The (2+1)-dimensional Boiti–Leon–Manna–Pempinelli (BLMP) equation is an important integrable model. In this paper, we obtain the breather molecule, the breather-soliton molecule and some localized interaction solutions to the BLMP equation. In particular, by employing a compound method consisting of the velocity resonance, partial module resonance and degeneration of the breather techniques, we derive some interesting hybrid solutions mixed by a breather-soliton molecule/breather molecule and a lump, as well as a bell-shaped soliton and lump. Due to the lack of the long wave limit, it is the first time using the compound degeneration method to construct the hybrid solutions involving a lump. The dynamical behaviors and mathematical features of the solutions are analyzed theoretically and graphically. The method introduced can be effectively used to study the wave solutions of other nonlinear partial differential equations.  相似文献

For a one (2+1)-dimensional combined Kadomtsev-Petviashvili with its hierarchy equation, the missing D'Alembert type solution is derived first through the traveling wave transformation which contains several special kink molecule structures. Further, after introducing the Bäcklund transformation and an auxiliary variable, the N-soliton solution which contains some soliton molecules for this equation, is presented through its Hirota bilinear form. The concrete molecules including line solitons, breathers and a lump as well as several interactions of their hybrid are shown with the aid of special conditions and parameters. All these dynamical features are demonstrated through the different figures.  相似文献

Based on the Dirac equation describing an electron moving in a uniform and cylindrically symmetric magnetic field which may be the result of the self-consistent mean field of the electrons themselves in a neutron star, we have obtained the eigen solutions and the orbital magnetic moments of electrons in which each eigen orbital can be calculated. From the eigen energy spectrum we find that the lowest energy level is the highly degenerate orbitals with the quantum numbers pZ=0, n=0, and m≥0. At the ground state, the electrons fill the lowest eigen states to form many Landau magnetic cells and each cell is a circular disk with the radius λfree and the thickness λe, where λfree is the electron mean free path determined by Coulomb cross section and electron density and λe is the electron Compton wavelength. The magnetic moment of each cell and the number of cells in the neutron star are calculated, from which the total magnetic moment and magnetic field of the neutron star can be calculated. The results are compared with the observational data and the agreement is reasonable.  相似文献

Two methods for computing the complex-valued effective wavenumber of a rough beam in the context of linear time-harmonic theory are presented. The roughness of the beam is modelled as a continuous random process of known characteristic length and root-mean-square amplitude for either the beam mass or the beam rigidity. The first method is based on a random sampling method, with the effective wave field calculated as the mean of a large ensemble of wave fields for individual realisations of the roughness. The individual wave fields are calculated using a step approximation, which is validated for a deterministic problem via comparison to results produced by an integral equation approach. The second method assumes a splitting of the length scale of the fluctuations and an observation scale, employing a multiple-scale approximation to derive analytical expressions for the effective attenuation rate and phase change. Numerical comparisons show agreement of the results of the random sampling method and the multiple-scale approximation for a wide range of parameters. It is shown that the effective wavenumbers only differ by a real constant between the cases of varying beam mass and rigidity.  相似文献

New periodic solutions of signum-Gordon equation are presented. We first find solutions φ0(x, t) defined for (x, t) ∈ ? × [0, T ] and satisfying the condition φ0(x, 0) = φ0(x, T ) = 0. Then these solutions are extended to the whole spacetime by using (2.4).  相似文献

In this article we present a method to determine the band spectrum, band gaps, and discrete energy levels, of a one-dimensional photonic crystal with localized impurities. For one-dimensional crystals with piecewise constant refractive indices we develop an algorithm to recover the refractive index distribution from the period map. Finally, we derive the relationship between the period map and the scattering matrix containing the information on the localized modes.  相似文献

The application of quantum dots in advanced technology goes beyond doubt. Here, based on an analytical methodology, investigate a three-electron-quantum dot in the presence of Rashba spin–orbit interaction under cylindrical symmetry. Both eigenvalues and eigenfunctions of the system are reported and the problem is numerically discussed.  相似文献
