The effect of irradiation on tensile, dynamic mechanical properties, thermal properties and morphology of ENR-50, EVA and ENR-50/EVA blend was investigated. All the samples were irradiated using a 3.0 MeV electron beam (EB) machine with doses ranging from 20 to 100 kGy. Results indicate that the gel fraction of ENR-50, EVA and ENR-50/EVA blend increases with irradiation dose. Concerning tensile properties, it can be seen that EB radiation increases the tensile strength of all the samples, increases the elongation at break of ENR-50 and ENR-50/EVA blend, reduces the elongation at break of EVA, increases M200 (modulus at 200% strain) of ENR-50 and EVA, while decreases M200 of the ENR-50/EVA blend. For dynamic mechanical studies, it was found that EB radiation increases the Tg of all the samples due to the effect of irradiation-induced crosslinking. The compatibility of ENR-50/EVA blend also found to be improving upon irradiation. In the case of thermal properties, it was detected that Tm, Tc and the degree of crystallinity of ENR-50/EVA blend increase with an increase in irradiation dose. This was due to the perfection in the crystal growth occurring upon radiation. Morphology changes play a major role in the changes of the properties of ENR-50/EVA blend. Finally, it can be concluded that ENR-50/EVA blend can be vulcanized by EB radiation.  相似文献

在pH为3.35的HAc-NaAc酸性介质中,曙红B(EB)与磷酸苯丙哌林(BPP)借助静电作用和疏水作用力发生相互作用形成EB-BPP离子缔合物,导致体系共振光散射(RLS)强度显著增强,并在364 nm处出现最大散射峰。研究了体系的共振光散射光谱,吸收光谱及荧光光谱的特征,考察了实验条件及共存物质的影响。结果表明,在最佳的实验条件下,体系共振散射增强的强度与BPP的浓度在一定范围内呈良好的线性关系,其线性范围为0.04μg.mL-1~2.00μg.mL-1,检出限为14.31 ng.mL-1。据此,建立了一种高灵敏的定量测定活性组分BPP的方法。方法成功地用于药物、血清及尿样中BPP含量的测定。  相似文献

Parameters influencing the grafting of a typical charge transfer (CT) complex, maleic anhydride /triethylene glycol divinyl ether, to representative substrates, cellulose and polypropylene, initiated by UV and ionising radiation have been investigated. The variables studied include effect of solvent, role of donor involving the type of ether and the nature of the acceptor including the use of common monomers like methyl methacrylate. The quality and performance of the polymeric materials cured by ultraviolet (UV)/electron beam (EB) radiation depends on the components of coating formulation, as well as the type of radiation used in the curing process. The aim of this study was to establish the correlation between the cure degree of a clear coating irradiated with different radiation doses of UV or EB and the tensile properties of the polymeric films obtained. 在分销系统中,对库存补货策略进行科学管理与控制是一直是学者们研究的热点之一,学术界始终没有有效提高三个传统库存补货策略运作效率的有效方法.在两个传统补货策略(EB(echelon-based),TB(time-based))策略的基础上,从减少EB和TB策略的极端情况角度,提出了混合策略1(HBl,Hybrid Based Policy1)和混合策略2(HB2,Hybrid Based Policy2),并将HB1和HB2的优点结合起来形成双混合策略(RH,Re-Hybrid Policy).数值试验表明,HB1、HB2对EB、TB的总成本费用比率有不同程度的改善,同时RH能有效改善HB1、HB2的总成本费用比率.  相似文献

以生物碱白叶藤碱为出发点,依据生物电子等排体原则,设计了5-N-甲基苯并呋喃[3,2-b]喹啉母体,并参考安吖啶结构特征,合成了一系列5-N-甲基苯并呋喃喹啉的11-位苯胺衍生物,通过波谱手段确认其结构。运用紫外-可见光谱法和分子对接测定了衍生物与DNA的结合常数K和对接分数。紫外光谱实验中,衍生物与小牛胸腺DNA结合后吸收峰出现减色效应和红移现象;离子强度实验排除了表面结合模式的可能性;结合EB置换实验和分子模拟的结果,可初步推断作用模式为嵌插作用。  相似文献

The surface-modified Al2O3 particles were introduced into polyethylene(PE) to enhance the thermal conductivity, and PE/Al2O3 cross-linked networks with improved thermal and mechanical properties were prepared through electron beam(EB) irradiation technology. The incorporation of reactive irradiation sensitizer was useful in fabricating a high degree of cross-linking(DC) PE networks under a low irradiation dose. In the PE sample containing 2% sensitizer, DC ca.67.1% could be obtained under 60 kGy(1 kGy=1000 J/kg). EB-irradiation greatly improved the tensile stress of PE-based samples, and the tensile stresses of the samples with 0.2%-5% TMPTA(trimethylolpro-pane triacrylate) under 60 kGy were 24.61-27.77 MPa. All the EB-irradiated samples had higher Vicat softening temperatures than the samples without irradiation. After treatment at 120 kGy, the Vicat softening temperatures of PE-Al2O3-44/TMPTA-2 increased from 127℃ to 130.4℃. SEM images revealed that PE-Al2O3-50 samples with increased amount of Al2O3 particles showed a conduction "pathway," and thermal conductivity reached 0.67 W/(m·K). Thus, high-performance pipes were extruded, which could satisfy the static hydraulic blasting test and exhibit improved thermal conduction capability.  相似文献

A novel two‐layer structural thermal barrier coating (TBC) system with a ~150‐µm‐thick CoCrAlY bond coat (BC) and a ~60‐µm‐thick yttria stabilized zirconia (YSZ) ceramic top coat (TC) was prepared on superalloy K444 matrix using electron beam physical vapor deposition (EB‐PVD). This deposited coating was characterized using isothermal oxidation tests (1000 °C × 200 h). The results indicated that the deposited coating had a dense structure and close bonding between the layers. The thermally grown oxide (TGO) layer (predominantly alumina) that formed at the interface between the TC and the BC as a consequence of the oxidation process was effective in preventing the further oxidation of the BC. In the later stages of the oxidation process, embedded oxides of chromium/cobalt were observed among the TC's columnar grains, and the TGO underwent densification thinning. Through observations of the growth behavior of the TGO, the element diffusion, displacement reaction, and volatilization of the oxides were found to be related to the weight loss in the coating and the densification thinning of the TGO.
