应用液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱(LC-QTOF/MS)建立了一次进样可同时对紫甘蓝中415种农药残留进行快速筛查和准确确证的分析方法。实验采用1%(v/v)醋酸乙腈溶液提取,无水硫酸镁和氯化钠进行盐析,ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱(100 mm×2.1 mm, 3.5 μm)分离,以0.1%(v/v)甲酸水溶液(含5 mmol/L乙酸铵)-乙腈为二元流动相进行梯度洗脱,应用LC-QTOF/MS在电喷雾电离、全离子MS/MS(All Ions MS/MS)扫描正模式下进行检测,基质匹配外标法定量分析。通过优化全自动MS/MS采集模式(Auto MS/MS)和全离子MS/MS采集模式下的不同参数,得到每种采集模式下的最佳条件。然后在2种不同采集模式的最佳条件下对比,最终选取All Ions MS/MS采集模式。实验结果表明,采用所建立的分析方法可以准确定性和定量筛查紫甘蓝中415种农药残留,所有415种农药在各自的范围内线性相关系数(r2)均大于0.990,其中411种农药的筛查限(SDL)≤5 μg/kg, 413种农药的定量限(LOQ)≤10 μg/kg。在1倍、2倍和10倍LOQ添加水平下,农药的回收率分别为65.7%~118.4%、72.0%~118.8%和70.2%~111.2%,相对标准偏差分别为0.9%~19.7%、0.2%~19.9%和0.6%~19.9%。将该方法应用于2019年欧盟能力验证项目的紫甘蓝样品中未知农药残留筛查方法和定量方法考核样的检测,所有添加农药均被准确定性筛查和定量检测,没有假阳性和假阴性。结果表明,该方法快速、准确、可靠,适用于对紫甘蓝中多种农药残留的高通量定性筛查和准确定量,可以扩展到其他果蔬基质中多农残的高通量筛查。  相似文献

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things (IoT) and the increasing number of wireless nodes, the problems of scare spectrum and energy supply of nodes have become main issues. To achieve green IoT techniques and resolve the challenge of wireless power supply, wireless-powered backscatter communication as a promising transmission paradigm has been concerned by many scholars. In wireless-powered backscatter communication networks, the passive backscatter nodes can harvest the ambient radio frequency signals for the devices’ wireless charging and also reflect some information signals to the information receiver in a low-power-consumption way. To balance the relationship between the amount of energy harvesting and the amount of information rate, resource allocation is a key technique in wireless-powered backscatter communication networks. However, most of the current resource allocation algorithms assume available perfect channel state information and limited spectrum resource, it is impractical for actual backscatter systems due to the impact of channel delays, the nonlinearity of hardware circuits and quantization errors that may increase the possibility of outage probability. To this end, we investigate a robust resource allocation problem to improve system robustness and spectrum efficiency in a cognitive wireless-powered backscatter communication network, where secondary transmitters can work at the backscattering transmission mode and the harvest-then-transmit mode by a time division multiple access manner. The total throughput of the secondary users is maximized by jointly optimizing the transmission time, the transmit power, and the reflection coefficients of secondary transmitters under the constraints on the throughput outage probability of the users. To tackle the non-convex problem, we design a robust resource allocation algorithm to obtain the optimal solution by using the proper variable substitution method and Lagrange dual theory. Simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in terms of lower outage probabilities.  相似文献

The interpretive cross-case study focused on the examination of connections between teacher and student topic-specific knowledge of lower secondary mathematics. Two teachers were selected for the study using non-probability purposive sampling technique. Teachers completed the Teacher Content Knowledge Survey before teaching a topic on the division of fractions. The survey consisted of multiple-choice items measuring teachers’ knowledge of facts and procedures, knowledge of concepts and connections, and knowledge of models and generalizations. Teachers were also interviewed on the topic of fraction division using questions addressing their content and pedagogical content knowledge. After teaching the topic on the division of fractions, two groups of 6th-grade students of the participating teachers were tested using similar items measuring students’ topic-specific knowledge at the level of procedures, concepts, and generalizations. The cross-case examination using meaning coding and linguistic analysis revealed topic-specific connections between teacher and student knowledge of fraction division. Results of the study suggest that students’ knowledge could be associated with the teacher knowledge in the context of topic-specific teaching and learning of mathematics at the lower secondary school.  相似文献

