牛磺酸Schiff碱及其Cu（Ⅱ）配合物的合成与表征

用牛磺酸与2-吡啶甲醛反应合成了一种牛磺酸Schiff碱,并制备了它与Cu（Ⅱ）的配合物[CuL（H2O）].NO3,其中HL=C8H10N2O3S,利用元素分析,红外光谱,紫外光谱,差热-热重分析及摩尔电导的测定等方法对Schiff碱及金属配合物进行了表征。

采用直接合成法用牛磺酸和2-吡啶甲醛合成牛磺酸Schiff碱,并以此为配体合成La（Ⅲ）的配合物,同时对Schiff碱及金属配合物进行元素分析,红外光谱,紫外光谱,差热-热重分析及摩尔电导的测定等表征,从而推测配合物的组成为[L aL2（H2O）2]NO3.H2O,HL=C8H10N2O3S。     

Sobolev functions on infinite-dimensional domains

We study extensions of Sobolev and BV functions on infinite-dimensional domains. Along with some positive results we present a negative solution of the long-standing problem of existence of Sobolev extensions of functions in Gaussian Sobolev spaces from a convex domain to the whole space.     

Gauge semi-simple extension of the Poincaré group

An approach to the cosmological term problem is proposed, using the gauge semi-simple tensor extension of the D-dimensional Poincaré group as a basis.     

Calcium Bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amino‐triethylgallate] — A Molecule with Ca‐C‐Ga Three‐Center Bonds

The reaction of calcium‐bis[bis(trimethylsilyl)amide] with two equivalents triethylgallium yields nearly quantitatively the addition product. In the solid state the calcium atoms are coordinated by two nitrogen atoms and two ethyl groups, whereas in solution all ethyl substituents are magnetically equivalent even at low temperatures. The Ca‐C‐Ga two‐electron three‐center bonds show mean Ca‐N and Ca‐C distances of 243 and 268 pm, respectively.

A rolling window optimization method for large-scale WCDMA base stations planning problem

The large-scale base station planning problem for wideband code division multiple access (WCDMA) wireless networks is studied in this paper. A new rolling window optimization method is presented, where the global optimization problem is decomposed into small optimization sub-problems, which are defined on a series of successive rolling windows. Effective rolling strategies are designed in the rolling optimization method based on the prediction of the interference among the base stations in the WCDMA wireless network. We show that the proposed method has the property that the global objective is non-increasing in the successive optimization procedure. Simulations are carried out to analyze the performance of the proposed optimization method, which show the importance of the rolling strategy.

Base subsets of symplectic Grassmannians

Let V and V′ be 2n-dimensional vector spaces over fields F and F′. Let also Ω: V× V→ F and Ω′: V′× V′→ F′ be non-degenerate symplectic forms. Denote by Π and Π′ the associated (2n−1)-dimensional projective spaces. The sets of k-dimensional totally isotropic subspaces of Π and Π′ will be denoted by and ${\mathcal G}'_{k}$, respectively. Apartments of the associated buildings intersect and by so-called base subsets. We show that every mapping of to sending base subsets to base subsets is induced by a symplectic embedding of Π to Π′.     

Step planar extension of polymer melts using a lubricated channel

A technique to do step planar extension on polymer melts has been developed using a rectangular channel with lubricated walls and the linear motor of the Rheometrics System Four rheometer. Using this method we probe the stress relaxation of two polymer melts, a linear low density polyethylene (LLDPE) and a highly branched low density polyethylene (IUPAC X), and compare the step planar extensional data to step shear data. Since a step planar deformation is theoretically equivalent to a step shear in a rotating frame of reference, we expect that the nonlinear modulus for step planar extension should be equivalent to that for step shear. Although we find the time dependence of the stress relaxation modulus to be the same in both shear and planar extension, the strain dependence is surprisingly different for the two experiments.
