基于人工神经网络的肉类光谱识别

利用自组的光纤探头式光谱仪对载体肉类表面进行光谱测量,采用反向传播人工神经网络(BP-ANN)对肉类可见光谱进行识别,分析了隐层神经元、期望误差、判别输出范围等网络参数的调整对识别功能的影响.基于大量实测数据样本,优化网络结构参数选择,建立了良好的人工神经网络,对肉类光谱识别率达到97.5%.     

上机房营子遗址出土陶器的XRF分析研究

Simultaneous Determination of Multicomponents in Air Toxic Organic Compounds Using Artificial Neural Networks in Ftir Spectroscopy

The application of Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs) for nonlinear multivariate calibration using simulated FTIR data was demonstrated in this paper. Neural networks consisting of three layers of nodes were trained by using the back-propagation learning rule. Since parameters affect the performance of the network greatly, simulated data were used to train the network in order to get a satisfactory combination of all parameters. The mixtures of four air toxic organic compounds whose FTIR spectra are overlapped were chosen to evaluate the calibration and prediction ability of the network. The relative standard error (RSD%), the percent standard error of prediction samples (%SEP) and the percent standard error of calibration samples (%SEC) are used for evaluating the ability of the neural network.     

Surface profile optimization of antireflection gratings for solar cells

The solar cell efficiency can be improved by antireflection gratings. In this paper, the antireflection gratings with different symmetrical surface profiles are investigated by numerical simulations based on the Rigorous Coupled-Wave Analysis. Simulated results show that the antireflection performance of sharp profile such as quadratic profile has a significant improvement compared with triangular and parabolic profiles, while the top cutoff in the grating tip will severely influence the antireflection performance. Meanwhile, proper length of flat region between grating features in the nonclose-packed triangular antireflection grating can have better antireflection performance than the close-packed counterpart for the same grating period and height. Such antireflection gratings with different surface profiles may offer attractive solutions to current commercial silicon solar cell, as well as organic and other semiconductor material based solar cells.

可拆分有调整时间的平行机排序问题的一个算法

考虑有独立调整时间的同型号平行机排序问题,极小化最迟完工时间,产品允许拆分,同一产品被拆分后各部分可以在不同机器上同时加工,该问题是ＮＰ－ｈａｒｄ问题。本文首先给出该问题的一个启发式算法ＭＬ,然后证明了其最坏情况估计不超过７／４－１／ｍ（ｍ≥２）。     

流动注射-电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定天然水中的钙和镁

本文采用流动注射－电感耦合等离子体发现光谱联用技术测定了天然水中的钙、镁元素。考察了试液的雾化和曝光时间及载气压力等因素对分析信号的影响。通过与气动连续进样的对比，测出了钙、镁在流动注射进样下的分散系数。本法在测定钙、镁含量高的水性时，不需对试样进行稀释处理。对五个水样中钙、镁的分析结果与EDTA络合滴定法相吻合。
