A class of simple two-dimensional cellular automata with particle conservation is proposed for easy simulations of interacting particle systems. The automata are defined by the exchange of states of neighboring cells, depending on the configurations around the cells. By attributing an energy to a configuration of cells, we can select significant rules from the huge number of possible rules and classify them into several groups, based on the analogy with a binary alloy. By numerical calculations, cluster growth is found in two kinds of phases which reveal gas-solid coexistence and liquid droplets. Normalized scaling functions are obtained, and dynamical scaling is examined.  相似文献

以B 3 PyMPM∶Cs/Al/HAT-CN作为电荷生成单元制备高效叠层绿色磷光有机电致发光器件,叠层器件的最大电流效率和最大流明效率分别为172.2 cd/A和111.0 lm/W,在5 mA/cm^2电流密度下,叠层器件的电压和亮度分别为传统器件的2.04倍和2.84倍.为了探究叠层器件性能优于传统器件的原因,研究了电荷生成单元内的电荷产生和注入过程,以及薄层铝对电子注入特性和电荷生成单元稳定性的影响.实验结果表明,电荷能够有效地在电荷生成单元内产生并顺利注入电子传输层中,B3PyMPM∶Cs和HAT-CN间Al薄层的插入能够进一步提高电子注入效率及器件结构的稳定性.  相似文献

The energy per particle BA in nuclear matter is calculated up to high baryon density in the whole isospin asymmetry range from symmetric matter to pure neutron matter.The results,obtained in the framework of the Brueckner-Hartree-Fock approximation with two-and three-body forces,confirm the well-known parabolic dependence on the asymmetry parameterβ=(N?Z)/A(β^2 law)that is valid in a wide density range.To investigate the extent to which this behavior can be traced back to the properties of the underlying interaction,aside from the mean field approximation,the spin-isospin decomposition of BA is performed.Theoretical indications suggest that theβ^2 law could be violated at higher densities as a consequence of the three-body forces.This raises the problem that the symmetry energy,calculated according to theβ^2 law as a difference between BA in pure neutron matter and symmetric nuclear matter,cannot be applied to neutron stars.One should return to the proper definition of the nuclear symmetry energy as a response of the nuclear system to small isospin imbalance from the Z=N nuclei and pure neutron matter.  相似文献

 本文利用X射线粉末衍射和位敏探测技术,研究了R2Fe4/3W2/3O7(R=Er、Yb、Dy)化合物经高温高压处理后的变化情况。在3.7 GPa,1 200 ℃条件下,六方相R2Fe4/3W2/3O7化合物按两种方式分解,而直接由R2O3,Fe2O3和WO3原料出发,经上述同样的高温高压条件合成所得的产物与六方相高温高压分解产物相同,均为R2WO6、RFeO3、WO3和Fe2O3的多相聚合物。同时给出了R2Fe4/3W2/3O7六方相高温高压下的稳定区范围。  相似文献

In this work, three design configurations of a sonoreactor are considered under various operating conditions, and the acoustic characteristics during water sonication are investigated while using an immersed-type ultrasonic flat transducer probe in a sonoreactor model. Numerical models are also developed to simulate the sonication process, and they are successfully validated and compared with available data in the literature. Several sets of numerical investigations are conducted using the finite-element method and solved by the computational acoustics module in the COMSOL Multiphysics. The effects of the acoustical and geometrical parameters are investigated, analyzed, and reported, including the ultrasonic frequency, acoustic intensity, and scaling-up the reactor. The present study includes a parametric investigation examining the change of the ultrasonic frequency, intensity, and probe immersion depth on the performance. The results of the parametric study show that the highest cavitation energy corresponds to the maximum magnitude of negative pressure that takes place in the range of 60–80 kHz. The cavitation energy analyses are conducted under the conditions of 20 kHz of frequency and at 36 W input power. It is found that the cavitation energy of 15.87 W could produce 2.98 × 10−10 mol/J of sonochemical efficiency. In addition, the effect of altering the transducer probe depth changes the acoustic pressure field insignificantly. Furthermore, a recommendation is made to improve the sonochemical efficiency by introducing more considerable ultrasound input power while operating the sonoreactor at an ultrasonic frequency lower than 60 kHz. The results presented in this paper provide a comprehensive assessment of different sonoreactors and the feasibility of scaling-up their production rate.  相似文献

The existence of non-radiating electromagnetic sources attracts much attention in photonic community and gives rise to extensive discussions of various applications in lasing, medical imaging, sensing, and nonlinear optics. In this article, the existence of magnetic anapole states (or magnetic-type non-radiating sources) characterized by a suppressed magnetic dipole radiation in a dielectric cylindrical particle is theoretically predicted and experimentally demonstrated. The specific features of the magnetic anapole state under ideal conditions are identified, followed by a demonstration of how their existence can be detected in practical structures. The concept is valid in various frequency bands from visible range for nanoparticles to microwave range for millimeter size objects. The experimental study is performed in microwave frequency range which allows not only to measure the far-field (scattered field) characteristics, but also to probe the peculiar field profile directly inside the dielectric particle. The experimental results agree well with the analytical ones and pave the way to detect and identify nontrivial different-type anapole states.  相似文献

Condition monitoring and life prediction of the vehicle engine is an important and urgent problem during the vehicle development process. The vibration signals that are closely associated with the engine running condition and its development trend are complex and nonlinear. The chaos theory is used to treat the nonlinear dynamical system recently. A novel chaos method in conjunction with SVD (singular value decomposition)denoising skill are used to predict the vibration time series. Two types of time series and their prediction errors are provided to illustrate the practical utility of the method.  相似文献

Using x-ray diffraction, electrothermal atomization atomic absorption spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy with an x-ray microanalysis, we have studied the phase decomposition of biogenic and synthetic Mg-containing apatite at 900°C with formation of β-tricalcium-magnesium phosphate (β-TCMP). Employing simplified model representations, we obtained a relation that couples the initial Mg concentration with the degree of transformation of apatite into β-TCMP. It is shown that for the β-TCMP contents measured in bioapatite samples and on replacement of calcium by magnesium to about 8% in this phase the calculated range of Mg concentrations coincides with that available in literature sources (0.2–0.6 wt. %). A comparative investigation of the products of decomposition of biogenic and synthetic apatite by the methods of analysis of the composition and structure has established that the formation of β-TCMP is limited by both the insufficient concentration of magnesium and the small sizes of the crystals. The results of the investigations carried out together with the experimental data known from the literature are indicative of the nonuniform distribution of magnesium in the bulk of crystals of biogenic and synthetic apatite, with its predominant localization at the surface sites of the lattice. __________ Translated from Zhurnal Prikladnoi Spektroskopii, Vol. 72, No. 6, pp. 821–826, November–December, 2005.  相似文献
