合成了两种新的金属双噻吩类复合物:(苄基三乙基铵)双(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮-4,5-二巯基)-金(BTEAADT)和(苄基三乙基铵)双(1,3-二硫杂环戊烯-2-硫酮-4,5-二巯基)-镍(BTEANDT).采用Z扫描方法,在皮秒脉冲下,分别测试了两种材料的乙腈溶液在532和1064nm的三阶非线性光学特性.Z扫描的结果表明,BTEAADT的乙腈溶液在532nm具有反饱和吸收效应,在1064nm非线性吸收效应可以忽略且在两种波长都有自散焦效应,三阶非线性折射率为负值.BTEANDT的乙腈溶液在532nm非线性吸收效应可以忽略,在1064nm具有饱和吸收效应且在两种波长都有自聚焦效应,三阶非线性折射率为正值.分析了造成这种差异的原因.经过计算得到了两种材料在532和1064nm的三阶非线性折射率,三阶非线性吸收系数,三阶非线性极化率和超极化率.BETAADT的非线性折射率在532nm为-1.685×10-18m2·W-1,在1064nm为-1.459×10-18m2·W-1;BTEANDT的非线性折射率在532nm为1.452×10-18m2·W-1,在1064nm为7.311×10-18m2·W-1.两种材料的三阶非线性吸收系数,三阶非线性极化率和超极化率的数量级分别是10-11m·W-1,10-13esu和10-31esu.结果表明这两种材料在非线性光学领域有潜在的应用价值.  相似文献

This report describes the determination of paraquat (PQ) in human blood plasma samples by a direct-injection reversed-phase ion-pair chromatographic method. Blood plasma filtrate was injected directly into the LiChrospher® RP-18 alkyl-diol silica (ADS) precolumn integrated in a column switching system using a mixture of 3% 2-propanol and 10 mM sodium octane sulfonate (SOS) in a 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 2.8). After washing with this phase, the ADS precolumn was back-flushed with the analytical mobile phase consisting of 40% of methanol and 10 mM SOS in a 0.05 M phosphate buffer (pH 2.8) at a flow rate of 1.0 ml min−1, in order to carry the analyte to a conventional reversed-phase analytical column, where the separation of PQ was achieved and finally detected by UV at 258 nm. The recoveries of PQ from human blood plasma samples ranged between 95.0 and 99.5% at nine different concentrations (from 0.05 to 3.00 μg of PQ ml−1) with coefficients of variation <2.5% (n=3). The precision expressed as relative standard deviation was below 3.5% for between-day and below 4.3% for within-day measurements (n=5). The detection limit (signal-to-noise ratio, S/N>3) was 0.005 μg ml−1 with an injection volume of 200 μl. The proposed method is promising for the identification and quantification of PQ at low concentration levels and is suitable for its analysis in human blood plasma samples from intentional or accidental poisonings cases with a sample throughput of 5 samples per hour.  相似文献

The application of ion chromatography with the column‐switching technique for the simultaneous analysis of peroxydisulfate and conventional inorganic anions in a single run is described. With this method, conventional inorganic anions were separated by consecutive elution through both the guard column and separation column, but peroxydisulfate that only passed through the guard column had a good peak shape and short retention time. A series of standard solutions consisting of target anions of various concentrations from 0.01 to 75 mg/L were analyzed, with a correlation coefficient (r) ≥ 0.9990. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.49–9.84 μg/L based on the S/N of 3 and a 25 μL injection volume. RSDs for retention time, peak area, and peak height were all <1.77%. A spiking study was performed with satisfactory recoveries between 97.6 and 103.4% for all anions. The quantitative determination of peroxydisulfate and conventional inorganic anions in surface waters was accomplished within 18 min by this column‐switching technique.  相似文献

Starting from a hypothetical but fundamental charge/discharge sequence, the topic of nonlinear optical switching in atomic clusters built from silicon and alkali metals is opened up. The outcomes presented in this work, obtained with ab initio methods of exceptional predictive capabilities, offer strong evidences that sizable hyperpolarizability contrasts between neutral and charged alkali metal doped cluster forms might be simultaneously accomplished. The observed switching procedure involves redox polyatomic clusters formed by Si atoms. These centers function as electron acceptors at the ground state and as electron donors at the excited states facilitating low energy charge transfer transitions upon electronic excitation. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

