A Family of Graded Modules Associated to a Module

In this article we introduce a certain family of graded modules associated to a given module. These modules provide a natural extension of the notion of the associated graded ring of an ideal. We will investigate their properties. In particular, we will try to extend Ree' theorem on the associated graded ring of an ideal generated by a regular sequence to this context.     

Critically prime interval orders

We prove that a prime interval order, not necessarily finite, has no prime upper cover if and only if it has width two. On the other hand, we prove that every finite prime N-free order has at least one prime upper cover.

 描述了束流位置探测器(BPM)探头定标、定标电场的拟合和误差计算。该定标系统采用了具有调节精度为10μm垂直放置真空管道的天线模拟定标装置和分辨率高达1μm外差式、窄带频域信号处理电子学线路。并推导出针对合肥光源（HLS）定标系统条件下的电场拟合函数及相关的BPM-Mapping图和误差计算结果,较精确地计算出该高精度定标系统误差。     

Characterization of a class of polycrystals whose effective elastic bulk moduli can be exactly determinedCaractérisation d'une classe de polycristaux dont les modules de compression isotrope effectifs peuvent exactement être déterminés

Necessary and sufficient conditions are established for the stress response of a linearly elastic material to an isotropic stain to be hydrostatic. In the 3D case, these conditions are satisfied not only by the isotropic and cubic materials but also by all other anisotropic materials provided appropriate restrictions are imposed. In the 2D case, only the isotropic and square materials have an isotropic stress response to an isotropic strain. Using a uniform field argument, the elastic bulk modulus of a polycrystal consisting of monocrystals compatible with the established conditions is shown to equal that of any constituent monocrystal. Thus, Hill's relevant result about a polycrystal composed of cubic monocrystals is generalized. To cite this article: Q.-C. He, C. R. Mecanique 331 (2003).     

线上线下混合式-六环节实验教学实践与探索——以化学生物学实验"基于生物正交反应的蛋白质标记"为例

化学生物学综合实验是针对化学生物学专业高年级本科生开设的一门衔接本科-硕士教学的综合性实验课程。本文以“基于生物正交反应的蛋白质标记”科研融合型实验为例,结合化学生物学学科特点,将实验教学内容模块化,探索设计线上线下混合式-六环节教学方式,应用于本科生综合实验教学。经实践取得良好的教学效果,为综合型实验课程教学提供了参考与借鉴。     

Projective dimension of the universal modules for the product of a hypersurface and affine t-space

The main result in this paper is that the. projective dimension of the nth order universal module of the. coordinate ring of the product of a reduced hypersurface and an affine t-spa.ee is finite. This question appears in [1]. We have seen this by showing that projective dimension of the nth order universal module of the ring corresponding to a reduced hypersurface is finite. At the end we present some examples related to projective dimension of the universal modules of the product of variaties.     

Length two extensions of modules for the Witt algebra

In this paper, we establish an explicit classification of length two extensions of tensor modules for the Witt algebra using the cohomology of the Witt algebra with coe?cients in the module of the space of homomorphisms between the two modules of interest. To do this we extended our module to a module that has a compatible action of the commutative algebra of Laurent polynomials in one variable. In this setting, we are be able to directly compute all possible 1-cocycles.     

Tomography of functional organization in protein-protein interaction network

In recent years, after high throughput PPI data was available, studies have focused on unraveling how proteins organize their functionality from architecture of the PPI network. We examine the functional organization of a PPI network by dividing the network into layered structure around a protein according to shortest path length. We proposed an index, functional correlation, to assess the functional closeness of a specific protein with its l layer neighbors, i.e. proteins having l shortest path length from the center protein. Our results showed that functional correlation decays exponentially with the number of layers within a characteristic length l_c, and it becomes uncorrelated outside such a characteristic length. A simple model based on functional unit structure was proposed to explain this exponential decay of functional correlation.

研究了系数在模李超代数~$W(m,3,\underline{1})$ 上的~$\frak{gl}(2,\mathbb{F})$ 的一维上同调, 其中~$\mathbb{F}$ 是一个素特征的代数闭域且~$\frak{gl}(2,\mathbb{F})$ 是系数在~$\mathbb{F}$ 上的~$2\times 2$ 阶矩阵李代数. 计算出所有~$\frak{gl}(2,\mathbb{F})$ 到模李超代数~$W(m,3,\underline{1})$ 的子模的导子和内导子. 从而一维上同调~$\textrm{H}^{1}(\frak{gl}(2,\mathbb{F}),W(m,3,\underline{1}))$ 可以完全用矩阵的形式表示.
