Medium logic (ML) is set up for the common theoritical foundation of the classical mathematics and fuzzy mathematics. It has been formalized as a new theory of logic. See note (1) and note (2). As mathematical logic the ML's construct reches the study of the informal deductive inference by means of studying the formal inference in it, and it demands the formal inference of ML reliable reflected the deductive inference. For this reason, this paper deals with its reliability. Skyrmions in synthetic antiferromagnetic (SAF) systems have attracted much attention in recent years due to their superior stability, high-speed mobility, and completely compensated skyrmion Hall effect. They are promising building blocks for the next generation of magnetic storage and computing devices with ultra-low energy and ultra-high density. Here, we theoretically investigate the motion of a skyrmion in an SAF bilayer racetrack and find the velocity of a skyrmion can be controlled jointly by the edge effect and the driving force induced by the spin current. Furthermore, we propose a logic gate that can realize different logic functions of logic AND, OR, NOT, NAND, NOR, and XOR gates. Several effects including the spin-orbit torque, the skyrmion Hall effect, skyrmion-skyrmion repulsion, and skyrmion-edge interaction are considered in this design. Our work may provide a way to utilize the SAF skyrmion as a versatile information carrier for future energy-efficient logic gates. 相似文献

Herein, we presented a novel logic gate based on an INHIBITION gate that performs parallel readouts. Logic gates performing INHIBITION and YES/OR were constructed using surface‐enhanced Raman scattering as optical outputs for the first time. The strategy allowed for simultaneous reading of outputs in one tube. The applicability of this strategy has been successfully exemplified in the construction of half‐adder using the two‐output logic gates as reporting gates. Herein we describe a photosensitizer (PS) with the capacity to perform multiple logic operations based on a pyrene‐containing phthalocyanine (Pc) derivative. The system presents three output signals (fluorescence at 377 and 683 nm, and singlet oxygen (1O2) production), which are dependent on three inputs: two chemical (concentration of dithiothreitol (DTT) and acidic pH) and one physical (visible light above 530 nm for 1O2 sensitization). The multi‐input/multioutput nature of this PS leads to single‐, double‐, and triple‐mode activation pathways of its fluorescent and photodynamic functions, through the interplay of various interrelated AND, ID, and INHIBIT gates. Dual fluorescence emissions are potentially useful for orthogonal optical imaging protocols while 1O2 is the main reactive species in photodynamic therapy (PDT). We thus expect that this kind of PS logic system will be of great interest for multimodal cellular imaging and therapeutic applications. 相似文献

A novel benzothiazole derivative J as a fluorescent chemosensor for Zn2+ has been designed and synthesized. The chemosensor J exhibits high selectivity and sensitivity to Zn2+ as fluorescence “turn-on” behavior, which the other cations do not make sense. The detection limit calculated by fluorescence titration method was 1.64 × 10?8 M. Furthermore, the generated J-Zn2+ ensemble could recover the enhanced fluorescence upon the addition of EDTA generating an “on-off-on” recycle. In addition, the test strip based on J was fabricated, which could act as a convenient and efficient Zn2+ test kit. 相似文献
