化学发光法是测量低浓度的大气氮氧化物含量的有效方法,可用于24h连续自动分析的大气环境监测系统。然而该方法需要高温转换室、高压臭氧发生模块、高温反应室等模块,使得仪器内的环境分布极为复杂,仪器在长时间运行后容易出现灵敏度下降、信噪比降低等现象。针对上述现象,设计了用于仪器的光信号探测模块的温度控制系统。该温控系统基于PID控制原理,通过AVR单片机ATMEGAl6对半导体制冷片(Ther—mo—ElectricCooling,TEC)的闭环控制来实现温度的精密控制。实验结果表明,该系统可以使光信号探测模块的温度控制在5℃±0.1℃,光电倍增管的暗噪声从25℃时的363个/s下降到5℃时的8个/s光子数,噪声波动标准差也从22降到3,能够很好地满足系统对信号探测稳定性的要求。 相似文献

Efficient generation of polarized single photons or entangled photon pairs is crucial for the implementation of quantum key distribution (QKD) systems. Self organized semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) are capable of emitting on demand one polarized photon or an entangled photon pair upon current injection. Highly efficient single‐photon sources consist of a pin structure inserted into a microcavity where single electrons and holes are funneled into an InAs QD via a submicron AlOx aperture, leading to emission of single polarized photons with record purity of the spectrum and non‐classicality of the photons. A new QD site‐control technique is based on using the surface strain field of an AlOx current aperture below the QD. GaN/AlN QD based devices are promising to operate at room temperature and reveal a fine‐structure splitting (FSS) depending inversely on the QD size. Large GaN/AlN QDs show disappearance of the FSS. Theory also suggests QDs grown on (111)‐oriented GaAs substrates as source of entangled photon pairs. 相似文献

The development of flexible manufacturing systems calls for industrial robots characterized by robustness of performance with regard to the variations of the loads and real time specification of the trajectory in the work space. In this paper, the design of a feedback controller guaranteeing such performance is considered. At first, the manipulator dynamics are embedded into a larger class of uncertain dynamical systems and a class of feedback controls is proposed that guarantees uniform ultimate boundedness of the tracking error. Based on the experimental device which is a non-uniform magnetic field to trap an atom, we show how to obtain a certain velocity of a Bose gas by controlling the magnetic coils. By comparing the relationship of the different current supply and delay time versus the ultimate velocity of the atom, we theoretically predict the method of accelerating the gases to an expected velocity. The problem of robust tracking and model following for a class of linear dynamical systems with time-varying uncertain parameters and disturbances is considered. A class of continuous (nonlinear) state feedback controllers is proposed for robust tracking of dynamical signals. The proposed robust tracking controllers can guarantee that the tracking error decreases asymptotically to zero in the presence of uncertain parameters and disturbances. A procedure for designing such a zero tracking state feedback controller is also introduced. Finally, a numerical example is given to demonstrate the validity of the results. 相似文献

Columnar grains can lead to detrimental surface ridging and an inhomogeneous microstructure, although their {1 0 0}〈0 v w〉 texture is considered desirable due to their good magnetic properties in non-oriented silicon steel. Based on the hereditary tendency of {1 0 0}〈0 v w〉 texture, the effects of lubrication and heating rate on texture and on final magnetic properties were investigated using a cast slab containing 100% columnar grains. Hot rolling with lubrication, normalization at low heating rate, two-stage cold rolling, and final annealing at 1000 °C helped achieve high performance. As a result, a new non-oriented silicon steel with high magnetic induction (B50=1.82 T) and low core loss (P1.5=2.35 W/kg) was prepared.
