A BOUNDARY ELEMENT METHOD FOR A NONLINEAR BOUNDARY VALUE PROBLEM IN STEADY-STATE HEAT TRANSFER IN DIMENSION THREE

In this paper, a new method of boundary reduction is proposed, which reduces thesteady-state heat transfer equation with radiation. Moreover, a boundary element method is pre-sented for its solution and the error estimates of the numerical approximations are given.     

Modeling of drug molecule orientation within a receptor cavity in the BiS algorithm framework

The BiS algorithm is suggested for modeling the drug molecule orientation within a receptor cavity. It is based on the assumption of complementarity of the field created by biologically active compounds and the field of the responsive receptor. The comparison of predicted orientations of various biologically active compounds on the relevant receptors with the data of X-ray structural studies (Protein Data Bank) reveals that the results obtained with this approach surpasses those reported in the literature. The suggested technique made it possible to elucidate the details of the action mechanism of DNA antimetabolites, dihydrofolate reductase inhibitors. The dependence of the activity on the structural parameters of “ligand-receptor” complexes is determined.     

Light Scattering by Cylindrical Fibers with High Aspect Ratio Using the Null‐Field Method with Discrete Sources

The problem of computing light scattering by cylindrical fibers with high aspect ratio in the framework of the Null‐Field method with discrete sources is treated. Numerical experiments for investigating the scattering properties of two fiber geometries are performed using distributed spherical vector wave functions as discrete sources.     

有限体积KFVS方法在二维溃坝中的应用

本文采用了基于KFVS格式的有限体积方法 (FVM)求解了控制水流运动的二维浅水方程 ,建立了二维水坝瞬间溃坝的洪水演进模型 .并应用此模型模拟了二维非对称溃坝和对称溃坝情形下坝左下角有障碍物时的洪水波演进过程 .模拟结果表明该数学模型对二维浅水运动的模拟很有效 .

本文引入了一类新的带松弛单调映射和松弛Lipschitz映射的广义非线性混合拟变分包含组 ,构造了求解该类变分包含组的迭代算法 ,证明了该类变分包含组解的存在性以及由本文构造的迭代算法产生的迭代序列的强收敛性 .所得结果推广和改进了大量文献中的最新结果[1 5 ] .     

Modification to the Fringe Component of Diffraction Coefficient in TD-EEC Method

A modified formulation for fringe component of diffraction coefficient is implemented to TD-EEC method. An example of diffraction by perfectly conducting plate is used to illustrate our scheme. Comparing with the FDTD results we observe that the improved expression for fringe component is more accurate than that of Michaeli's formulation. This high frequency time domain technique is available for treating the bistatic scattering problems for millimeter waves.     

meso-四(4-乙酰氧基苯)卟啉-铜(Ⅱ)-乳化剂OP体系荧光熄灭法测定微量铜(Ⅱ)的研究

本文研究了高灵敏的meso-四(4-乙酰氧基苯)卟啉[T(4-AOP)P]-铜(Ⅱ-乳化剂OP体系。在酸度为pH5.0～5.6范围内形成的三元络合物可引起T(4-AOP)P-OP荧光强度的定量熄灭,其Ex=413nm,EM=656.9nm,Cu(Ⅱ)浓度在0～0.150μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系,回归方程F=25.51-8.45m,试验了14种离子的干扰影响,并用此法测定了小球藻中Cu的含量,回收率达96～104％。
