Temperature dependence of GaSb and AlGaSb solar cells

Sb-based alloys offer great potential for photovoltaic and thermophotovoltaic applications. In this paper, we study the performance of Al_xGa_1-xSb (x = 0, 0.15, and 0.50) single-junction solar cells over a temperature range of 25–250 °C. The dark current-voltage, one-sun current-voltage, and external quantum efficiency measurements were acquired at different temperatures. Correlations between experimental and numerical results are made to draw conclusions about the thermal behavior of the cells. It is shown that, while the bandgaps decrease linearly with temperature leading to the reduction of open-circuit voltages, the short-circuit current densities decrease with non-linear trends. The temperature-dependent dark current densities were extracted by fitting the dark current-voltage curves to single- and double-diode models to give an insight into the effect of intrinsic carrier concentration (n_i) on the cell performance. We find that the n_i has a significant impact on temperature-dependent cell performance. These findings could lay a groundwork for the future Sb-based photovoltaic systems that operate at high temperatures.

基于14 MeV中子的烧氚历史诊断模拟研究

针对直接测量16.7 MeV进行烧氚历史诊断所需聚变产额高的情况,模拟研究了利用14 MeV中子与副靶作用产生的非弹伽马进行烧氚历史诊断的情况,计算了几种材料14 MeV中子作用产生的次级伽马能谱以及切伦科夫辐射阈能之上的非弹伽马数目,对副靶材料和厚度进行了选择。计算了14 MeV中子产生的切伦科夫光子时间谱,分析了光电转换器件处伽马、电子以及正电子等噪声信号,分析了气体切伦科夫系统测量统计涨落与聚变中子产额之间的关系,确定了气体切伦科夫系统所适用的最低聚变中子产额,通过测量14 MeV中子与副靶产生的非弹伽马进行烧氚历史诊断较直接测量16.7 MeV伽马可将测量所需聚变中子产额降低2个量级。     

Research on speckle noise of laser Doppler velocimeter for the vehicle self-contained navigation

A novel multipoint layer-type laser Doppler velocimeter (MLLDV) is designed to measure the velocity of a vehicle for the self-contained navigation system. In order to investigate the speckle's influence on the Doppler spectrum, formulas of time-lagged covariance and speckle broadening were derived for our MLLDV. Simulations and experiments are made for detailed analysis. The results show that the time-lagged covariance of photocurrent is directly proportional to the incident angle, and is inversely proportional to the elevation fluctuation of the ground together with the velocity of the vehicle. Speckle broadening is a function of the vehicle's velocity, the 1/e² Gaussian spot radius and the phase correlation length of the ground. For our MLLDV, Doppler frequency and Doppler broadening are both directly proportional to the velocity of the vehicle. Besides, the ratio between Doppler broadening and the corresponding Doppler frequency is about 0.72% when the speed of the vehicle varies from 0 to 9.6 m/s.     

Complex-valued fractional statistics for D-dimensional harmonic oscillators

A system of isotropic harmonic oscillators obeying the Polychronakos fractional statistics with a complex parameter in a space having the dimension D>1$D>1$ is studied. Temperature dependences of the thermodynamic functions are analyzed in different temperature domains. The nature of the observed phase transitions is clarified. Both numerical and analytical estimates for the critical temperature are made depending on the number of particles, space dimensionality, and statistics parameter. Approximate correspondence with some other fractional statistics types is established.     

具时变刚度的相对转动非线性动力系统的周期解问题

建立了一类具有时变刚度,非线性阻尼力和强迫周期力项的相对转动非线性动力系统. 运用Mawhin重合度理论,得到了该模型的周期解存在唯一性结果,推广了已有的结果, 并且列举了具体的例子来说明本文的结果是新的. 关键词： 相对转动非线性动力系统 时变刚度 周期解 存在唯一性     

空地激光通信系统中捕获子系统仿真

针对空地激光通信系统,推导了复合光栅螺旋扫描捕获方法所需的最大捕获时间、平均捕获时间和捕获概率的计算公式,建立了捕获性能仿真模型,分析了捕获时间和捕获概率的关系,以及空中平台的相对速度对捕获系统的影响和抑制方法.仿真结果表明,当通信终端的捕获不确定区域为50mrad,扫描重叠因子为0.12时,捕获探测器的信噪比大于6时,空地激光通信系统总的捕获概率优于95%,最大捕获时间约为36s,平均捕获时间约为12s.     

引射系统排气装置的数值模拟

为削弱引射系统尾气对光传输的影响,依据将尾气排放到光传输区域以外的设计思路,运用数值模拟的方法,对引射系统排气管道内的流场特性及尾气射流影响区域开展了研究。通过对直管道以及弯管道内流场特性的数值分析和比较,给出了一种排气管道的结构设计方式。在给定系统出口速度的情况下,运用多组分输运模型,分别对无自然风和有侧向自然风状态下的尾气影响范围进行了分析,初步确定了尾气射流排出系统后的影响区域,并依据尾气影响区域,对管道长度及布置方式进行了研究。     

Tripartite Nonlinear Entangled State Representations in Quantum Mechanics

Based on the technique of integral within an ordered product of nonlinear bosonic operators we construct a kind of tripartite nonlinear entangled states, which can make up a complete set. As its application, we also derive nonlinear 3-mode charge-related entangled state. The essential point for constructing these states lies in choosing the appropriate charge operator.     

A One-Pot Entry to a Novel 3-H-benzo[d]pyrazolo[1,5-b]isothiazole Ring System

Summary The phosphorus ylide obtained from the reaction between 2-aminobenzo[d]isothiazol-3-one and dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate in the presence of triphenylphosphine undergoes a smooth intramolecular Wittig-type reaction to produce, in a one-pot reaction, 3-H-benzo[d]pyrazolo[1,5-b]isothiazole-2,3a-dicarboxylic acid dimethyl ester, a novel functionalized heterocyclic compound.
