On Strongly Petrovskii's Parabolic SPDEs in Arbitrary Dimension and Application to the Stochastic Cahn–Hilliard Equation

In this paper we show that the Cahn–Hilliard stochastic PDE has a function valued solution in dimension 4 and 5 when the perturbation is driven by a space-correlated Gaussian noise. We study the regularity of the trajectories of the solution and the absolute continuity of its law at some given time and position. This is done by showing a priori estimates which heavily depend on the specific equation, and by proving general results on stochastic and deterministic integrals involving general operators on smooth domains of ^d which are parabolic in the sense of Petrovskii, and do not necessarily define a semi-group of operators. These last estimates might be used in a more general framework.

本文从三个方面讨论二阶椭圆问题有限元超收敛．1．一致网格上的新超收敛结果．利用新的“投影型插值”,我们解决了高次三角形元的超收敛问题．2．一般网格的超收敛性．利用局部插值处理和局部磨光处理我们获得了整体超收敛性结果．3．关于当前的两种超收敛技巧．Cornell学派利用一个精致的内估计和网格的点对称性,获得了一个“普遍”的结果,中国学派利用两个基本估计和离散Green函数理论获得了令人满意的结果,两者均很复杂．本文综合了两个学派的方法,简洁地证得上述普遍结果．     

Equivalence of Differential System

Using reflecting function of Mironenko we construct some differential systems which are equivalentto the given differential system.This gives us an opportunity to find out the monodromic matrix of these periodicsystems which are not integrable in finite terms.     

Inequalities of Hadamard Type for r-Convex Functions in Carnot Groups

For a Carnot group G,we establish the relationship between extended mean values and r-convexfunctions which is introduced in this paper,which is a class of inequalities of Hadamard type for r-convexfunction on G.     

On the Green Function for a Complement of a Finite Number of Real Intervals

We give a new proof (and a generalization) of recent remarkable result by V. Totik concerning the smoothness properties of the equilibrium measure for compact subsets of the real line and the Green function for complement of these subsets taken with respect to the complex plane.     

Derivatives of the Spectral Function and Sobolev Norms of Eigenfunctions on a Closed Riemannian Manifold

Let e(x, y, ) be the spectral function and the unit spectral projection operator, with respect to the Laplace–Beltrami operator on a closed Riemannian manifold M. We generalize the one-term asymptotic expansion of e(x, x, ) by Hörmander (Acta Math. 88 (1968), 341–370) to that of _{x y} e(x,y,)| _x=y for any multiindices , in a sufficiently small geodesic normal coordinate chart of M. Moreover, we extend the sharp (L ²,L ^p) (2 p) estimates of by Sogge (J. Funct. Anal. 77 (1988), 123–134; London Math. Soc. Lecture Note Ser. 137, Cambridge University Press, Cambridge, 1989; Vol. 1, pp. 416–422) to the sharp (L ², Sobolev L ^p) estimates of .     

Two-Parametric Compound Binomial Approximations

We consider two-parametric compound binomial approximation of the generalized Poisson binomial distribution. We show that the accuracy of approximation essentially depends on the symmetry or shifting of distributions and construct asymptotic expansions. For the proofs, we combine the properties of norms with the results for convolutions of symmetric and shifted distributions. In the lattice case, we use the characteristic function method. The Halász Inequality for Additive Function of Rational Argument

We obtain an upper bound for the quantity . Here I is an interval, is the set of rational numbers q=m/n I such that nx, and f(q) is an arbitrary real-valued additive function of rational argument. The interval I and function f may depend on x3.     

Sets of Harmonicity for Finely Harmonic Functions

Given an open set U in R ⁿ (n3) and a dense open subset V of U, it is shown that there is a finely harmonic function u on U such that V is the largest open subset of U on which u is harmonic. This result, which establishes the sharpness of a theorem of Fuglede, is obtained following a consideration of fine cluster sets of arbitrary functions.     

Positive solutions for three-point boundary value problems with dependence on the first order derivative

A new fixed point theorem in a cone is applied to obtain the existence of at least one positive solution for the second order three-point boundary value problem
