为深入研究内爆加载下岩土类材料的破坏机理,提出了一种新的爆炸裂纹检测算法,采用数字图像相关方法测量表面位移场和应变场,建立了裂纹扩展和扩张模型,并通过混凝土内爆试验观测裂纹扩展过程,研究了裂纹长度扩展与宽度扩张规律。结果表明,裂纹长度扩展是应力波和爆生气体共同作用的结果,裂纹最大扩展速度为225.95 m/s,平均速度为122.27 m/s,裂纹总长159.92 mm,长度扩展止于1.75 ms;裂纹的张开由气体主导,最大宽度1.59 mm,作用时间长达4.5 ms;拉应变集中区先于裂纹出现,其形状决定了裂纹的走向和趋势,爆炸加载下断裂过程区长度为骨料粒径的8~9倍。

采用数值模拟和光测技术对单向拉伸载荷作用下单搭接胶接接头中的剪切性能进行分析,研究了不同厚度胶层中切应力的变化规律。用有限元方法(FEM)对不同胶层厚度的试件进行建模,得到了拉伸载荷下胶粘剂中的切应力分布及其统计参数。利用数字图像相关(digitalimage correlation,DIC)方法对试件的变形场进行测量。结果表明,当胶粘剂的厚度较小时,胶粘剂中的切应力的分布统计参数随着其厚度的增加会有显著的变化,但是当厚度超过一定的数值时,统计参数对厚度的变化不再敏感。  相似文献

提出了一种测定透明材料厚度的新方法。该方法是基于透明材料对光的折射特点,利用光斑点面内位移与材料厚度的变化关系,将厚度的测量转化为对面内位移的测量。将此方法与数字图像相关法相结合,实现了单摄像机对厚度的测定。对轴向拉伸状态下的有机玻璃板的厚度变化进行了测定,将实验结果与理论值进行了对比,两者符合较好,证明了该实验方法的有效性和可行性。  相似文献

The thickness change of transparent plates was measured by electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) method and digital image correlation (DIC) method. An out-of-plane ESPI system was developed based on the Michelson interferometer, and a new thickness measurement method was designed, which is on the basis of Snell's law of refraction and DIC. The main principles and experimental procedures of these two methods were presented. The thickness change of polymethyl specimens under uniaxial tensile loading were measured by the optical techniques and compared with each other. The results reveal that the data obtained with DIC method achieve better linearity than ESPI.  相似文献

With in the framework of distance dependent tight-binding molecular dynamics (DDTBMD), the collision dynamics of sodium cluster Na n has been studied systematically. Some phenomena have been observed at different impact parameters b , such as fusion reaction, deep inelastic collision (DIC) and quasi-elasticcollision, which are similar to the nuclear heavy-ion collisions (HIC). For the system of Na6 (3D) + Na8, the reaction mechanism at b=9a0 is DIC, but when b is equal to 13a0, it corresponds to quasi-elastic collision. Further more the rotation processes during the collisions, are related to the collision energy and parameter. The larger collision energy is, the earlier relative rotation will occur, and the relaxation time becomes shorter and the relative rotation energy is much smaller. There exists maximal relative rotation energy which corresponding to b = 7a0. When b is smaller than 7a0, the rotation energy increases with b increasing, otherwise the energyd ecreases. And the maximal relative rotation energy is corresponding to DIC process. The maximal rotation energy can reach on etenth of total energy, which is much less than that in HIC.  相似文献

溶解有机质矿化为溶解无机碳是全球碳循环中的一个重要过程.利用模拟太阳光对Suwannee河腐植酸的光氧化过程模拟,研究了溶解氧浓度、模拟太阳光波长范围和铁浓度对溶解无机碳产量的影响.研究表明,基于前24 h空气饱和的无机碳矿化速率4.40μmol/(L.h),氧气饱和条件下照射增加1.56倍,氮气饱和条件下照射下降36%.UV-B,UV-A和可见光部分分别占溶解无机碳产量的31.8%、32.6%和25.6%.当加入20μmol/L铁络合剂DFOM时(初始样品Suwannee河腐植酸铁含量为5.46μmol/L),溶解无机碳产量下降55.6%.  相似文献

An experimental investigation of spatio-temporal characteristics of the Portevin–Le Châtelier (PLC) effect in austenitic steel with twinning induced plasticity (TWIP) is presented. Post-processing of high resolution digital images captured from specimens in quasi-static, room temperature tensile tests was conducted with a digital image correlation (DIC) method. This provided direct measurement of strain fields during all stages of the tests. Variable rate digital image capture, enabled with a custom image acquisition algorithm, guaranteed a suitable number of images recorded during serrations in load–time records. Nucleation, propagation, and morphology of individual PLC bands in both straight gage and tapered specimens were quantified with strain rate contours computed with a backward differentiation scheme. Time histories of strain evolution in the PLC band wakes were extracted from cumulative strain contours. Of the three types of PLC bands, only the continuously propagating Type A bands were observed. Band nucleation, which occurred at serration crests in flow curves derived from the DIC results, was not limited to regions of geometry-induced stress concentrations. Due to its importance in finite element springback predictions and to support theoretical model development of inelastic behavior in TWIP steel, we measured Young’s modulus variation with strain in periodic loading–unloading tests. Implications of the experimental results for theoretical modeling of the PLC effect in TWIP steel are discussed.  相似文献

An innovative technique for measuring both the shape, the displacement, the strain and the temperature fields at the surface of an object using a single stereovision sensor is proposed. The sensor is based on two off-the-shelf low-cost high-resolution uncooled CCD cameras. To allow both dimensional and thermal measurements, the sensor operates in the visible and near infrared (NIR) spectral band (0.7–1.1 μm), and a radiometric and geometric calibration of the sensor is required. This technique leads to a low-cost camera-based simplified instrumentation that gives simultaneously dimensional/kinematical and thermal field measurements.  相似文献

探讨数字图像相关方法测试结果的误差分布规律对提高该方法的测试精度具有重要意义。本文从理论上分析了基于双线性位移模式数字图像相关方法的子区变形场测试误差分布规律,结果表明,当试件的真实变形可由双线性位移模式描述时,变形场最大测试误差通常出现在子区的边界或节点处。因此,若试件发生均匀拉伸等常应变变形,可利用相关系数选取一个最优子区,认为测得最优子区中心应变为试件真实应变。零变形实验验证了该测试方法的可靠性。最后对手机导光板试件在单轴拉伸载荷下的数字图像进行分析,并利用本文方法测试了其弹性常数。  相似文献
