In this paper, we consider the strongly nonlinear Nernst–Planck equations coupled with the quasi‐linear Poisson equation under inhomogeneous, moreover, nonlinear boundary conditions. This system describes joint multi‐component electrokinetics in a pore phase. The system is supplemented by the force balance and by the volume and positivity constraints. We establish well‐posedness of the problem in the variational setting. Namely, we prove the existence theorem supported by the energy and the entropy a‐priori estimates, and we provide the Lyapunov stability of the solution as well as its uniqueness in special cases. In this article, the authors present finite element analysis and approximation of Burgers’‐Fisher equation. Existence and uniqueness of weak solution is proved by Galerkin's finite element method for non‐smooth initial data. Next, a priori error estimates of semi‐discrete solution in norm, are derived and the convergence of semi‐discrete solution is established. Then, fully discretization of the problem is done with the help of Euler's backward method. The nonlinearity is removed by lagging it to previous known level. The scheme is found to be convergent. Positivity of fully discrete solution is discussed, and bounds on time step are discovered for which the solution preserves its positivity. Finally, numerical experiments are performed on some examples to demonstrate the effectiveness of the scheme. The proposed scheme found to be fast, easy and accurate.© 2017 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 首先阐述了GARCH(1,1)模型稳健估计的构造方法,然后在模型有无异常值扩散效应约束和异常值比例不同的情况下,比较了传统QMLE估计和多种稳健M估计的表现,结果表明:在数据无异常值下,QMLE估计较优;随着异常值比例增加,稳健Andrew估计表现更好;模型施加异常值扩散效应约束对估计有一定改善但不显著.最后选取波动程度不同的两个阶段沪深300指数的收益率,用模型拟合进行了实例比较,在波动程度较大时,Andrew估计效果较优,在波动相对平稳时,LAD估计较优. 相似文献

从电学、力学的基本原理出发,通过数学方法建立和分析了一种电-力振动模型。这是一种较复杂的电力混合作用的线性振动系统,由模型的特殊结构(类扬声器结构)作者确立了两种磁场,即感生磁场和外磁场两者正交独立,并规定了电学、力学两种不同物理量的坐标取向关系。该模型需要求得三阶正系数常微分方程的收敛解,再求得包含暂态、稳态项的完整解。另外,文章从能量和做功的角度,通过对电压电流间的相位差分析,对所建模型的正确性作了论证,同时也为这类建模引荐了一种论证手段。 相似文献

Nonlinear MHD Kelvin-Helmholtz (K-H) instability in a pipe is treated with the derivative expansion method in the present
paper. The linear stability problem was discussed in the past by Chandrasekhar (1961)[1] and Xu et al. (1981).[6]Nagano (1979)[3] discussed the nonlinear MHD K-H instability with infinite depth. He used the singular perturbation method and extrapolated
the obtained second order modifier of amplitude vs. frequency to seek the nonlinear effect on the instability growth rate
γ. However, in our view, such an extrapolation is inappropriate. Because when the instability sets in, the growth rates of
higher order terms on the right hand side of equations will exceed the corresponding secular producing terms, so the expansion
will still become meaningless even if the secular producing terms are eliminated. Mathematically speaking, it's impossible
