基于半马尔科夫过程的逻辑门可靠性分析

动态故障树分析方法是在静态故障树的基础上拓展而来的自上而下的图形化演绎技术,可以很好地对具有复杂失效行为和交互作用的系统进行建模,进而分析系统的可靠性。本文从动态故障树逻辑门的可靠性建模与分析入手,结合半马尔科夫过程原理,将动态逻辑门转化为半马尔科夫链。其次给出在半马尔科夫链中动态逻辑门输出事件的发生概率和系统可靠性的计算公式。提出各种逻辑门到半马尔科夫链的通用转化模型,通过更改通用模型中的相关参数,将逻辑门转化为半马尔科夫链。最后,基于半马尔科夫过程求解动态逻辑门输出事件的发生概率,以动态优先与门、顺序相关门和备件门为例,并给出系统可靠性的计算公式。     

Virtual age,is it real? ‐ Discussing virtual age in reliability context

Several settings, where the notion of virtual age is employed, are discussed. We argue that the age reduction imperfect repair modeling is often not sufficiently justified in practice, as it is not possible to execute repair in most of real situations that conforms with this model. On the other hand, a shock‐based virtual age model is suggested and justified via the probabilities of failures on shocks. The new notion of virtual age for degrading items is also introduced. We discuss how to recalculate virtual age after switching from one regime to another. Several examples illustrating different notions of virtual age are presented.     

基于掺锡As2S8条波导的全光逻辑门研究

实验研究了掺锡As2S8条波导的光阻断效应,提出一种新型的基于掺锡As2S8波导的全光逻辑门方案,并试制了掺锡As2S8条波导全光逻辑门,实验结果显示该逻辑门具有良好的波形特性,表明该材料适合做全光逻辑门,具有一定的应用潜力.     

Biprobability logic with conditional expectation

数字化预案中基于中介逻辑的不确定事件表示

突发公共事件本身的不确定性以及紧急状态下信息采集的时空局限性,要求数字化预案对不确定事件进行有效地表达.基于中介逻辑,研究了不确定事件的有效表示及不确定程度的度量,采用区间代数方法对不确定事件进行了表示,建立了一维和n维情形下不确定事件的不确定程度的度量模型.在此基础上,利用中介逻辑对数字化预案中应急响应规则进行表达,对具体算例进行了分析,初步验证了该模型的有效性.     

Commutative rings whose zero-divisor graph is a proper refinement of a star graph

A graph is called a proper refinement of a star graph if it is a refinement of a star graph, but it is neither a star graph nor a complete graph. For a refinement of a star graph G with center c, let G _c ^* be the subgraph of G induced on the vertex set V (G)\ {c or end vertices adjacent to c}. In this paper, we study the isomorphic classification of some finite commutative local rings R by investigating their zero-divisor graphs G = Γ(R), which is a proper refinement of a star graph with exactly one center c. We determine all finite commutative local rings R such that G _c ^* has at least two connected components. We prove that the diameter of the induced graph G _c ^* is two if Z(R)² ≠ {0}, Z(R)³ = {0} and G _c ^* is connected. We determine the structure of R which has two distinct nonadjacent vertices α, β ∈ Z(R)* \ {c} such that the ideal [N(α) ∩ N(β)]∪ {0} is generated by only one element of Z(R)*\{c}. We also completely determine the correspondence between commutative rings and finite complete graphs K _n with some end vertices adjacent to a single vertex of K _n .

An ordered semiring is a semiring S equipped with a partial order ≤ such that the operations are monotonic and constant 0 is the least element of S.In this paper,several notions,for example,ordered ideal,minimal ideal,and maximal ideal of an ordered semiring,simple ordered semirings,etc.,are introduced.Some properties of them are given and characterizations for minimal ideals are established.Also,the matrix semiring over an ordered semiring is consid-ered.Partial results obtained in this paper are analogous to the corresponding ones on ordered semigroups,and on the matrix semiring over a semiring.

All-optical logic gates using semiconductor-based three-coupled waveguides nonlinear directional coupler

All-optical logic gates with nonlinear optical (NLO) properties of three-coupled identical waveguides have been proposed and designed theoretically in a unique semiconductor-based symmetric structure. The model uses the NLO interactions of the coupled waveguides, like Kerr effect and Two Photon Absorption (TPA). Unlike the previous studies, we take into account higher order NLO effects of semiconductors such as Free Carriers (FC) and loss to control the switching operation. These NLO phenomena lead to high functionality in a simple unique structure. Therefore, in this work, by setting the input intensity of the waveguides, the logic AND, OR, NAND, and NOR gates are designed in a unique structure with different lengths. Our analysis deals with continuous waves (CW) region and the results are valid for the ranges of short optical pulses with time duration longer than FC life time.
