Integration by Parts Formulae for Wiener Measures on a Path Space between two Curves

This paper is concerned with the integration by parts formulae for the pinned or the standard Wiener measures restricted on a space of paths staying between two curves. The boundary measures, concentrated on the set of paths touching one of the curves once, are specified. Our approach is based on the polygonal approximations. In particular, to establish the convergence of boundary terms, a uniform estimate is derived by means of comparison argument for a sequence of random walks conditioned to stay between two polygons. Applying the Brascamp–Lieb inequality, the stochastic integrals of Wiener type are constructed relative to the three-dimensional Bessel bridge or the Brownian meander. Mathematical and physical modelling of the dynamic fluidic impedance of arteries using electrical impedance equivalents

In this work, a detailed mathematical and physical model for calculating the fluidic impedance of an artery is developed. Initially, the model calculates the impedance of a healthy artery, and then, it compares this with the alteration in the impedance of an artery with atherosclerosis. 振型归一化对梁结构柔度曲率损伤指标的影响

结构柔度矩阵需由质量矩阵归一化振型获得,而质量矩阵归一化振型难以直接测得,限制了柔度曲率类损伤指标的应用。为分析振型归一化方法对梁结构柔度曲率类损伤指标的影响,根据梁结构的刚度、弯矩和位移曲率的关系,建立了均布荷载作用下结构损伤前后位移曲率与损伤程度的理论表达式,实现定量分析均匀荷载面曲率结构损伤程度。提出P-范数振型归一化方法,通过均匀荷载面曲率指标推导了振型质量矩阵归一化系数差x_α与损伤程度的关系。以三跨连续梁算例对理论进行了验证,结果表明,损伤程度定量指标效果良好,不同P-范数振型归一化方法下,损伤程度的偏差可由2x_α估算;2-范数振型归一化方法的损伤识别结果与质量矩阵振型归一化结果最接近,故当无法获得质量矩阵归一化振型时,可采用2-范数归一化振型代替。

Inequalities for Humbert functions

This paper is motivated by an open problem of Luke’s theorem. We consider the problem of developing a unified point of view on the theory of inequalities of Humbert functions and of their general ratios are obtained. Some particular cases and refinements are given. Finally, we obtain some important results involving inequalities of Bessel and Whittaker’s functions as applications.

ON THE GENERALIZATIONS OF KALANDIA＇S LEMMA

Based on Bernstein＇s Theorem, Kalandia＇s Lemma describes the error estimate and the smoothness of the remainder under the second part of Hoelder norm when a HSlder function is approximated by its best polynomial approximation. In this paper, Kalandia＇s Lemma is generalized to the cases that the best polynomial is replaced by one of its four kinds of Chebyshev polynomial expansions, the error estimates of the remainder are given out under Hoeder norm or the weighted HSlder norms.     

The plane wave expansion, infinite integrals and identities involving spherical Bessel functions

This paper shows that the plane wave expansion can be a useful tool in obtaining analytical solutions to infinite integrals over spherical Bessel functions and the derivation of identities for these functions. The integrals are often used in nuclear scattering calculations, where an analytical result can provide an insight into the reaction mechanism. A technique is developed whereby an integral over several special functions which cannot be found in any standard integral table can be broken down into integrals that have existing analytical solutions.
