The paper investigates the processes of the magnetization reversal of perforated ferromagnetic films with strong anisotropy of the easy-plane type. The investigations have shown that, influenced by a current impulse passing through an antidot, an inhomogeneous magnetic structure is formed, which is accompanied by the localization of a quasiparticle with the +1 topological charge on the antidot and by an emission of a quasiparticle with a –1 charge. It is established that this scenario of the film magnetization reversal underlies a reformation of its inhomogeneous structure also if two or four antidots are present in the film, irrespective of the fact of through which antidots and in which directions the currents are passed. The results of the research obtained by using two independent methods (solving the Landau–Lifshitz–Gilbert equations and analyzing the lattice model) demonstrated good agreement between the two. It is shown that a magnetic film comprising two or four antidots can be used as a memory cell for recording data in the ternary system.  相似文献

In modern medicine, precision diagnosis and treatment using optical materials, such as fluorescence/photoacoustic imaging-guided photodynamic therapy (PDT), are becoming increasingly popular. Photosensitizers (PSs) are the most important component of PDT. Different from conventional PSs with planar molecular structures, which are susceptible to quenching effects caused by aggregation, the distinct advantages of AIE fluorogens open up new avenues for the development of image-guided PDT with improved treatment accuracy and efficacy in practical applications. It is critical that as much of the energy absorbed by optical materials is dissipated into the pathways required to maximize biomedical applications as possible. Intersystem crossing (ISC) represents a key step during the energy conversion process that determines many fundamental optical properties, such as increasing the efficiency of reactive oxygen species (ROS) production from PSs, thus enhancing PDT efficacy. Although some review articles have summarized the accomplishments of various optical materials in imaging and therapeutics, few of them have focused on how to improve the phototherapeutic applications, especially PDT, by adjusting the ISC process of organic optics materials. In this review, we emphasize the latest advances in the reasonable design of AIE-active PSs with type I photochemical mechanism for anticancer or antibacterial applications based on ISC modulation, as well as discuss the future prospects and challenges of them. In order to maximize the anticancer or antibacterial effects of type I AIE PSs, it is the aim of this review to offer advice for their design with the best energy conversion.  相似文献

报道了一种新型结构形式的环绕式高密度注入波导激光器原理样机。采用环绕式高密度侧面注入技术,利用经过特殊工艺处理的裸增益光纤,当注入泵浦功率320 W时,获得了最高输出功率为28 W的连续激光,斜率效率20%,中心波长1080 nm。结果表明,环绕式高密度注入波导结构形式是可行的,且输出功率和斜率效率具有较大的提升空间。  相似文献

为了提高超磁致伸缩换能器的作动行程,以获得足够大的发音强度,并使之满足发音装置体积小、装配零件少的要求,结合超磁致伸缩材料(GMM)的优良特性,提出一种基于三角放大原理的弓张式GMM换能器。该换能器以GMM棒作为驱动元件,通过固定弓张结构的一端,将双向输出转变为单向输出,同时利用柔性铰链结构,进一步增大换能器的位移输出。通过分析换能器的工作原理,计算得到其理论放大倍数为2.73,与所建立的有限元仿真模型计算得到的放大倍数2.8相近。制作了试验样机并搭建了相应的试验系统,得到在1 kHz范围内换能器最大输出位移为15.5 m,与仿真结果14.058 m相近。提出的弓张结构实现了换能器的位移放大,相应的分析方法也较好地反映了换能器的输出特性。  相似文献

论文在Reissner型理论给出的位移模式基础上,修正其软夹心假设,考虑夹心层面内刚度,给出了硬夹心夹层板的几何方程、物理方程,建立了硬夹心夹层板结构在面内纵向载荷作用下的平衡微分方程,并对方程进行了简化,通过理论计算得到了四边简支条件下硬夹心矩形夹层板整体失稳临界载荷的解析解,并分别计算了夹心层材料的弹性模量E、厚度h、泊松比μc对硬夹心夹层板临界载荷的影响,结果证明,对于硬夹心夹层结构,夹心层面内刚度对硬夹心夹层板整体失稳临界载荷的影响较大,考虑其面内刚度是必要的.  相似文献

为了观察富含微量元素中药煎剂对2型糖尿病(T2DM)的疗效,将门诊64名血糖控制不满意的T2DM患者分为增加富含微量元素中药煎剂组(观察组)和不增加组(对照组),服药3个月后比较。结果表明,观察组的空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹血清胰岛素(Fins)和糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)3月后明显下降(P〈0.01);3月后观察组的FPG、Fins和HbA1c较对照组明显下降(P〈0.01)。可见增加富含微量元素中药煎剂对血糖难以控制的T2DM的FPG、Fins和HbA1c能够起到有效控制作用。  相似文献

Proprotein convertase subtilisin/kexin type 9 (PCSK9) is a key factor in several cardiovascular diseases, as it is responsible for the elevation of circulating low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels in blood plasma by direct interaction with the LDL receptor. The development of orally available drugs to inhibit this PCSK9-LDLR interaction is a highly desirable objective. Here, we report the synthesis of naturally occurring moracin compounds and their derivatives with a 2-arylbenzofuran motif to inhibit PCSK9 expression. In addition, we discuss a short approach involving the three-step synthesis of moracin C and a divergent method to obtain various analogs from one starting material. Among the tested derivatives, compound 7 (97.1%) was identified as a more potent inhibitor of PCSK9 expression in HepG2 cells than berberine (60.9%). These results provide a better understanding of the structure–activity relationships of moracin derivatives for the inhibition of PCSK9 expression in human hepatocytes.  相似文献

Polyethylene (PE)‐based 3‐ and 4‐miktoarm star [PE(PCL)2, PE(PCL)3] and H‐type [(PCL)2PE(PCL)2] block copolymers [polycaprolactone (PCL)] were synthesized by a combination of polyhomologation, chlorosilane chemistry, and ring opening polymerization (ROP). The following steps were used for the synthesis of the miktoarm stars: (a) reaction of a hydroxy‐terminated polyethylene (PE‐OH), prepared by polyhomologation of dimethylsulfoxonium methylide with a monofunctional boron initiator followed by oxidation/hydrolysis, with chloromethyl(methyl)dimethoxysilane or chloromethyltrimethoxysilane; (b) hydrolysis of the produced ω‐di(tri)methoxysilyl‐polyethylenes to afford ω‐dihydroxy‐polyethylene (difunctional initiator) and ω‐trihydroxy‐polyethylene (trifunctional initiator); and (c) ROP of ɛ‐caprolactone with the difunctional (3‐miktoarm star) or trifunctional macroinitiator (4‐miktoarm star), in the presence of 1‐tert‐butyl‐2,2,4,4,4‐pentakis(dimethylamino)‐2λ5,4λ5‐catenadi(phosphazene) (t‐BuP2). The H‐type block copolymers were synthesized using the same strategy, but with a difunctional polyhomologation initiator. All intermediates and final products were characterized by HT‐GPC, 1H NMR and FTIR analyses.
