Improvement of an infrared light detection and ranging (IR-lidar) system for a short range (0–1000 m) and with high resolution is studied to enhance a geometrical form factor. Theoretical modeling of Mie scattering echo signals agrees with the experimental results. Introduction of a lens in front of the detector is effective for increasing the geometrical form factor, and a significant improvement in the received signal intensity is achieved, especially for short-range measurements around 100 m. This is useful for the IR-lidar system with a detector diameter of less than 1 mm. In the theoretical model, a ray-tracing technique was applied and a transmitting laser beam with Gaussian profile was considered for better accuracy. 相似文献

Electromagnetic form factors of protons and neutrons are investigated based on a relativistic quark model with the inclusion
of a pion cloud. Pseudo-scalar π-quark interaction is employed to study the coupling between the nucleon and the π. The results
show the important role of the pion cloud for the neutron charge form factor. Moreover, our numerical analysis indicates a
difference between the relativistic and the nonrelativistic treatments.

While the standard model is the most successful theory to describe all the interactions and constituents of elementary particle physics,it has been constantly scrutinized for over four decades.Weak decays of charm quarks can be used to measure the coupling strength between quarks in different families and serve as an ideal probe for CP violation.As the lowest charm-strange baryons with three different flavors,Ξ;baryons(composed of csu or csd)have been extensively studied in experiments.In this study,we use state-of-the-art lattice QCD techniques to generate 2+1 clover fermion ensembles with two lattice spacings,a=(0.108,0.080 fm).Then,we present the first ab-initio lattice QCD calculation of the Ξ;→Ξ form factors.Our theoretical results for the Ξc→Ξl;v;decay widths are consistent with and approximately two times more precise than the latest measurements by the ALICE and Belle collaborations.Based on the latest experimental measurements,we independently obtain the quark-mixing matrix element |V;|,which is in good agreement with results from other theoretical approaches. 相似文献

In this work, we derive the nuclear form factor for the spin-independent collision between the WIMPs and nucleus in terms of the relativistic mean field (RMF) theory. Comparison with the traditional form factors which are commonly used in literature is given and it is found that our results are slightly above that of the 2PF model by 4% to 8%, but deviate from the Helm form factor by 15% to 25% for the whole recoil energy spectrum of 0 ∽ 100keV. Moreover, taking Xe and Ge as examples, we show the dependenceof the form factor on the recoil energy. 相似文献

The analytic properties of the -function for a Laplace operator on a generalised cone
are studied in some detail using Cheeger's approach and explicit expressions are given. In the compact case, the -function of the Laplace operator turns out to be singular at the origin. As a result, strictly speaking, the -function regularisation does not regularise and a further subtraction is required for the related one-loop effective potential. 相似文献

A spectral Jacobi-collocation approximation is proposed for Volterra delay
integro-differential equations with weakly singular kernels. In this paper, we consider
the special case that the underlying solutions of equations are sufficiently smooth. We
provide a rigorous error analysis for the proposed method, which shows that both
the errors of approximate solutions and the errors of approximate derivatives decay
exponentially in $L^∞$ norm and weighted $L^2$ norm. Finally, two numerical examples are

针对口径Φ62 mm双凸非球面透镜,进行了数控研磨和抛光技术研究.提出了规范性的加工工艺流程,实现了中小口径双非球面元件的高效、快速抛光.根据计算机控制光学表面成型技术,采用全口径抛光和小抛头修抛的两步抛光法,在抛光中对其面形误差进行多次反馈补偿,使被加工零件表面的面形精度逐步收敛.最终两面的面形精度均小于0.5 μm,中心偏差小于0.01 mm,满足了光学系统中对非球面元件的精度要求,并且在保证有较高面形精度和较好表面光洁度的同时,解决了双非球面中心偏差和中心厚度难以控制的加工技术难题. 相似文献

In this proceeding, I review the attempts to calculate the Nucleon resonance (including Roper as first radially excited state of nucleon and other excited states) using lattice quantum chromodynamics (QCD). The latest preliminary results from Hadron Spectrum Collaboration (HSC) with mπ≈ 380 MeV are reported.
