A sensitive and rapid magnetic nanoparticle-based fluorescent immunoassay for the determination of aflatoxin M1 in raw milk was developed. Aflatoxin M1 was converted to aflatoxin M1-o-carboxymethyl oxime. The aflatoxin M1-oxime was used for the preparation of aflatoxin M1-oxime-fluoresceinamine conjugate through the carbodiimide reaction. The aflatoxin M1-oxime-fluoresceinamine conjugate was characterized by ultraviolet–visible and infrared spectroscopy. Magnetic nanoparticles (Fe3O4) were synthesized and modified by 3-(aminopropyl)triethoxysilane. The size of initial (139?nm) and functionalized magnetic nanoparticles (147?nm) was determined by particle analysis. The optimal mass of immobilized antibody (25?µg) and optimal concentration of aflatoxin M1-oxime-fluoresceinamine conjugate (15?µg?mL?1) for magnetic nanoparticle-based fluorescent immunoassay were determined. The developed immunoassay provided a linear aflatoxin M1 concentration range from 3.0 to 100?pg?mL?1 in bovine milk. The detection limit was 2.9?pg?mL?1. The results of aflatoxin M1 magnetic nanoparticle-based fluorescent immunoassay in heat-treated milk and phosphate-buffered saline at pH 6.6 were compared. The influence of the somatic cell count, pH, and fat concentration in bovine milk on the aflatoxin M1 immunoassay was investigated. The influence of the milk species on the immunoassay was also characterized. The high fat concentration ovine milk depressed the sensitivity of the aflatoxin M1 immunoassay. 相似文献

The total synthesis of tetrahydrohaliclonacyclamine A (5) is described. A key step involves the hydrogenation of an unsaturated bis-piperidine incorporated into a 17-membered macrocycle to provide the cis-syn-cis stereochemistry common to haliclonacyclamines A-D. The hydrogenation product is advanced to the title compound following a five-step reaction sequence. The Li4+xMxSi4+xO4‐yLi2O (M=Al, B; x = 0 to 0.6, y = 0 to 0.5) ion conductors were prepared by the Sol‐Gel method and examined in detail. The powder and sintered samples were characterized by DTA‐TG, XRD, SEM, and AC impedance techniques. The experimental results show that the conductivity and sinterability in creased with the amount of excess lithium oxide in the silicate. The Li2O phase acts as a flux to accelerate the sintering process and to obtain high conductivity of grain boundaries. The particle size of the sintered pellets is about 0.25 μm. The maximum conductivity at 200 °C is 5.40 × 10?3s cm?1 for Li4.4Al0.4 Si0.6O4‐0.3Li2O. 相似文献

