自从O Connell等[1]报道苯甲酰苯胺(BA)在EPA玻璃体中异常的长波长荧光发射特性以来, 已有众多学者尝试解释该"异常"荧光的发射态性质[2~12]. Kasha等[2~7]认为长波长荧光是质子转移(PT)和电荷转移(CT)两种激发态发射的叠加, 而Azumaya等[8]则认为发射态只包含分子内扭转电荷转移(TICT)态. 应该指出的是, 在上述研究中, 电荷转移态的指认并无有力的实验事实, 而主要是依据与具有CT双重荧光的对二甲氨基苯甲氰[13,14]的类比. 显然, 有关苯甲酰苯胺的长波长荧光发射态的准确性质仍待实验阐明  相似文献

The densities of anthracene, tetracyanoethylene, maleic anhydride, N-phenylmaleineimide, trans, trans-1,4-diphenylbuta-1,3-diene, and their Diels-Alder adducts were measured in the solid state and in solution at 25 °C. The reaction volumes in the solid state were calculated from the difference in molar volumes. They turned out to be low, close to each other (–4 to –11 cm3 mol–1), and slightly different from the reaction volumes (–8±1 cm3 mol–1) calculated from the van der Waals radii. The reaction volumes in solutions (–15 to –32 cm3 mol–1) were found from the difference in partial molar volumes of the reactants in dioxane, acetonitrile, and 1,2-dichloroethane, The experimental Diels-Alder reaction volumes in solution are determined not only by the formation of new bonds in an adduct: a considerably higher contribution (to 75%) is made by a change in the volume of intermolecular empty spaces in solution on going from reactants to adducts.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. The catalytic action of granular silica packing on ozone formation has been observed under discharge conditions. Using a glass ozonizer with a metal high-voltage electrode, at a frequency of 400 Hz it was possible to obtain much higher ozone concentrations in the presence q( silica than without packing, with the same total energy consumption. The dependence between ozone production and energy efficiency is considered, and conditions of the optimum ozonizer run are discussed. It is shown that in the all-glass ozonizer with a narrow discharge gap, the ozone concentration may be as high as 6.5% (ca. 130g O3/m3) when silica packing is applied.  相似文献

Migration behavior and enantioseparation of racemic hydrobenzoin and structurally related compounds, including benzoin and benzoin methyl ether, in CZE with a dual CD system consisting of heptakis-(2,3-dihydroxy-6-O-sulfo)-beta-CD (SI-S-beta-CD) and beta-CD as chiral selectors in the presence and absence of borate complexation at pH 9.0 were investigated. The results indicate that enantioseparation of hydrobenzoin is mainly governed by CD complexation of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes with SI-S-beta-CD when SI-S-beta-CD concentration is relatively high. Whereas CD complexation of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes with beta-CD plays a significant role in enantioseparation when SI-S-beta-CD concentration is comparatively low. The (S,S)-enantiomer of the hydrobenzoin-borate complex was found to interact more strongly than the corresponding (R,R)-enantiomer with both SI-S-beta-CD and beta-CD. These two types of CD show the same chiral recognition pattern, but they exhibit opposite effects on the mobility of the enantiomers of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes. Enantiomer migration reversal of hydrobenzoin occurred in the presence of borate complexation when varying the concentration of beta-CD, while keeping SI-S-beta-CD at a relatively low concentration. Binding constants of the enantiomers of benzoin-related compounds to beta-CD and those of hydrobenzoin-borate complexes to SI-beta-CD were evaluated; the mobility contributions of all complex species to the effective mobility of the enantiomers of hydrobenzoin as a function of beta-CD concentration in a borate buffer were analyzed. In addition, comparative studies on the enantioseparation of benzoin-related compounds with SI-S-beta-CD and with randomly sulfate-substituted beta-CD were made.  相似文献

A classical electrostatic polarization scheme using the additive distribution procedure has been applied to determine the longitudinal polarizability of an all-trans hexatriene molecule in an infinite stretched fiber. The parameters have been derived from ab initio CPHF/6-31G calculations and the electrostatic scheme has been validated via comparison with ab initio results on small clusters. Upon packing the polarizability of all-trans hexatriene increases by 7%. This small increase results from the balance between the enhancement of the polarizability due to collinear packing and the reduction associated with lateral packing.  相似文献

Single crystal X-ray structures of clathrates of -[Ni(NCS)2(4-methylpyridine)4] with furan, tetrahydrofuran, benzene + ethanol, methylene chloride, and methylcellosolve as guests molecules are reported. The location of the guest molecule in the partially decomposed clathrate with methylene chloride was defined by X-ray diffraction and compared with the fully occupied one. The host lattices of all clathrates studied are tetragonal (I41/a) and do not differ significantly from typical -phase clathrates of [M(NCS)2(4-methylpyridine)4] (M = divalent metal cation). Arrangements of guest molecules represent different types of packing: one type of guest molecule occupies both possible types of positions, two different guest molecules occupy different positions, with only one type of positions occupied by one type of guest molecule. 7-(2-Methoxycarbonylvinyl)-3-hydroxychromones have been synthesized using Heck coupling reaction from the corresponding 7-bromo-3-hydroxychromones. Introduction of the electron acceptor (2-methoxycarbonylvinyl) group at 7-position of 3-hydroxychromone results in a 30-40 nm red shift in absorption and >50 nm red shifts of both bands in emission. This derivatization allowed us to develop dyes with absorption maxima reaching 480 nm and dual emission in the red region of the spectrum. In comparison to the parent dyes, 7-acryl-3-hydroxychromones demonstrate significantly stronger solvatochromism. This is due to the acceptor group at 7-position, which increases the transfer character of the excited state of the dyes. The new dyes are highly prospective for the development of new fluorescent probes in biological research.  相似文献

We consider parametric optimization problems from an algebraic viewpoint. The idea is to find all of the critical points of an objective function thereby determining a global optimum. For generic parameters (data) in the objective function the number of critical points remains constant. This number is known as the algebraic degree of an optimization problem. In this article, we go further by considering the inverse problem of finding parameters of the objective function so it gives rise to critical points exhibiting a special structure. For example if the critical point is in the singular locus, has some symmetry, or satisfies some other algebraic property. Our main result is a theorem describing such parameters.  相似文献

Summary Styrosorb is a beaded microporous polystyrene with particle sizes between 2 and 4 m. In spite of hypercrosslinkage the material was seen to swell in organic solvents. The native material is functionalized with Tris-groups at the outer surface of the particles. The average pore diameter was determined as 1.45±0.3 nm from size exclusion data using polystyrene and polyethylene standards in THF. The reversed phase behavior of the restricted access phase Styrosorb was investigated by injection of two test mixtures. Mixture I contained five aromatic amines, mixture II consisted of AmperozideR and four related compounds. The optimum range of mobile phase composition was assessed so that analytes were separated whilst any proteins present were eluted unretained. Due to the small particle size short columns of 29×4 mm can be used for both sample clean-up and analytical separation of AmperozideR and its metabolite.  相似文献

Enantiomer separations by CE employing nonaqueous conditions are reviewed. The general focus of this article is directed towards solvent effects on chiral recognition and the separation mechanism. After a general discussion of solvent effects on the individual processes involved in CE enantiomer separation, specifics for various selector classes are discussed together with a few applications of enantioselective nonaqueous CE.  相似文献