A new reliable and highly sensitive method based on high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) separation and high resolution tandem mass spectrometric detection (HRMS/MS) has been developed and validated for determination of 323 pesticide residues, 55 mycotoxins, and 11 plant toxins represented by pyrrolizidine alkaloids. The method was validated for three matrices, leek, wheat, and tea differing in nature/amount of co-extracts that may cause various matrix effects. For target analytes isolation, optimized QuEChERS-based (quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged, and safe) extraction procedure was employed. Spectral HRMS/MS library has been established providing an entire spectrum of fragment ions for each analyte, which allows unbiased identification and confirmation of target compounds. The limits of quantification (LOQs) of target analytes were below 10 μg kg−1 for 82%, 81%, and 61% for matrices leek, wheat, and tea, respectively. Recoveries were in the acceptable range (70–120%) according to SANCO/12571/2013 for most of target analytes, except for highly polar ‘masked’ mycotoxin deoxynivalenol-3-glucoside with recoveries 35%, 47%, and 42% for matrices leek, wheat, and tea, respectively. The linearities of calibration curves expressed as coefficients of determination were in the range of 0.9661–1.000, and repeatabilities expressed as relative standard deviations (RSDs) at LOQs lied in the range of 0.25–13.51%. The trueness of the method was verified using several certified reference materials (CRMs) and proficiency test samples.  相似文献

自1989年出现商品化的仪器以来,毛细管电泳(CE)技术在多个应用领域都取得了长足的进步与发展,重复性和准确性方面也有很大提升。能力验证样品分析的满意结果也显示了CE具备法规要求的准确定量能力。在疾病预防控制领域(简称"疾控")CE也展现出很多独具特色的应用,成为不可或缺的技术之一。在聚合酶链式反应产物分析、核酸序列测定、DNA变异和分型分析、食源性致病微生物分析及疫苗分析等工作中CE发挥了重要作用。应对突发疫情或公共卫生事件如食物中毒时,除了通过非靶标分析尽快锁定目标物外,还需要对大量样品做出快速而准确的分析,高通量和高灵敏的CE就十分适合解决这一问题。在公共卫生理化检验以确保食品、保健食品、特殊医学用途食品、化妆品和消毒产品等的安全中,CE也发挥了不可或缺的作用。作为一种使用较少危险化学品的环境友好方法,在需要按照标准或规范进行的疾控实验室常规检测中,CE仍受制于标准方法的缺失,未能发挥其应有的作用。但简单、快速、经济、耐用、高效的CE分离一旦与高灵敏通用检测器联用,必将更加从容地应对疾控领域中的各种挑战,发挥更大的作用。本文综述了2010~2019年CE在疾控领域的应用,分析了CE在疾控领域发展的机遇和挑战,对CE在疾控领域的发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

Cognitive Radio (CR) aims to provide efficient spectrum utilization in spectrum scarce wireless environments. One of the key CR functionalities is the spectrum sensing, which allows CRs to monitor the electromagnetic spectrum and detect unused bands of spectrum. Wideband spectrum sensing needs to be employed for better spectrum opportunity detection and interference avoidance both in the case of commercial and military applications. Accurate sensing needs to be employed for blocker detection in commercial systems such as LTE for the design of transmit/receive path. In military radios, the challenge lies in the robust detection of the location of the center frequencies and bandwidths of individual radio channels in the wideband input signal. In this paper, an energy detector based on tree-structured discrete Fourier transform based filter bank (TDFTFB) is proposed for detecting the edges of the channels in the spectrum. The proposed method is compared with the conventional wavelets based method for complexity and performance. The design example and simulations show that the gate count resource utilization of the proposed detection scheme is 22.9% lesser than the wavelets method at the cost of a slight degradation (0.5%) in detection accuracy. Over-the-air tests performed using Universal Software Radio Peripheral 2 (USRP2) and MATLAB/SIMULINK showed that the present method is not input specific whereas the conventional wavelet based approach depends on the spectral location of the input.  相似文献

