

Quantum Groups and Double Quiver Algebras

For a finite dimensional semisimple Lie algebra and a root q of unity in a field k, we associate to these data a double quiver . Poincaré Algebra and Space-Time Critical Dimensions for Paraspinnings Strings

In this paper, we paraquantize the spinning string theory in the Neveu-Shwarz model. Unlike the Ardalan and Mansouri work [Phys. Rev. D, Vol. 9, (1974) 3341], the paraquantum system is such that both the center of mass variables and the excitation modes of the string verify paracommutation relations. The commutators of the Poincaré algebra are satisfied, except the [p ,p ] one, since one can only write [p ,p ]= 0, for Q1. Because of the relation [x ,x ] =,0 and with the sole use of the trilinear relations, we find existence possibilities of spinning strings defined in a noncommutative space-time at space-time dimensions other than D=10.     

Unital Groups and General Comparability Property

Pseudo-effect algebras are partial algebras (E;+,0,1) with a partially defined addition + which is not necessarily commutative and therefore with two complements, left and right. If they satisfy a special kind of the Riesz decomposition property, they are intervals in unital po-groups. The general comparability property in unital po-groups with strong unit (G,u), allows to compare elements of G in some intervals with Boolean ends. Such a po-group is always an -group admitting a state. We prove that every such (G,u) is a subdirect product of linearly ordered unital po-groups.     

New Simple Method for Obtaining Integrable Hierarchies of Soliton Equations with Multicomponent Potential Functions

A new simple method for obtaining integrable hierarchies of soliton equations is proposed. First of all, a new loop algebra is constructed, whose commutation operation is clear as that in loop algebra . Second, by making use of the Tu scheme, many of integrable hierarchies with multicomponent potential functions can be produced. As a specific application of our method, a multicomponent AKNS hierarchy is obtained. Finally, an expanding loop algebra of the loop algebra is constructed. Taking advantage of above, a type of integrable coupling system of the multicomponent AKNS hierarchy is worked out.     

Indeterministic Objects in the Category of Effect Algebras and the Passage to the Semiclassical Limit

We consider a category of effect algebras and formulate an abstract-hidden variables problem for an object of this category. A notion of indeterministic object is introduced as of an object which induces a Kochen–Specker-type contradiction. A sufficient condition for an object to be indeterministic is derived. An abstract algebraic point of view on a no-hidden variables example constructed by Mermin is given. The notion of a passage to the semiclassical limit is analyzed and refined.     

一种双通道夜视图像彩色融合系统

提出了一种双通道夜视图像的彩色融合系统。利用Matrox Meteor-Ⅱ多通道图像采集卡获取双通道微光与红外视频图像．通过仿MIT,BIT．TNO．线性组合和混合结构等图像融合结构实现微光／微光和微光／红外图像的彩色融合处理。系统彩色图像融合处理是在VC++6．0环境下运用采集卡图像函数库实现的。建立的实验平台为彩色夜视融合算法的评价和进一步的研究奠定了基础。     

A Color Appearance Model Applicable in Mesopic Vision

We propose a color vision model that can be used to predict color appearance in mesopic vision as well as photopic and scotopic vision. It is based on a two-stage model which consists of the cone and opponent stages and it assumes rod intrusion at the opponent stage. The model has the following features to describe the color appearance in mesopic vision. First, it includes a gradual and nonlinear shift in spectral luminous efficiency from V (LD) to V (LD) to cope with the spectral sensitivity difference between photopic and scotopic vision and the nonlinearity of rod influence on the luminance channel. Second, the model assumes decrease of the chromatic component with decreasing illuminance to explain the reduction of saturation at low illuminance levels. Third, it assumes that red/green and yellow/blue components change with illuminance levels independently, thus explaining hue shifts with decreasing illuminance. We applied the model for color appearance simulation of natural scenes in a mesopic visual environment.     

Computable Homogeneous Boolean Algebras and a Metatheorem

We consider computable homogeneous Boolean algebras. Previously, countable homogeneous Boolean algebras have been described up to isomorphism and a simple criterion has been found for the existence of a strongly constructive (decidable) isomorphic copy for such. We propose a natural criterion for the existence of a constructive (computable) isomorphic copy. For this, a new hierarchy of -computable functions and sets is introduced, which is more delicate than Feiner's. Also, a metatheorem is proved connecting computable Boolean algebras and their hyperarithmetical quotient algebras.
