Integer programming duality: Price functions and sensitivity analysis

Recently a duality theory for integer programming has been developed. Here we examine some of the economic implications of this theory, in particular the necessity of using price functions in place of prices, and the possibility of carrying out sensitivity analysis of optimal solutions. In addition we consider the form of price functions that are generated by known algorithms for integer programming.This research was supported in part by a Senior Visiting Research Fellowship from the Science Research Council at the London School of Economics while the author was on leave from CORE, Université Catholique de Louvain, at Louvain-la-Neuve.

强磁场下钾原子法拉第反常色散光学滤波器的滤波行为

以钾原子D2线766nm法拉第反常色散滤波器(FADOF)体系为例,讨论了当温度和样品池长为固定值时,强磁场情况下磁场强度对于FADOF滤波行为的影响,实验测得不同强度磁场中FADOF的透射谱,且在理论计算预言的最佳工作条件下获得了线芯透射谱 关键词： 钾 线芯透射 最佳透射     

研究中心集中式管理模式在供应室控制医院感染管理中的效果分析

目的探讨中心集中式管理模式在消毒供应中心控制医院感染管理中的效果。方法随机采集2013年1月至2013年12月期间消毒供应中心相关资料作为对照组,2014年1月至2014年12月期间消毒供应中心相关资料作为研究组,比较两组手术器械清洗合格率、手术器械消毒灭菌合格率、医院感染率、医护人员卫生合格率、手术台卫生合格率、手术服卫生合格率与物品卫生合格率的差异。结果两组临床指标的比较结果显示,手术器械清洗合格率、手术器械消毒灭菌合格率、医护人员卫生合格率、手术台卫生合格率、手术服卫生合格率与物品卫生合格率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05),观察组医院感染率明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论中心集中式管理模式在消毒供应中心控制医院感染管理中的效果显著,有助于显著降低医院感染率,提高手术器械与卫生物品合格率。     

基于量子点标记的适配体技术在分析检测中的研究进展

由于光学性质独特,量子点成为近年来发展起来的极具应用前景的半导体纳米材料,作为荧光标记物在生物和化学领域备受关注。随着生物技术的发展,适配体以其高特异性、强亲和力等特点被用作生物探针或生物传感元件,在分析检测中得到广泛应用。将量子点与适配体结合构建的纳米生物识别体系,互补结合适配体和量子点的特殊性质,可实现对靶标物质的超灵敏、高选择性及快速检测。本文概述了量子点的合成、修饰及其与适配体的偶联,重点介绍了近几年基于量子点标记的适配体技术在生物分子、病原微生物、细胞、真菌毒素等方面的应用,并展望了该技术在分析检测领域的发展趋势。     

嵌入式频率特性分析仪的设计及实现

研究设计基于PC104和FPGA的嵌入式频率特性分析仪。该分析仪采用虚拟仪器的概念,以PC104 CPU为主控单元,通过FPGA控制D/A、A/D芯片时序,输出全频率范围内的正弦波并采样存储系统激励信号及输出响应,最后通过CPU算法处理得到系统频率特性。实验结果表明：该仪器人机界面友好,测量速度快,测试波形与理论计算波形能较好吻合。     

基于CAN总线的中控主机的系统设计

智能中控主机作为多媒体会议室和多媒体展厅等现代化办公场所运转的控制核心,其重要性不言而喻,目前市面上主要采用的是基于RS485总线的传统组网模式,导致系统的实时性较差、容错率较低、功能欠完善,同时成本高昂。针对这种情况,在不允许改动被控设备的工作方式的条件下,提出一种基于CAN总线网络,以嵌入式系统作为主控设备,以各功能驱动模块作为子设备的中控系统。通过CAN总线控制器的优先级仲裁机制,以及制定的带错误反馈的数据包通信协议,实现了对各种被控设备的实时精准控制。该中控主机系统硬件电路简单、功能模块方便扩展、成本低廉并且高效稳定;通过实验测试,所设计的智能中控主机性能良好,达到了规定的行业标准,具有广泛的应用前景。     

DEPENDENCE OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF ACTIVE CENTERS ON MONOMER IN SUPPORTED ZIEGLER-NATTA CATALYSTS

Distribution of active centers(ACD)of ethylene or 1-hexene homopolymerization and ethylene-1-hexene copolymerization with a MgCl_2/TiCl_4 type Z-N catalyst were studied by deconvolution of the polymer molecular weight distribution into multiple Flory components.Each Flory component is thought to be formed by a certain type of active center. ACD of ethylene-1-hexene copolymer with very low 1-hexene incorporation was compared with that of ethylene homopolymer to see the effect of introducingα-olefin on eth...     

Heavy metal determination in atmospheric particulate matter by Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis

Instrumental Neutron Activation Analysis (INAA) is employed for its important analytical properties. Fundamentally, INAA is a multi-elemental technique allowing the determination of about 40 elements with a good Limit of Detection. In this paper we applied this nuclear technique to study the element composition in PM10 determining about 30 elements.25 filters were collected in downtown Rome from October 1999 to April 2000 and irradiated at the nuclear reactor Triga Mark II (ENEA-Casaccia Laboratories). The γ-ray measurements have allowed the quali- and quantitative analysis. The element levels in PM10 with the relative correlations have been determined: basically, the concentrations are very low.Furthermore, the enrichment factors of all elements will be reported in order to understand the natural or anthropogenic origins of the particulate matter: some elements may be attributed to long-range transport phenomena from other natural and/or anthropogenic sources.     

Selective cleavage of sugar anomeric O-acyl groups using FeCl3·6H2O

A convenient method has been developed for regioselective anomeric deacylation of carbohydrate derivatives using FeCl₃·6H₂O in CH₃CN. Operational simplicity, economic consideration, high yield, and low toxicity are key features associated with this protocol.
