A new method was applied to modify the surface activity of virginal carbon black (VCB). LA‐57, one kind of hindered amine light stabilizer, was adsorbed onto the carbon black surface through a strong shear force induced by the screws of a HAAKE internal mixer. The modified carbon black (MCB) was characterized by FT‐IR and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The bound rubber content of the natural rubber (NR) compounded with MCB and VCB varied with the fraction of LA‐57 on the MCB surface. The nonlinear effect at small strains, generally referred as the Payne effect, was investigated in the rubber compounds based on the different bound rubber contents. The NR compound containing the lowest bound rubber content had an obvious Payne effect. Based on the bound rubber content, the types of filler network varied from direct contact mode to the joint rubber shell mechanism.  相似文献

With the expansion of human activities, there are more and more living areas adjacent to industrial and/or agricultural activities such as chemical processes, petroleum processes, paint finishing, food processing, livestock farming, composting plants etc. Bad odor is part of several nuisances caused by industrial and/or agricultural activities. Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a typical odorous molecule which causes foul odor at very low concentration. This molecule is formed in different industrial installations, in particular in coal combustion, and petrochemical refinery. The separation and/or transformation of H2S from gas phase to odorless products are important processes for sustainable development. In this paper, we communicate the preparation of new sorbents for the sorption of H2S from a synthetic gas effluent. These sorbents consist in an inorganic phase (hydroxyapatite) as host particles, and well-dispersed particles of a metal oxide as guest particles which are the active phase for the removal of H2S. At room conditions, iron, lead, and zinc doped calcium phosphates were found to be effective for the removal of H2S. The performance of the sorbents depends on preparation method and the nature of active phases. This opens new prospects for the treatment of H2S from gas phase.  相似文献

Conversion electron Moessbauer spectroscopy (CEMS) is a method very suitable for the study of ion implanted iron. It is demonstrated on nitrogen and phosphorus implanted iron layers. Using this technique not the 14.4-keV-gamma-rays as in the case of the conventional Moessbauer transmission experiments but the conversion and Auger electrons are detected. These electrons have a maximum energy of 7.3 keV. The Moessbauer signal can be obtained from a surface layer of about 300 nm. But the main fraction of the signal, namely 65%, comes from the first 50 nm. This range is just interesting for ion implantation. Depending on the test conditions different iron nitrides are formed by the nitrogen implantation and the phosphorus implantation can result in both amorphization and compound formation in the implanted layer.  相似文献

Abstract

The isotopic composition (D, 18O, 87Sr, 3He) of thermal and mineral waters of Mongolia is discussed. The Sr-isotope ratio depends on the rock's contact. Near the Chubsugul-lake 3He-/4He-values are high. A certain similarity between the waters of Mongolia and those of East Siberia can be derived from the obtained data.  相似文献

层状的过渡金属硫化物及其衍生物在许多领域内有着广泛的应用前景. 具体应用包括催化、陶瓷、润滑、能量储存、半导体、电子与光学器件. 该文报道了作者最近用固体核磁共振光谱的方法来表征几种有代表性的过渡金属硫化物(MS2: M=Zr, Ti, W, Mo和Ta)的结果. 并在不同的磁场强度下(21.1、14.1、9.4 T)成功地获取了33S, 47/49Ti,91Zr,95Mo 在天然丰度下的固体核磁共振光谱. 为了帮助解释实验结果,同时还进行了量子化学计算. 实验及理论计算的结果都表明33S, 47/49Ti, 91Zr, 95Mo 的固体核磁共振参数对于这些核的局部几何与电子环境非常敏感.  相似文献

In this paper we deal with energy functionals depending on elastic strain and chemical composition and we obtain lower semicontinuity results, existence theorems and relaxation in the spacesH 1,p(; nL q (; d) with respect to weak convergence. Tetrahedron shape measures are used for evaluating the quality of tetrahedra in finite element meshes. Three shape measures, theminimum solid angle min theradius ratio , and themean ratio , are discussed in this paper. A new formula for the computation of a solid angle of tetrahedron is derived. For different shape measures andv (with values 1), we establish a relationship between andv of the form wherec 0,c 1,e 0, ande 1 are positive constants. This means that if one measure approaches zero for a poorly-shaped tetrahedron, so does the other. Combined with the property that each measure attains a maximum value only for the regular tetrahedron, this means that the shape measures are equivalent.This work was partially supported by a grant from the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada.  相似文献
