Temperature Sensitivity Control and Mechanical Stress Effect of Boron-Doped Long-Period Fiber Gratings

We will present in this work the quantitative analysis of the relationship between the doping concentrations of GeO 2 and B 2 O 3 in the core and cladding regions and the temperature sensitivity of the resonance wavelength shift in long-period fiber gratings (LPFGs). Based on this analysis, the temperature sensitivity was suppressed and enhanced to 0.002 nm/C and 0.28 nm/C, respectively. We will also discuss the effect of the residual mechanical stress on the optical and mechanical properties of LPFGs. In particular, we will present the measurement results of the dependence of the refractive index change and mechanical strength on the residual mechanical stress in the boron-doped fibers with depressed clad and matched clad.     

Effect of V cut in perforated twisted tape insert on heat transfer and fluid flow behavior of tube flow: An experimental study

ABSTRACT

Present study investigates the heat transfer and friction characteristics of heat exchanger tube fitted with perforated twisted tape (PTT) insert having V cuts. A copper tube of 1 m length and 0.032 m inner diameter is used as test section to collect the experimental data by varying the twist ratio of PTT from 2 to 6 for the Reynolds number range of 2,700–23,400. V cuts are introduced in the PTT and the V-cut relative pitch ratio is varied from 1 to 2. The maximum thermo-hydraulic performance parameter is found to be 1.58.     

光引力限制性三体问题的平动点

本文研究两个主星体的质量缩减因子ｑ＿，ｑ＿２∈（－∞，１］的光引力限制性三体问题。文中给出一种平动点的个数估计和位置计算的分析方法。结果表明对于不同的ｑ＿１和ｑ＿２可有１～７个平动点。作为应用，文末还讨论了太阳系类似彗尾尘埃物质的运动。     

应用加权列联表分析预测汛期（4─9月）洪涝趋势

本文根据汉寿县１９６０─１９８８年洪涝灾害资料，应用加权列联表分析法，与前期气候因子建立洪涝趋势预测模式。最后对１９８９─１９９０年洪涝试报，取得了满意的效果。     

关于有限Abel群直接因子的平均数

对于有限Ａｂｅｌ群Ｇ，ｔ（Ｇ）定义为其直接因子的个数，在［５］中，Ｅ．Ｋｒａｔｚｅｌ对于和式得到一渐近公式，对应余项为△＿１（ｘ）．本文利用Ｅ．Ｆｏｕｖｒｙ和Ｈ　．Ｉｗａｎｉｅｃ的方法，得到了关于△＿１（ｘ）的一个新的估计，改进了Ｈ．Ｍｅｎｚｅｒ等人的结果．     

Study of semileptonic decay of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0} \rightarrow \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ in QCD sum rule

In this work we study the semileptonic decay of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ (l=e, μ, τ) with the QCD sum rule method. We calculate the ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi $ translation form factors relevant to this semileptonic decay, then the branching ratios of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {l}^{+}{l}^{-}$ (l=e, μ, τ) decays are calculated with the form factors obtained here. Our result for the branching ratio of ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {\mu }^{+}{\mu }^{-}$ agree very well with the recent experimental data. For the unmeasured decay modes such as ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {e}^{+}{e}^{-}$ and ${\bar{B}}_{s}^{0}\to \phi {\tau }^{+}{\tau }^{-}$, we give theoretical predictions.

以"新钻石模型"为基础,从产业环境、产业支撑和产业创新等3个维度构建战略性新兴产业国际竞争力评价指标体系.运用2005~2014年的面板数据对战略性新兴产业进行因子分析.评价结果显示,电子及通信设备制造业与医药制造业国际竞争力明显高于计算机及办公设备制造业与医疗仪器设备及仪器仪表制造业.航空航天器及设备制造业国际竞争力有很大提升潜力.电子及通信设备制造业创新能力表现突出,但战略性新兴产业整体创新能力较低.     

Electric fields in the rheology of disperse systems

In the present survey, the influence of electric fields on the structure and rheological properties of disperse systems as well as the effect of deformations on their electrical characteristics are discussed. The properties of these systems are considered in terms of the dielectric permittivity and electrification potential. The considerable thickness of the double electric layer around the disperse phase particles, which is characteristic of disperse systems with nonpolar hydrocarbon dispersion media, provides the possibility for strong electric fields to produce an electric nonuniformity on the surface of the disperse phase particles. The formation of hydrate layers on the particles creates the possibility of polarization of the disperse phase. In plastic disperse systems such as greases, a strong orientation effect is observed, which contributes to the creation of frozen flow patterns when the flow is suddenly stopped. The survey is concluded with a consideration of the process of formation of chain structures in the direction of the lines of force of the electric field whose orientation is normal to the direction of flow, which can lead to complete stoppage of the flow.     

Linear elastico-viscous properties of molten standard polystyrenes

This paper contains an extensive presentation of dynamic mechanical data (complex moduli), as obtained on the melts of a series of standard polystyrenes of narrow molar mass distributions. It also shows the way of obtaining structural parameters (plateau modulus and friction factor) which are needed for an interpretation of these data in terms of simple theoretical models (Maxwell elements, Doi-Edwards model).
