Cs-He混合蒸气中的辐射陷获效应和6P3/2能级有效辐射率的测量 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
测量了Cs-He混合蒸气中Cs(6P3/2)共振能级的有效辐射率,圆柱形样品池充入金属Cs和气压PHe为0~500Pa的He,样品池温度控制在330~370K之间,在池中产生1012~1013cm-3的Cs原子密度,使用单模半导体激光器(泵浦激光)将Cs原子激发至6P3/2态,另一调谐到6P3/2→8S1/2的单模激光束(检测激光)与泵浦束反平行通过样品池,并在池的直径方向平行移动,通过对检测激光束的吸收测定了激发态原子密度及其空间分布。由于辐射陷获存在,有效辐射率是自然辐射率与透射因子(发射的光子在探测区域内没有被吸收的平均概率,它与吸收截面及激发态原子密度和空间分布有关)的乘积。由6P3/2原子密度及其空间分布结合6P3/2←6S1/2跃迁线的碰撞增宽计算了透射因子,从而得到了不同He气压下,CsD2线的有效辐射率。从6P3/26→S1/2跃迁线强度I852的测量,得到的不同He气压下有效辐射率的比值与理论计算得到的比值相符。 相似文献

Non-zero dispersion shifted fibers (NZ-DSFs) find extensive use in wavelength division multiplexed (WDM) system as it reduces the non-linear effects like four-wave mixing (FWM) generation. A depressed clad graded index fiber with a central dip in the refractive index profile, as well as without dip, has been modeled to perform as an NZ-DSF using the spot size optimization technique. The performance characteristics of the proposed NZ-DSF have been studied by changing different fiber parameters; such as inner core radius (a), relative refractive index differences (Δ+), normalized end position of depressed clad (C), depression parameter (ρ), etc. for a given value of Petermann-2 spot size . By suitably adjusting the fiber parameters, the effective core areas (Aeff) as simulated here are very large (80 μm2) so that the effect of non-linearities upon them can be minimized. These NZ-DSFs have also been optimized for WDM transmission system. The dispersion slopes of the proposed fibers with and without dip have been estimated which are comparable with the reported results. 相似文献

We use a toy model to illustrate how to build effective theories for singular potentials. We consider a central attractive 1/r2 potential perturbed by a 1/r4 correction. The power-counting rule, an important ingredient of effective theory, is established by seeking the minimum set of short-range counterterms that renormalize the scattering amplitude. We show that leading-order counterterms are needed in all partial waves where the potential overcomes the centrifugal barrier, and that the additional counterterms at next-to-leading order are the ones expected on the basis of dimensional analysis. 相似文献

We systematically investigated the role of the top interface for TaCx and HfCx/HfO2 gate stacks on the effective work function (Φm,eff) shift by inserting a SiN layer at the gate/HfO2 top interface or HfO2/SiO2 bottom interface. We found that Φm,eff of the TaN gate electrode on HfO2 was larger than that on SiO2 because of the HfO2/SiO2-bottom-interface dipole. On the other hand, we found that Φm,eff values of the TaCx and HfCx gate electrodes on HfO2 agree with Φm,eff on SiO2. This is because the potential offset of the opposite direction with respect to the bottom interface dipole appears at the metal carbide/HfO2 interface. It is thus concluded that the top interface in the metal carbide/HfO2 gate stacks causes the negative Φm,eff shift. 相似文献
