多时滞随机神经网络的稳定性

通过构建李雅普偌夫函数的方法和利用半鞅收敛定理对一类随机时滞神经网络的全局指数稳定进行了分析,提出了易于判定随机时滞神经网络几乎必然指数稳定性新的代数判据,推广了[1]中的主要结论.     

高非线性度向量弹性函数

利用已知弹性函数级联上高非线性度多输出布尔函数的方法构造（n,m,t）弹性函数,其非线性度为2^n-1-2^n-l/2-1＋2^l/2.nlmax（n-l,m,t）,在相同条件下改进了Kurosawa的非线性度2^n-1-2^n-l/2-1.特别地,本文构造了两类具体的向量弹性函数,得到两个不同的非线性度.本文所得函数的非线性度在大多数情况下是比较好的.     

Single Qubit and Its Universal Logic Gate Made of a Heisenberg Spin Cluster with Five Particles

We investigate an anisotropic Heisenberg spin cluster with five particles controlled by a time-dependent magnetic field. With the algebraic dynamical method, we obtain the exact analytical solution to the time dependent Schr6dinger equation. Based on the analytical solution, it is shown that the system can be used as a universal single qubit logic gate controlled by the strength and frequency of the magnetic field, and the six special single qubit logic gates can be realized physically. We also discuss the anti-decoherence property of the qubit and its logic gates resulted from particle coupling effect and collectivity of the cluster.     

A New View on Fuzzy Hypermodules

We describe the relationship between the fuzzy sets and the algebraic hyperstructures. In fact, this paper is a continuation of the ideas presented by Davvaz in （Fuzzy Sets Syst., 117： 477- 484, 2001） and Bhakat and Das in （Fuzzy Sets Syst., 80： 359-368, 1996）. The concept of the quasicoincidence of a fuzzy interval value with an interval-valued fuzzy set is introduced and this is a natural generalization of the quasi-coincidence of a fuzzy point in fuzzy sets. By using this new idea, the concept of interval-valued （α,β）-fuzzy sub-hypermodules of a hypermodule is defined. A Multi-component Matrix Loop Algebra and Its Application

A set of multi-component matrix Lie algebra is constructed. It follows that a type of new loop algebra A^- M-1 is presented. An isospectral problem is established. Integrable multi-component hierarchy is obtained by Tu pattern, which possesses tri-Hamiltonian structures. Furthermore, it can be reduced to the well-known AKNS hierarchy and BPT hierarchy. Therefore, the major result of this paper can be regarded as a unified expression integrable model of the AKNS hierarchy and the BPT hierarchy.

采用溶胶 凝胶提拉法成功地制备了p型导电掺In的SnO2 薄膜 .x射线衍射测试结果表明 ,掺In的SnO2 薄膜保持SnO2 的金红石结构 .吸收谱测试结果表明 ,掺In的SnO2 禁带宽度为 3 8eV .霍尔测量结果表明 ,空穴浓度与热处理温度有很大的关系 ,5 2 5℃为最佳热处理的温度 .铟锡原子比在 0 0 5— 0 2 0范围内 ,空穴的浓度与In的含量有直接的关系 ,并随In含量的增加而增加
