X-ray reflectivity (XRR), X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) techniques are used to the monitoring of Cu/porous low κ processes, which are developed for the next generation (≤65 nm) integrated circuits. Sensitivity of XRR and XRF is sufficient to detect drifts of the copper barrier layer, copper seed layer and Cu CMP (chemical-mechanical polishing) processes. Their metrology key parameters comply with production requirements. SAXS allows determining the pore structure of low κ films: average pore size and pore size distribution.  相似文献

We firstly propose two kinds of new multi-component BKP (mcBKP) hierarchy based on the eigenfunction symmetry reduction and nonstandard reduction, respectively. The first one contains two types of BKP equation with self-consistent sources whose Lax representations are presented. The dielectric properties of coordination polymers has been a topic of recent interest, but the role of different functional groups on the dielectric properties of these polymers has not yet been fully addressed. Herein, the effects of electron-donating (R=NH2) and electron-withdrawing (R=NO2) groups on the dielectric behavior of such materials were investigated for two thermally stable and guest-free Zn-based coordination polymers, [Zn(L1)(L2)]n ( 1 ) and [Zn(L1)(L3)]n ( 2 ) [L1=2-(2-pyridyl) benzimidazole (Pbim), L2=5-aminoisophthalate (Aip), and L3=5-nitroisophthalate (Nip)]. The results of dielectric studies of 1 revealed that it possesses a high dielectric constant (κ=65.5 at 1 kHz), while compound 2 displayed an even higher dielectric constant (κ=110.3 at 1 kHz). The electron donating and withdrawing effects of the NH2 and NO2 substituents induce changes in the polarity of the polymers, which is due to the inductive effect from the aryl ring for both NO2 and NH2. Theoretical results from density functional theory (DFT) calculations, which also support the experimental findings, show that both compounds have a distinct electronic behavior with diverse wide bandgaps. The significance of the current work is to provide information about the structure-dielectric property relationships. So, this study promises to pave the way for further research on the effects of different functional groups on coordination polymers on their dielectric properties.  相似文献

The objective of this article is to establish a new modified iteration process for nonexpansive mappings in complete CAT(κ) spaces. We prove strong and Δ‐convergence theorems of the proposed method in such spaces under some standard conditions. Furthermore, numerical experiments of non‐trivial examples are also provided to show performance and comparison speed of convergence with many previously known methods. Our main result extended and improved the corresponding recent results announced by many researchers.  相似文献

For n ≥ 0, we exhibit CAT(0) groups that are n-connected at infinity, and have boundary which is (n − 1)-connected, but this boundary has non-trivial nth-homotopy group. In particular, we construct 1-ended CAT(0) groups that are simply connected at infinity, but have a boundary with non-trivial fundamental group. Our base examples are 1-ended CAT(0) groups that have non-path connected boundaries. In particular, we show all parabolic semidirect products of the free group of rank 2 and have a non-path connected boundary.  相似文献

Geometry of the Space of Phylogenetic Trees   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
We consider a continuous space which models the set of all phylogenetic trees having a fixed set of leaves. This space has a natural metric of nonpositive curvature, giving a way of measuring distance between phylogenetic trees and providing some procedures for averaging or combining several trees whose leaves are identical. This geometry also shows which trees appear within a fixed distance of a given tree and enables construction of convex hulls of a set of trees. This geometric model of tree space provides a setting in which questions that have been posed by biologists and statisticians over the last decade can be approached in a systematic fashion. For example, it provides a justification for disregarding portions of a collection of trees that agree, thus simplifying the space in which comparisons are to be made.  相似文献

In this paper we study the regularity of geodesic Ptolemy spaces and apply our findings to metric fixed point theory. It is an open question whether such spaces with a continuous midpoint map are CAT(0) spaces. We prove that if a certain uniform continuity is imposed on such a midpoint map then these spaces, if complete, are reflexive (that is, the intersection of decreasing families of bounded closed and convex subsets is nonempty) and that bounded sequences have unique asymptotic centers. These properties will then be applied to yield a series of fixed point results specific to CAT(0) spaces.  相似文献

Let X be a complete CAT(0) space. We prove that, if E is a nonempty bounded closed convex subset of X and a nonexpansive mapping satisfying the weakly inward condition, i.e., there exists pE such that ∀xE, ∀α∈[0,1], then T has a fixed point. In Banach spaces, this is a result of Lim [On asymptotic centers and fixed points of nonexpansive mappings, Canad. J. Math. 32 (1980) 421-430].
