不一致直觉模糊决策信息系统的约简

近年来出现了许多用粗糙集理论处理各种信息系统的方法,但是对直觉模糊信息系统还没有做出相关的讨论.本文首先在不一致直觉模糊决策信息系统中定义了优势关系,然后引入基于此优势关系的分布约简、最大分布约简的概念,并通过可辨识矩阵及辨识函数得到求解这两种约简的具体方法.     

On some peculiar aspects of the constructive theory of point‐free spaces

Multiple-color aggregation-induced emission-based Schiff base sensors for ultrafast dual recognition of Hg2+ and pH integrating Boolean logic operations

Seven Schiff base fluorescent sensors (L¹?L⁷) with multiple-color aggregation-induced emission (AIE) properties for detection of Hg²⁺ ions and pH integrating Boolean logic operations were reported. With appropriate ligand-to-metal coordination (L?HgCl₂) and AIE characteristic, L?HgCl₂ can aggregate into nanoparticles, followed by activation of strong emission, therefore, the “turn-on” assay for detection of Hg²⁺ can be established. Sensing mechanism was calculated through single-crystal X-ray diffraction, Job’s Plot, Benesi?Hildebrand equation, dynamic light scattering, scanning electron microscopy, and elemental mapping analysis. Density functional theory calculations revealed that L?HgCl₂ can avoid one-electron transfer and retain bright luminescence compared with that of L. Different (highest unoccupied orbit) HOMO and (Lowest empty orbit) LUMO energy gaps enable the different electron transitions, resulting in the multiple-color fluorescence properties. Especially, L¹?L⁷ exhibit pH-dependent fluorescent characteristics: different electron-donating ability of the substituent groups for L¹?L⁷ show different titration jump of pH. Advanced level molecular logic gates have been constructed integrating the sensing of Hg²⁺ and pH. More importantly, the L-coated test paper applied in Hg²⁺ sensing makes tracing possible, which is convenient for confidential purposes.     

基于谱技术的旋转对称函数检测

推导了旋转对称函数的Rademacher-Walsh变换（RW变换）谱系数的性质,在此基础上提出了基于RW变换检测旋转对称函数的方法.该方法具有操作简便、易于计算机编程操作以及能检测多种特殊逻辑函数等优点.     

2-4混值/8值绝热加减法计数器开关级设计

通过对8值逻辑编码技术、绝热电路和加减法计数器工作原理及结构的研究,提出带进位/借位的2-4混值/8值绝热加减法计数器设计方案.首先,该方案以开关信号理论为指导,分别推导出2-4混值/8值触发型绝热正循环门和进位/借位电路的开关级结构式,然后利用多阈值NMOS管和交叉存贮结构实现相应电路,并在此基础上实现带进位/借位的2-4混值/8值加减法计数器.最后,PSPICE模拟验证所设计的电路具有正确的逻辑功能,在55.6 MHz工作频率下,与常规CMOS 2-4混值/8值加减法计数器相比,节省功耗约95%.     

关于bj图的性质及应用

利用bj图的读图规则和积项中变量数图对bj图的性质作了进一步的研究，提出了若干新的性质，给出了相应的证明，此外，文中还讨论了它们的应用，并用实例作了说明，本文的讨论揭示了bj图的内在规律，有助于开拓bj图的应用领域。     

基于多值逻辑方法的模糊逻辑函数规范展开

首先提出了模糊逻辑和多值逻辑的相似性，并建立了三值逻辑函数文字运算和模糊逻辑函数短语的对应关系，进而提出了从三值逻辑函数的规范展开式求得模糊逻辑函数展开式的算法，并用该算法对几个模糊逻辑函数实例进行了规范展开，实例操作表明，该算法具有简单、规范、方便快捷的特点，是获得模糊逻辑函数规范展开式的一种有效的方法。     

基于接地开关理论的电流型多值CMOS电路设计

以开关信号理论为指导，对电流型CMOS电路中开关变量和信号变量的相互作用进行了分析，并引入了适用于CMOS电路的电源开关理论。基于接地电流开关理论，对几类重要的三值CMOS电路进行了设计。结果表明，应用该理论能获得简单的电路设计。从而进一步完善了开关级逻辑电路设计的研究。
