高效凝胶过滤色谱法（光电二极管阵列检测器）分离、测定巴豆毒蛋白

 巴豆毒蛋白粗提液在高效蛋白柱上分离，用光电二极管阵列检测器给出光谱信号，判断所需蛋白的峰，并利用光谱图和反相高效液相色谱来确认分离峰的纯度；在高效蛋白柱上测定了巴豆毒蛋白的分子量；利用离子交个邻苯二甲醛柱后衍生法测定了巴豆毒蛋白的氨基酸含量。     

RECOGNITION SEQUENCE SPECIFICITY OF SIGNAL PEPTIDASE I AND THE ROLE OF SIGNAL PEPTIDE IN SECRETION OF PROTEIN IN Bacillus subtilis

By recombinant DNA technology, the N-terminal of the β-protein encoding region of plasmid pUBHO is fused with the structure gene of α-amylase from Bacillus licheniformis. This gene fusion is called βAmy. It is able to transcribe and translate in phase. Protein fusion can be secreted into the medium mediated by β-signal peptide. The efficiency of secretion is about 10% of the synthesized pre-α-amylase. By comparing the secretion capacities and analysing the restriction sites on β-Amy genes and the molecular weights of the mature α-amylase secreted by B. subtilis harbouring different plasmids, it is indicated in vivo that the recognition and cleavage sequence for signal peptidase I of B. subtilis is Ala-Ala-Ala Ala. The results also indicate that the secretion of the α-amylase in B. subtilis is in accordance with the post-translational transportation mode.     

Low temperature heat capacities and thermodynamic properties of rare earth triisothiocyanate hydrates——Pr(NCS)_3· 7H_2O and Nd(NCS)_3· 7H_2O

Heat capacities of Pr(NCS)3·7H2O and Nd(NCS)3· 7H2O haw been measured from 13 to 300 K by using a fully automated adiabatic calorimeter. Schottky anomaly was observed for Pr(NCS)3·7H2O below 50 K. The polynomial equations for calculating the heat capacity values of the two compounds in the range of 13-300 K were obtained by the least-squares fitting based on the experimental Cp data. The Cp values below 13 K were estimated by using the Debye-Einstein and Schottky heat capacity functions. The standard molar thermodynamic functions were computed from 0 to 300 K. The standard entropies and Gibbs energies of formation of the two compounds were also calculated.     

VINYL MONOMERS BEARING CHROMOPHORE MOIETIES AND THEIR POLYMERS——Ⅹ.INITIATION AND PHOTOCHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF p-(N,N-DIMETHYLAMINO)STYRENE AND ITS POLYMERS*

A vinyl monomer having an electron-donating moiety, p-(N,N-dimethylamino)styrenc (DMAS),was synthesized. It was combined with benzoyl peroxide (BPO) to form a redox initiation system to initiatethe polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA). UV spectra measurements show that DMAS enters thePMMA chain as well. Both DMAS and its polymer P(DMAS) display strong fluorescence, and thefluorescence can be quenched by electron-deficient compounds such as methacrylonitrile, fumaronitrile andmethyl methacrylate etc. Moreover, DMAS can also form charge transfer complex (CTC) with strongelectron acceptors such as tetracyanoethylene (TCNE). The difference between the photochemical propertiesof DMAS and P(DMAS) were explained in terms of molecular structure change and polymer conformationeffect in solution. In addition, the CTC and exciplex formation of DMAS or P(DMAS) with C_(60) were alsostudied.

 合成了用于气相色谱（ＧＣ）的手性衍生化试剂Ｎ－七氟丁酰基－Ｌ－脯氨酰氯（Ｎ－ＨＦＢ－Ｌ－ＰＣｌ）。各种特性试验表明，Ｎ－ＨＦＢ－Ｌ－ＰＣｌ是灵敏的ＧＣ手性衍生化试剂，可直接于水相拆分微量的手性胺对映体。

胶束增溶光度法同时测定铂、铑、钯和金的研究

本文研究了贵金属Pt、Rh、Pd和Au在SnCl_2-BRB-AG-乳化剂OP离子缔合物体系中显色反应的条件,采用偏最小二乘回归法对上述体系重迭光谱进行解析及数据处理。结果表明,该体系灵敏度高,表观摩尔吸光系数可达1.74×10～6～2.47×10～6L·mol～-1·cm～-1;体系稳定性较好。应用本文方法对混合试样中Pt、Rh、Pd、Au进行同时测定,取得较满意的结果。     

Distribution of δD in 25-cm Surface Snow Along Trans-Antarctic Route (Ⅱ)——The “1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition” Glaciological Research

On the way of the "1990 International Trans-Antarctic Expedition", the first author of this paper, the Chinese member of the expedition, collected 104 snow samples in 25-cm surface snow along a 5986-km route on Antarctic ice sheet from west to east. The geographical distribution of δD across the Antarctica by the longest route is obtained from stable isotope analysis for the first time. After discussing regional differences of physical geographic conditions, maritime-continental influence, altitudes and latitudes at sampling sites, the distribution of δD is considered to have a close relation to latitudes, but the topographic effect is prominent in some particular regions. The mean annual temperature at sampling site and its relationship with δD in surface snow covering Antarctica from west to east are discussed also. The δD-temperature gradient from the south end of Antarctic Peninsula to Vostok obtained in this paper is very close to that in Terre Adelie Land obtained by predecessors. The snow-dri     

用吸附－热脱捕集进样法研究茉莉花香释放过程中化学成分

 本文采用吸附－热脱法作为头香成分的捕集和进样工具，并以气相色谱和气相色谱／质谱作为分析手段，对茉莉鲜花蕾的释香过程成分变化作跟踪测定，结果表明释香的各阶段组成分有明显的不同，为精油生产选择合理的投料时间提供科学依据。     

Nafion化学修饰圆盘预富集-石墨炉 原子吸收联用法对牛血超氧化物歧化酶中铜、锌分布状态的研究

本文研究了Nafion化学修饰钨丝圆盘预富集-石墨炉原子吸收(GFAAS)方法测定牛血超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)中游离态Cu～(2+)及Zn～(2+)的方法,并用GFAAS法直接测定SOD中铜、锌的总量,证实了牛血SOD中金属辅基铜、锌原子个数比为1:1,初步探讨了一定浓度的牛血SOD中Cu～(2+)、Zn～(2+)的表观离解平衡常数。为提高SOD的活性和稳定性的研究,提供了一种有效的方法。