Researchers conducted semi-structured interviews with in-service fifth grade teachers. The purpose of these interviews was to examine teachers’ reactions to arguments that .999… = 1. Previously reported results indicate that some pre-service elementary school teachers possess misunderstandings about mathematical issues related to decimals with single repeating digits. This research investigates whether some in-service teachers possess misunderstandings about mathematical issues related to .999…. This paper reports on one instance of a teacher whose responses indicate that the teacher's sense of number and sense of measurement are intertwined, resulting in fragile understanding of repeating decimals. These data present evidence that teachers continue to develop repeated decimal understandings and misunderstandings throughout their careers, and that the curriculum, everyday experience, and perceptions of student learning combine to form or reinforce these understandings. Because decimals with a single repeating digit (e.g. .333… and .666…) are an integral part of the elementary mathematics curriculum, we argue that it is important that in-service elementary mathematics teachers have a clear understanding of concepts related to the concept of infinity as they emerge through the study of the equality .999… = 1.  相似文献

This article presents the views of 24 nationally recognized authorities in the field of mathematics, and in particular the calculus, on student understanding of the first-year calculus. A framework emerged that includes four overarching end goals for understanding of the first-year calculus: (a) mastery of the fundamental concepts and-or skills of the first-year calculus, (b) construction of connections and relationships between and among concepts and skills, (c) the ability to use the ideas of the first-year calculus, and (d) a deep sense of the context and purpose of the calculus. Each end goal for student understanding is explored in detail and the potential for using the framework as an organizational tool is discussed.  相似文献

The massive growth in mobile users and wireless technologies has resulted in increased data traffic and created demand for additional radio spectrum. This growing demand for radio spectrum has resulted in spectrum congestion and mandated the need for coexistence between radar and interfering communication emitters. To address the aforementioned issues, it is critical to review existing policies and evaluate new technologies that can utilize spectrum in an efficient and intelligent manner. Cognitive radio and cognitive radar are two promising technologies that exploit spectrum using dynamic spectrum access techniques. Additionally, introducing the bio-inspired concept ‘metacognition’ in a cognitive process has shown to increase the effectiveness and robustness of the cognitive radio and cognitive radar system. Metacognition is a high-order thinking agent that monitors and regulates the cognition process through a feedback and control process called the perception–action cycle. Extensive research has been done in the field of spectrum sensing in cognitive radio and spectral coexistence between radar and communication systems. This paper provides a detailed classification of spectrum sensing schemes and explains how dynamic spectrum access strategies share the spectrum between radar and communication systems. In addition to this, the fundamentals of cognitive radio, its architecture, spectrum management framework, and metacognition concept in radar are discussed. Furthermore, this paper presents various research issues, challenges, and future research directions associated with spectrum sensing in cognitive radar and dynamic spectrum access strategies in cognitive radar.  相似文献

In this article, we propose a deep Q-learning based algorithm for optimal resource allocation in energy harvested cognitive radio networks (EH-CRN). In EH-CRN, channel resources of primary users (PU) networks are shared with secondary users (SU) and energy harvesting allows nodes of the CRN to acquire energy from the environment for operation sustainability. However, amount of energy harvested from the environment is not fixed and requires dynamic allocation of resources for obtaining optimum network and throughput capacity. In this work, we overcome the limitations of existing Q-learning based resource allocation schemes which are constrained by large state-space systems and have slow convergence. Proposed deep Q-learning based algorithm improves the resource allocation in EH-CRN, while considering quality of service (QoS), energy and interference constraints. Simulation results show that proposed algorithm provide improved convergence and better resource utilization compared to other techniques in literature.  相似文献
