采用水平衰减全反射-傅里叶变换红外光谱法(HATR-FTIR)对不同产地的野生及种植天麻与伪品芭蕉芋、芋及马铃薯进行了测定,并通过傅里叶自解卷积(FSD)进行了转换。在各种带宽因子及增强因子下对真伪品傅里叶自解卷积红外光谱的差异程度进行了分析研究,结果发现带宽因子在75.0~76.0,增强因子为3.2时,天麻与伪品的FSD-IR的差异程度最为明显。结果表明,尽管从FTIR中很难发现野生及种植天麻、无性繁殖及有性繁殖天麻之间的差异,但从FSD-IR中可以看出他们之间的差异。而天麻正品与伪品之间的FSD-IR差别也较大。因此该法可简便、快速、准确地识别不同的天麻及其伪品。 相似文献

Fractional Fourier transform (FRFT) plays an important role in many fields of optics and signal processing. This paper considers the problem of real-time measurement of the spectrum of a signal in the FRFT domain. In this paper, we propose two approaches for real-time measurement of the FRFT of a signal based on modulation and bandpass filtering systems. The relation is established between the linear frequency modulation (LFM or chirp) spectrum and the FRFT of its envelope. In addition, two applications for spectrum measurement are presented in the FRFT domain. The LFM signal can be bandlimited in the Fourier transform (FT) domain through spectrum measurement associated with bandpass filtering method. The results can also be useful in the problems related to swept-frequency filter for measurement in the FRFT domain. 相似文献

光纤法布里—珀罗传感器复用、特别是串连复用的解调十分困难。为解决这个问题,从光纤法布里—珀罗应变传感器的基本原理出发、在仅有两只传感器复用的基本条件下,深人分析了复用系统组合输出光强信号及其分布特性;研究了对其进行傅里叶变换的解调原理及具体实现方法,分析了因复用信号不满足傅里叶变换条件而在变换域产生的畸变,进行了计算机仿真解调。在此基础上,搭建了两只传感器的串连复用实验系统,并用此方法实现了两只复用传感器的解调,且传感器之间的相互影响小于5%。理论与实验表明,虽然传感器的复用信号不满足傅里叶变换的标准条件,且仿真与实验存在一定差异,但所提出的傅里叶变换方法,基本可用于光纤法布里—珀罗传感器的串连复用解调。 相似文献

In a previous contribution [Kassi S, Song KF, Campargue A. High sensitivity CW-cavity ring down spectroscopy of 12CO2 near 1.35 μm (I): line positions. JQSRT 110 (2009) 1801-1814], the line positions analysis of the high sensitivity absorption spectrum of carbon dioxide has been reported in the 7123-7793 cm−1 region. In this second contribution, the spectral region investigated by CW-cavity ring down spectroscopy has been extended up to 7917 cm−1. It added about 400 lines to our previous list of about 2500 transitions. These additional lines include transitions belonging to six newly observed 12C16O2 bands for which we provide the spectroscopic parameters. Over the whole 7123-7917 cm−1 region, the accurate intensities of about 2900 lines belonging to four isotopologues (12C16O2, 13C16O2, 16O12C18O and 16O12C17O) were retrieved with an average accuracy of 3%. Intensity values range between 1.2×10−29 and 4.1×10−25 cm/mol. Compared to the present version of the carbon dioxide spectroscopic databank recently adopted for the HITRAN database, important deviations were evidenced for some weak bands of the main isotopologue. The CW-CRDS intensity data relative to a total of 46 12C16O2 bands together with selected intensity information available in the literature for nine bands have been fitted simultaneously using the effective operators approach. The ΔP=11 set of the 12C16O2 effective dipole moment parameters has been refined leading to a much better agreement with the measured intensity values. In addition, the ΔP=10 effective dipole moment parameters of the 16O12C18O minor isotopologue were determined for the first time. The split-step Fourier method is used to study the energy switching characteristics of fiber nonlinear directional couplers with the third-order dispersion.
