钟摆模型极限环的存在性研究

钟摆系统是一类典型的分段光滑系统,结合Filippov系统刻画语言,解释了当钟摆无能量补充时,钟摆最终会停止在滑动集上的原因.利用数值模拟的方法,给出钟摆系统在有能量补充时,存在极限环的条件.最后,结合环域定理证明了一般的钟摆模型存在唯一稳定的极限环.     

Poisson’s equation for discrete-time single-birth processes

We consider Poisson’s equation for discrete-time single-birth processes, and we derive its solutions by solving a linear system of infinitely many equations. We apply the solution of Poisson’s equation to obtain the asymptotic variance. The results are further applied to birth–death processes and the scalar-valued GI/M/1-type Markov chains.     

LIMIT CYCLES OF THE GENERALIZED POLYNOMIAL LINARD DIFFERENTIAL EQUATION

We investigate the generalized polynomial Linard differential equations. Using the averaging theory of first and second order, we obtain the maximum number of limit cycles of the system.

In this paper, we mainly studied the limit properties for the countable nonhomogeneous Markov chains. We established some limit properties for the functions of the countable nonhomogeneous Markov chains with variables under the convergence in the sense, which extended the similar conclusions for the functions with two variables. At last, as a corollary, we given the similar result in the homogeneous Markov stock market.     

次线性期望下的一般中心极限定理

受Peng-中心极限定理的启发,本文主要应用G-正态分布的概念,放宽Peng-中心极限定理的条件,在次线性期望下得到形式更为一般的中心极限定理.首先,将均值条件E[X_n]=ε[X_n]=0放宽为|E[X_n]|+|ε[X_n]|=O(1/n);其次,应用随机变量截断的方法,放宽随机变量的2阶矩与2+δ阶矩条件;最后,将该定理的Peng-独立性条件进行放宽,得到卷积独立随机变量的中心极限定理.     

借助几何图形理解高等数学中的抽象概念和结论

高等数学的很多内容比较抽象,学生不易理解.通过几个例子说明如何将抽象的数学概念和结论与几何图形有机的结合起来,加深对这些概念结论的理解,激发学生的学习兴趣.     

A variational problem determined by probability measures

ABSTRACT

An optimization problem of maximizing an integral of a function over a family of probability measures is considered. The problem is a generalization of a well-studied variational problem in mathematical economics, concerning optimal allocations. The specific generalization that we examine arises also in the limit of singularly perturbed optimal control problems. We examine the mathematical problem and allude to the singular perturbation motivation.     

Quasistationary distributions for one-dimensional diffusions with singular boundary points

In the present work we characterize the existence of quasistationary distributions for diffusions on $(0,\infty )$ allowing singular behavior at 0 and $\infty$. If absorption at 0 is certain, we show that there exists a quasistationary distribution as soon as the spectrum of the generator is strictly positive. This complements results of Cattiaux et al. (2009) and Kolb and Steinsaltz (2012) for 0 being a regular boundary point and extends results by Cattiaux et al. (2009) on singular diffusions.     

Uniform random colored complexes

We present here random distributions on (D + 1)‐edge‐colored, bipartite graphs with a fixed number of vertices 2p. These graphs encode D‐dimensional orientable colored complexes. We investigate the behavior of those graphs as p→∞. The techniques involved in this study also yield a Central Limit Theorem for the genus of a uniform map of order p, as p→∞.
