This paper studies systems of tensor-product functions for which the functions they span are monotonic in any direction when their control nets are monotonic in that direction. It is shown that Bernstein polynomials and B-splines have this property but that totally positive systems in general, such as certain trigonometric and rational bases, do not. We consider best -term approximation in with wave packets generated by a single refinable function. The main examples of wave packets are orthonormal wavelets, or more generally wavelet frames based on a multiresolution analysis (so-called framelets). The approximation classes associated with best -term approximation in for a large class of wave packets are completely characterized in terms of Besov spaces.

As an application of the main result, we show that for -term approximation in with elements from an oversampled version of a framelet system with compactly supported generators, the associated approximation classes turn out to be (essentially) Besov spaces.

In the previous paper, we report line strength measurements for 58 bands of 12CO2 between 4550 and 7000 cm−1 [R.A. Toth, L.R. Brown, C.E. Miller, V. Malathy Devi, D. Chris Benner, J. Mol. (b) between 6100 and 7000 cm−1 for the Fermi tetrad (30014 ← 00001, 30013 ← 00001, 30012 ← 00001, 30011 ← 00001), two associated hot bands (31113 ← 01101, 31112 ← 01101), as well as 00031 ← 00001 and its hot band 01131 ← 01101.

The decay properties of the D and D s mesons are computed in a nonrelativistic phenomenological quark-antiquark potential of the type V (r) =-4 /3 α s /r+ Ar ν with different choices of ν.Numerical method to solve the Schrdinger equation has been used to obtain the spectroscopy of qQ mesons.The numerically obtained radial solutions are employed to obtain the decay constant and leptonic decay widths.It has been observed that predictions of the ground state masses and the decay widths are consistent with other model predictions as well as with the known experimental values.  相似文献
