在大气压氩气介质阻挡放电中,首次通过跃变外加电压得到了稳定的靶波斑图.实验分别研究了跃变再缓变和直接跃变升压模式下靶波斑图的稳定性和波长选择.研究发现,跃变再缓变升压之后得到的靶波斑图不稳定,其与螺旋波相互转换.在这种转换中,靶波每次出现的时间为几十毫秒.直接跃变升压得到的靶波斑图稳定性明显增强,其稳定时间通常为5 min以上.比较不同升压模式下靶波斑图的波长,发现直接跃变升压模式下波长随电压升高减小较快.综上表明,升压模式对靶波斑图的稳定性和波长都有影响. 关键词: 介质阻挡放电 靶波斑图 跃变升压 缓变升压  相似文献

We establish that the static height fluctuations of a particular growth model, the PNG droplet, converges upon proper rescaling to a limit process, which we call the Airy process A(y). The Airy process is stationary, it has continuous sample paths, its single time (fixed y) distribution is the Tracy–Widom distribution of the largest eigenvalue of a GUE random matrix, and the Airy process has a slow decay of correlations as y –2. Roughly the Airy process describes the last line of Dyson's Brownian motion model for random matrices. Our construction uses a multi-layer version of the PNG model, which can be analyzed through fermionic techniques. Specializing our result to a fixed value of y, one reobtains the celebrated result of Baik, Deift, and Johansson on the length of the longest increasing subsequence of a random permutation.  相似文献

In nanoscience and nanotechnology, much attention has been given to the dual problem of designing nanocomponents with novel physical properties and how such nanocomponents can be fabricated. Receiving less attention has been the question of the nanocomponent's reliability; how does a nanocomponent fail and how long does a nanocomponent survive under typical operating conditions? High reliability is necessary to guarantee the advancement and utilization of nanocomponents due to the fact that they account for a high proportion of costs of newly designed nanosystems as well as multiscale systems. A nanocomponent is a component that is made of atoms, and its reliability is determined by these atoms. There are situations where it is hard or impossible to extract information from a nanocomponent about its relationship to its atoms. In this article, we assess the nanocomponent's reliability by using its physical properties. Specifically, it is known that nanocrack growth involves considerable statistical variability and such variability should be accounted for assessing growth. In this paper, we first provide a stochastic nanocrack growth model and then evaluate the reliability of a nanocomponent based on this model. Various properties of this model are obtained. We also evaluate the reliability of a nanocomponent under different assumptions on our proposed growth model. This paper is a modification of the extensive literature on modeling fatigue cracks in materials on a larger scale, applied to nanoscale where growth is not a function of cumulative stress on the component but related to the time to first exceedance of a threshold. For two components in series and one redundancy with their lifetimes following the proportional hazard models, we build the likelihood ratio order and the hazard rate order for lifetimes of the redundant systems. Also, for k ‐out‐of‐ n system with components’ lifetimes having the arrangement increasing joint density and the redundancies having identically distributed lifetimes, allocating more redundancies to weaker components is shown to help improve the system's reliability. Via a cascaded structure, the peak-to-trough ratio is considerably improved for sampled fiber Bragg gratings (SFBGs) based on multiple-phase-shift (MPS) technique. This cascaded filter is composed of two identical SFBGs which are inserted with the increasing or decreasing arrangement of phase shifts. With this inverse arrangement of MPS in grating design, the phase fluctuation of individual SFBG can be compensated, and as a result an excellent phase matching condition is realized. In this way, the peak-to- trough ratio in reflection spectra is improved from 6 to 12 dB when multiplication factor m = 4, and from 5dBto 10dBwhenm=8.  相似文献

Germanium doping in silica can be used as a method for nonlinearity enhancement.Properties of the enhanced nonlinearity in photonic crystal fiber(PCF)with a GeO2-doped core are investigated theoretically by using all-vector finite element method.Numerical result shows that the nonlinear coefficient of PCF is greatly enhanced with increasing doping concentration,furthermore,optimal radius of the doped region should be considered for the desired operating wavelength.  相似文献
