A comparative study of the out-of-plane anisotropic magnetoresistance (AMR) in single crystalline and polycrystalline thin films of phase separated manganite Nd0.51Sr0.49MnO3 has been carried out. On-axis DC magnetron sputtering was used to deposit the single crystalline films (30 and 100 nm in thickness) on single crystal (0 0 1) LaAlO3 (LAO) and polycrystalline films (100 nm) on (1 0 0) Yttrium-stabilized ZrO2 (YSZ) substrates. The in-plane and out-of-plane magnetotransport properties of these films differ significantly. A large low field AMR is observed in all the films. AMR shows a peak below the insulator-metal transition temperature in the single crystalline films, while the same increases monotonically in the polycrystalline film. Relatively larger low field AMR (∼20% at T=78 K and H=1.7 kOe) in the polycrystalline films suggests the dominance of the shape anisotropy.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new anisotropic generalization of the continuous shearlet transformation. This is achieved by means of an explicit construction of a family of reproducing Lie subgroups of the symplectic group. We study the properties of this new family of anisotropic shearlet transformations. In particular, we provide an analog of the Calderón admissibility condition for anisotropic shearlet reproducing functions.  相似文献

Hybrid resonance is a physical mechanism for the heating of a magnetic plasma. In our context hybrid resonance is a solution of the time harmonic Maxwell's equations with smooth coefficients, where the dielectric tensor is a non-diagonal Hermitian matrix. The main part of this work is dedicated to the construction and analysis of a mathematical solution of the hybrid resonance with the limit absorption principle. We prove that the limit solution is singular: it consists of a Dirac mass at the origin plus a principal value and a smooth square integrable function. The formula obtained for the plasma heating is directly related to the singularity.  相似文献

We consider a few numerical methods for solving a one-dimensional convection–diffusion singularly perturbed problem. More precisely, we introduce a modified Bakvalov mesh generated using some implicitly defined functions. Properties of this mesh and convergence results for several methods on it are given. 采用阳极氧化技术在不锈钢丝网上自生长了一层结构致密的阳极氧化膜,并以此为载体,制备出一种高活性、高稳定性的负载型Ce-Pt-Pd催化剂.考察了该系列催化剂对甲苯、丙酮和乙酸乙酯的氧化活性,并用扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱和程序升温氧化技术对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,不锈钢丝网载体表面自生长的氧化物膜十分有利于活性组分的负载,制得的催化剂具有较高的催化燃烧有机化合物的活性和稳定性.  相似文献

Charge transport in two dimensions provides an ideal laboratory for investigating parameter space geometries. The Onsager relations for anisotropic transport in a parity-violating external field endow these spaces with a highly nontrivial complex (and Kähler) structure, which can be given a simple geometrical interpretation. A large class of Coulomb gases exhibiting this structure have a generalized Kramers-Wannier symmetry (complexfield duality) which is contained in the modular group. Knowledge of this symmetry and the degrees of freedom encoded in the Coulomb gas appear to be sufficient to determine the global phase diagram and the renormalization group fixed-point structure, including the critical exponents. This accounts for all the scaling behavior observed so far in the quantum Hall system.  相似文献

Summary. The problem of direct exchange is examined in the simplest cases (formal coupling of two electrons initially isolated and hydrogen molecule). Then we consider the general case of a solid characterized by weak overlaps between the atomic orbitals of first-nearest neighbours so that the involved electrons are quasi-localized. We recall the physical origin of spin-orbit coupling. Its influence on direct exchange allows one to revisit Hunds rules and to express phenomenological Hamiltonians describing anisotropic couplings as well as the antisymmetrical Dzialoshinski-Moriya coupling.  相似文献