The alkali sodium ferrate (IV) Na4FeO4 has been prepared by solid-state reaction of sodium peroxide Na2O2 and wustite Fe1−xO, in a molar ratio Na/Fe=4, at 400°C under vacuum. Powder X-ray and neutron diffraction studies indicate that Na4FeO4 crystallizes in the triclinic system P−1 with the cell parameters= a=8.4810(2) Å, b=5.7688(1) Å, c=6.5622(1) Å, α=124.662(2)°, β=98.848(2)°, γ=101.761(2)° and Z=2. Na4FeO4 is isotypic with the other known phases Na4MO4 (M=Ti, Cr, Mn, Co and Ge, Sn, Pb). The solid solution Na4FexCo1−xO4 exists for x=0-1 and we have followed the evolution of the cell parameters with x to determine the lattice parameters of the triclinic cell of Na4FeO4. A three-dimensional network of isolated FeO4 tetrahedra connected by Na atoms characterizes the structure. This compound is antiferromagnetic below TN=16 K. At 2 K the magnetic cell is twice the nuclear cell and the magnetic structure is collinear (μFe=3.36(12) μB at 2 K). This black compound is highly hygroscopic. In water or on contact with the atmospheric moisture it is disproportionated in Fe3+ and Fe6+. The Mössbauer spectra of Na4FeO4 are fitted with one doublet (δ=− 0.22 mm/s, Δ=0.41 mm/s at 295 K) in the paramagnetic state and with a sextet at 8K. Technetium is a synthetic element with no stable isotopes, produced as waste in nuclear power plants and in cyclotrons used for nuclear medicine. The element has high mobility, in the form of TcO4−; its determination is therefore important for environmental protection. Technetium is found in low concentrations and therefore common methods for its analysis include long treatments in several steps and require large amounts of reagents for its purification and preconcentration. Plastic scintillation resins (PSresin) are novel materials used to separate, preconcentrate and measure radionuclides in a single step. The objective of this study is to prepare and characterise a PSresin for the preconcentration and measurement of 99Tc. The study first evaluates the reproducibility of the production of PSresins between batches and over time; showing good reproducibility and storage stability. Next, we studied the effect of some common non-radioactive interferences, showing small influences on measurement, and radioactive interferences (36Cl and 238U/234U). 36Cl can be removed by a simple treatment with 0.5 M HCl and 238U/234U can be removed from the column by cleaning with a mixture of 0.1 M HNO3 and 0.1 M HF. In the latter case, a slight change in the morphology of the PSresin caused an increase in detection efficiency. The hydrothermal synthesis, using tris-(2-ethylamino)amine (tren) as a template, and the crystal structures of three new hybrid iron fluorides, (H3O)2·[H3tren]2·(FeF6)2·(FeF5(H2O))·2H2O (I), [H3tren]2·(FeF6)2·(FeF2(H2O)4)·8H2O (II) and [H3tren]2·(FeF6)·(F)3·H2O (III), are reported. I, II, and III are triclinic (P-1), monoclinic (P21/c) and orthorhombic (I222), respectively. The structure of I is built up from isolated FeF6 and FeF5(H2O) distorted octahedra separated by triprotonated [H3tren]3+ cations, disordered H3O+ cations and H2O molecules. In II, FeIIIF6 and neutral [FeIIF2(H2O)4] octahedra form, together with [H3tren]3+ cations, infinite (100) layers separated by extra water molecules. The structure of III consists of isolated and disordered FeF6 octahedra, fluoride anions F− connected to [H3tren]3+ cations and extra fluoride anions F− disordered with H2O molecules. All [H3tren]3+ cations have a “spider” type conformation. 57Fe Mössbauer characterization shows that +III valence state can only be considered for iron cations in I and III and preliminary Mössbauer results are consistent with the presence of both +II and +III valences for iron cations in II, in agreement with the crystallographic results. 相似文献

通过X射线衍射(XRD)、热重、热膨胀、电导率以及交流阻抗等测试方法,研究了Sm0.5Sr0.5Co0.4M0.6O3(M=Co,Mn,Fe;分别简写为SSCC,SSCM,SSCF)作为中低温固体氧化物燃料电池(IT-SOFCs)阴极的结构与性能.研究表明,同相法合成的Sm0.5Sr0.5Co0.4M0.6O3均为正交钙钛矿型结构,材料的结构参数和性能都与M元素半径及M-O的键能有关.晶胞参数随着Co、Mn、Fe的顺序增大.材料的氧空位浓度、热膨胀系数、电导率、电极催化活性随着Co、Fe、Mn的顺序降低.同时由于SSCM较低的氧空位浓度,使得电极反应受到氧在电极内的扩散过程控制,具有较差的电极催化性能,而SSCC和SSCF较高的氧空位浓度,电极反应同时受到电极表面氧还原反应和氧离子在电极中的扩散过程混合控制.由于SSCF具有较高的氧扩散系数,使得700 ℃以上SSCF电极表面氧还原电阻(ASR)也低于SSCC的,因而出现了SSCF的总电极催化活性高于SSCC的现象. 相似文献