Lysosomal storage disorders comprise a group of rare genetic diseases in which a deficit of specific hydrolases leads to the storage of undegraded substrates in lysosomes. Impaired enzyme activities can be assessed by MS/MS quantification of the reaction products obtained after incubation with specific substrates. In this study, a column‐switching HPLC‐MS/MS method for multiplex screening in dried blood spot of the lysosomal enzymes activities was developed. Mucopolysaccharidosis type I, Fabry, Gaucher, Krabbe, Niemann–Pick A/B and Pompe diseases were simultaneously assayed. Dried blood spots were incubated with substrates and internal standards; thereafter, supernatants were collected with minor manipulations. Samples were injected, trapped into an online perfusion column and, by a six‐port valve, switched online through the C18 analytical column to perform separation of metabolites followed by MS/MS analysis. A total of 1136 de‐identified newborn screening samples were analyzed to determine references for enzymes activity values. As positive controls, we analyzed dried blood spots from three patients with Pompe, one with Fabry, one with Krabbe disease and two with MPS I, and in all cases the enzyme activities were below the cutoff values measured for newborns, except for an MPS I patient after successful hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. Stimuli‐directed alignment control of liquid crystals (LCs) with desired molecular orientation is currently in the limelight for the development of smart functional materials and devices. Here, photoresponsive azo thiol (AzoSH) was grafted onto gold nanoparticles (GNPs). The resulting hybrid GNPs were able to homogeneously mix with a commercially available nematic LC host, as evidenced by Cryo‐TEM. Interestingly, the LC nanocomposites were found to undergo reversible alignment transition upon light irradiation as a consequence of the transcis photoisomerization of the azo groups on the GNP surface. LC molecules in either planar or bare glass cells were able to change their alignment to vertical upon UV irradiation, while the vertically aligned LC molecules returned to the planar or random orientation under visible irradiation. Neither the azo thiol molecules nor the unfunctionalized GNPs alone promoted the alignment of the LC molecules in the system upon light irradiation. The photoinduced vertical alignment without applied electric or magnetic field was very stable over time and with respect to temperature. Furthermore, an optically switchable device based on the photostimulated reversible alignment control of LCs was demonstrated.  相似文献

Highly efficient red–green–blue (RGB) tricolor luminescence switching was demonstrated in a bicomponent solid film consisting of (2Z,2′Z)‐2,2′‐(1,4‐phenylene)bis(3‐(4‐butoxyphenyl)acrylonitrile) (DBDCS) and (2Z,2′Z)‐3,3′‐(2,5‐bis(6‐(9H‐carbazol‐9‐yl)hexyloxy)‐1,4‐phenylene)bis(2‐(3,5‐bis(trifluoromethyl)phenyl)acrylonitrile) (m‐BHCDCS). Reversible RGB luminescence switching with a high ratiometric color contrast (λem=594, 527, 458 nm for red, green, and blue, respectively) was realized by different external stimuli such as heat, solvent vapor exposure, and mechanical force. It was shown that Förster resonance energy transfer in the bicomponent mixture could be efficiently switched on and off through supramolecular control.  相似文献

1,4‐Diazabicyclo[2.2.2]octane (dabco) and its derivatives have been extensively utilized as building units of excellent molecular ferroelectrics for decades. However, the homochiral dabco‐based ferroelectric remains a blank. Herein, by adding a methyl (Me) group accompanied by the introduction of homochirality to the [H2dabco]2+ in the non‐ferroelectric [H2dabco][TFSA]2 (TFSA=bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)ammonium), we successfully designed enantiomeric ferroelectrics [R and S‐2‐Me‐H2dabco][TFSA]2. The two enantiomers show two sequential phase transitions with transition temperature (Tc) as high as 405.8 K and 415.8 K, which is outstanding in both dabco‐based ferroelectrics and homochiral ferroelectrics. To our knowledge, [R and S‐2‐Me‐H2dabco][TFSA]2 are the first examples of dabco‐based homochiral ferroelectrics. This finding opens an avenue to construct dabco‐based homochiral ferroelectrics and will inspire the exploration of more eminent enantiomeric molecular ferroelectrics.  相似文献
