Subduction of coset representations

Summary Enumerations of compounds based on a parent skeleton with and without the influence of obligatory minimum valency (OMV) are reported. The effect of the OMV is formulated by assigning different weights to the respective orbits of the parent skeleton. This type of enumeration requires introduction of several new concepts that are derived from the subduction of coset representations, e.g., a unit subduced cycle index, a subduced cycle index and the number of suborbits.     

A semiorthogonal decomposition for Brauer–Severi schemes

A semiorthogonal decomposition for the bounded derived category of coherent sheaves on a Brauer–Severi scheme is given. It relies on bounded derived categories of suitably twisted coherent sheaves on the base (© 2009 WILEY-VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)

In this paper, by using holomorphic support function of strictly pseudoconvex domain on Stein manifolds and the kernel defined by DEMAILY J P and Laurent Thiebaut, we construct two integral operators Tq and Sq which are both belong to Cs+αp,q-1((**)D) and obtain integral representation of the solution of (p,q)-form (**)b-equation on the boundary of pseudoconvex domain in Stein manifolds and the Lsp,q extimates for the solution.

线偏振高斯光束通过条形浮雕光栅的传输

使用角谱表示和严格的模式理论研究了线偏振高斯光束通过特征尺寸与波长可比拟的条形浮雕光栅的传输，系统参数误差对浮雕层中光强最大值的影响.研究表明，光束在条形浮雕光栅各层中有不同的光强分布，浮雕层的介质填充部分中的光强明显高于展空部分的光强.光栅周期误差对浮雕层中最大光强的影响起主要作用.并利用模拟退火优化算法优化系统参数以控制出射光束的光强分布.     

A Discrete Spectral Problem and Related Hierarchy of Discrete Hamiltonian Lattice Equations

Staring from a discrete matrix spectral problem, a hierarchy of lattice soliton equations is presented though discrete zero curvature representation. The resulting lattice soliton equations possess non-local Lax pairs. The Hamiltonian structures are established for the resulting hierarchy by the discrete trace identity. Liouville integrability of resulting hierarchy is demonstrated.     

On entropy and information of quantum states

Shannon entropy and information are applied to study the properties of quantum states of a system in the probability representation of quantum mechanics. Examples of spin states and mixed Gaussian states of the two-mode system are considered. The relationship between the new entropy and the von Neumann entropy is reviewed. Two tomographic maps are considered within the framework of the star-product quantization. The explicit expression of tomographic entropy associated with photon-number tomogram of the two-mode state of photons is obtained in terms of Hermite polynomials of four variables. Based on a contribution to the International Conference “New Trends in Quantum Mechanics. Fundamental Aspects and Applications” (Palermo, Italy, November 2005).     

双模激发压缩真空态的维格纳函数

利用纠缠态表象下的维格纳(Wigner)算符,构造了双模激发压缩真空态的维格纳函数,并根据该函数在相空间ρ-γ中随参量m,n和r的变化关系,讨论了双模激发压缩真空态的量子干涉特性和压缩效应。结果表明,对于参量m,n不同的取值,双模激发压缩真空态的量子干涉效应的强弱不同;而对于不同的压缩参量r,双模激发压缩真空态呈现出不同程度的压缩效应。最后,根据双模激发压缩真空态的维格纳函数的边缘分布,阐明了此维格纳函数的物理意义。     

Wigner functions and tomograms of the photon-depleted even and odd coherent states

Using the coherent state representation of Wigner operator and the technique of integration within an ordered product （IWOP） of operators, this paper derives the Wigner functions for the photon-depleted even and odd coherent states （PDEOCSs）. Moreover, in terms of the Wigner functions with respect to the complex parameter a the nonclassical properties of the PDEOCSs are discussed. The results show that the nonclassicality for the state ｜β, m〉o （or ｜β,m〉e） is more pronounced when m is even （or odd）. According to the marginal distributions of the Wigner functions, the physical meaning of the Wigner functions is given. Further, the tomograms of the PDEOCSs are calculated with the aid of newly introduced intermediate coordinate-momentum representation in quantum optics.     

Analysis of the Global Relation for the Nonlinear Schrödinger Equation on the Half-line

It has been shown recently that the unique, global solution of the Dirichlet problem of the nonlinear Schrödinger equation on the half-line can be expressed through the solution of a 2×2 matrix Riemann–Hilbert problem. This problem is specified by the spectral functions {a(k),b(k)} which are defined in terms of the initial condition q(x,0)=q ₀(x), and by the spectral functions {A(k),B(k)} which are defined in terms of the specified boundary condition q(0,t)=g ₀(t) and the unknown boundary value q _x (0,t)=g ₁(t). Furthermore, it has been shown that given q ₀ and g ₀, the function g ₁ can be characterized through the solution of a certain 'global relation' coupling q ₀, g ₀, g ₁, and (t,k), where satisfies the t-part ofthe associated Lax pair evaluated at x=0. We show here that, by using a Gelfand–Levitan–Marchenko triangular representation of , the global relation can be explicitly solved for g ₁.
