In this article we construct some Galois extensions L∕K with finite Galois groups and such that |Gal(L∕K)|>[L:K]. Using an analog of the Noether method, we explain how to obtain, with a fixed center, such a Galois curiosity with a Galois group as large as we want.
Résumé : Dans cet article, nous construisons une extension galoisienne L∕K à groupe de Galois fini et telle que |Gal(L∕K)|>[L:K]. En utilisant un analogue non commutatif de la méthode de Noether, nous expliquons ensuite comment, à centre fixé, l’on peut construire une telle curiosité galoisienne avec un groupe aussi gros que l’on veut.

We study Morton's characterization of cubic Galois extensions F/K by a generic polynomial depending on a single parameter s∈K. We show how such an s can be calculated with the coefficients of an arbitrary cubic polynomial over K the roots of which generate F. For K=Q we classify the parameters s and cubic Galois polynomials over Z, respectively, according to the discriminant of the extension field, and we present a simple criterion to decide if two fields given by two s-parameters or defining polynomials are equal or not. 相似文献

A new class of integrable maps, obtained as lattice versions of polynomial dynamical systems is introduced. These systems are obtained by means of a discretization procedure that preserves several analytic and algebraic properties of a given differential equation, in particular symmetries and integrability (see Tempesta, 2010 [40]). Our approach is based on the properties of a suitable Galois differential algebra, that we shall call a Rota algebra. A formulation of the procedure in terms of category theory is proposed. In order to render the lattice dynamics confined, a Borel regularization is also adopted. As a byproduct of the theory, a connection between number sequences and integrability is discussed. 相似文献

In this article, we consider categories of all semimodules over semirings which are p-Schreier varieties, i.e., varieties whose projective algebras are all free. Among other results, we show that over a division semiring R all semimodules are projective iff R is a division ring, prove that categories of all semimodules over proper additively π-regular semirings are not p-Schreier varieties (in particular, this result solves Problem 1 of Katsov [8]), as well as prove that categories of all semimodules over cancellative division semirings are, in contrast, p-Schreier varieties. 相似文献

We establish an order-preserving bijective correspondence between the sets of coclosed elements of some bounded lattices related by suitable Galois connections.
