A novel impulsive control approach based on interval Type-2 T–S fuzzy model has been presented for nonlinear systems in this paper. This approach makes up for the drawback of Type-1 fuzzy impulsive control, which cannot fully handle the uncertainties in describing the complex nonlinear systems by Type-1 fuzzy membership functions and cannot give rigorous fuzzy rules. Further more, this approach uses the “broad band” effect of the Type-2 membership functions to solve the noise of training data and exterior disturbance of the Type-1 fuzzy impulsive control. By using Lyapunov theory and Lipschitz condition, which is combined with integrated approaches such as comparison methods and linear matrix inequalities, the Type-2 fuzzy impulsive controller is designed and the general asymptotical stability analysis of the systems is given. Finally, the simulation of the inverted pendulum model demonstrates the validity and superiority of the proposed method by easily determining the membership functions and choosing minimum number of fuzzy rules and the method can handle random disturbance and data uncertainties very well. 相似文献

Flood disasters are one of the most common and destructive natural hazards all over the world. In this paper, improved interior-outer-set model (IIOSM) based on information diffusion theory is introduced in detail to assess flood risk in an effort to obtain accurate analytical results that represent the actual situation. Then fuzzy α-cut technique is applied to calculate the fuzzy expected values under the possibility–probability distribution (PPD) calculated by IIOSM. Taking the value of α throughout the interval (0, 1], we correspondingly get access to the conservative risk value (RC) and venture risk value (RV). Selection of α, RC and RV is dependent on present technical conditions and risk preference of different people. To illustrate the procedure of IIOSM and fuzzy α-cut technique, we employ them respectively to analyze the flood risk in Sanshui District, located in the center of Guangdong province in China. The results, such as risk value estimations, as well as fuzzy expected values, i.e. RC and RV under the given α-cut level, can reflect the flood risk quite accurately. The outcomes of this research based on IIOSM and fuzzy α-cut technique offer new insights to carry out an efficient way for various flood protection strategies. 相似文献

This paper considers Stackelberg solutions for decision making problems in hierarchical organizations under fuzzy random environments. Taking into account vagueness of judgments of decision makers, fuzzy goals are introduced into the formulated fuzzy random two-level linear programming problems. On the basis of the possibility and necessity measures that each objective function fulfills the corresponding fuzzy goal, together with the introduction of probability maximization criterion in stochastic programming, we propose new two-level fuzzy random decision making models which maximize the probabilities that the degrees of possibility and necessity are greater than or equal to certain values. Through the proposed models, it is shown that the original two-level linear programming problems with fuzzy random variables can be transformed into deterministic two-level linear fractional programming problems. For the transformed problems, extended concepts of Stackelberg solutions are defined and computational methods are also presented. A numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed methods. 相似文献

In this paper we study the model of decision under uncertainty consistent with confidence preferences. In that model, a decision maker held beliefs represented by a fuzzy set of priors and tastes captured by a standard affine utility index on consequences. First, we find some interesting properties concerning the well-known maxmin expected utility model, taking into account the point of view of the confidence preferences model. Further, we provide new examples of preferences that capture ambiguity-averse attitudes weaker than ambiguity attitudes featured by maxmin expected utility theory. In this Letter a new approach for solving optimal path planning problems for a single rigid and free moving object in a two and three dimensional space in the presence of stationary or moving obstacles is presented. In this approach the path planning problems have some incompatible objectives such as the length of path that must be minimized, the distance between the path and obstacles that must be maximized and etc., then a multi-objective dynamic optimization problem (MODOP) is achieved. Considering the imprecise nature of decision maker's (DM) judgment, these multiple objectives are viewed as fuzzy variables. By determining intervals for the values of these fuzzy variables, flexible monotonic decreasing or increasing membership functions are determined as the degrees of satisfaction of these fuzzy variables on their intervals. Then, the optimal path planning policy is searched by maximizing the aggregated fuzzy decision values, resulting in a fuzzy multi-objective dynamic optimization problem (FMODOP). Using a suitable t-norm, the FMODOP is converted into a non-linear dynamic optimization problem (NLDOP). By using parametrization method and some calculations, the NLDOP is converted into the sequence of conventional non-linear programming problems (NLPP). It is proved that the solution of this sequence of the NLPPs tends to a Pareto optimal solution which, among other Pareto optimal solutions, has the best satisfaction of DM for the MODOP. Finally, the above procedure as a novel algorithm integrating parametrization method and fuzzy aggregation to solve the MODOP is proposed. We present a scheme for tractable parametric representation of fuzzy set membership functions based on the use of a recursive monotonic hierarchy that yields different polynomial functions with different orders. Polynomials of the first order were found to be simple bivalent sets, while the second order polynomials represent the typical saw shape triangles. Higher order polynomials present more diverse membership shapes. The approach demonstrates an enhanced method to manage and fit the profile of membership functions through the access to the polynomials order, the number and the multiplicity of anchor points as wells as the uniformity and periodicity features used in the approach. These parameters provide an interesting means to assist in fitting a fuzzy controller according to system requirements. Besides, the polynomial fuzzy sets have tractable characteristics concerning the continuity and differentiability that depend on the order of the polynomials. Higher order polynomials can be differentiated as many times as the order of the polynomial less the multiplicity of the anchor points. An algorithmic optimization approach using the steepest descent method is introduced for fuzzy controller tuning. It was shown that the controller can be optimized to model a certain output within small number of iterations and very small error margins. The mathematics generated by the approach is consistent and can be simply generalized to standard applications. The recursive propagation was noticed for its clarity and ease of calculations. Further, the degree of association between the sets is not limited to the neighbors as in traditional applications; instead, it may extend beyond.Such approach can be useful in dynamic fuzzy sets for adaptive modeling in view of the fact that the shape parameters can be easily altered to get different profiles while keeping the math unchanged. Hypothetically, any shape of membership functions under the partition of unity constraint can be produced. The significance of the mentioned characteristics of such modeling can be observed in the field of combinatorial and continuous parameter optimization, automated tuning, optimal fuzzy control, fuzzy-neural control, membership function fitting, adaptive modeling, and many other fields that require customized as well as standard fuzzy membership functions. Experimental work of different scenarios with diverse fuzzy rules and polynomial sets has been conducted to verify and validate our results. 相似文献
