New mesogens composed of achiral bent molecules with thermally stable ester linkages, and laterally substituted by a methoxy group symmetrically near the central benzene ring, were synthesized. Texture, calorimetric, electro‐optical, X‐ray and dielectric measurements were performed. In most of studied compounds the antiferroelectric B2 phase was found on cooling from the isotropic phase, followed by the B7 phase at lower temperatures. Undulation of layers in the B7 phase was confirmed by precise synchrotron studies.  相似文献

Mannosyl ethanolamine and BSA were conjugated together by their amino groups with various homobifunctional cross‐linker reagents: disuccinimidyl carbonate (DSC), disuccinimidyl glutarate (DSG), disuccinimidyl suberate (DSS), ethylene glycolbis(succinimidylsuccinate) (EGS), 1,5‐difluoro‐2,4‐dinitrobenzene (DFDNB), diethyl squarate (DES), and thiophosgene (TP). The resulting mannose-BSA conjugates were subjected to an enzyme‐linked lectin assay (ELLA)to investigate their affinity to concanvalin A (ConA). With these results, the seven linkers were evaluated on the basis of five criteria, i.e., cost, reactivity, sugar loading, homogeneity, and affinity to ConA. Thus, DSS, DFDNB, and DES seemed to have advantages over the other cross-linking reagents.  相似文献

Physalinol A (1), a novel 1, 10-seco-physalin with a peroxy bridge, was isolated from the organic extracts of Physalis alkekengi L. var. franchetii (Mast.) Makino. The structure was determined on the basis of 1D and 2D NMR spectra and HR-ESI-MS data. The absolute configuration of 1 was evidenced by X-ray diffraction data and further confirmed by ECD calculations. The isolated compound 1 has no cytotoxicity against HCT-116 and PC-3 cancer cell lines and a weak antimicrobial activity against Escherichia coil. In addition, compound 1 also exhibited a weak anti-inflammatory action in lipopolysacaride (LPS)-induced RAW 264.7 macrophages with an IC50 value of 57.3?±?1.03?μM.  相似文献

A new liquid crystalline material containing diester linking group ethyl-[4-(4′-decyloxy)benzoyloxy]-benzoate (4-EDBB) was synthesized. The phase transition temperatures were noted by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), the texture pattern were observed by polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and temperature dependent Raman study was employed to observe the transitions as well as to understand the molecular rearrangement during phase transition. The transitions were observed with all the three techniques but the Raman signature of crystal  smectic A transition is many fold and more precise and accurate. The correlation between intermolecular interaction and phase behaviour has been discussed using temperature dependence Raman data of CH in-plane bending and CO stretching vibrations. With the help of DFT method the possible dimers of 4-EDBB were optimized and the rotational isomers were also investigated. There exists weak hydrogen bonds at room temperature, which breaks as the temperature is increased causing the CH in-plane bending to shift lower and CO stretching vibrations to shift higher. The discussion of the temperature dependent Raman data reveals that at crystal  smectic A transition as a result of intra-molecular rotation the molecules transform from trans- to cis- conformer.  相似文献

To show the synthetic utility of palladium/norbornene (Pd/NBE) cooperative catalysis, here we report concise syntheses of indenone‐based natural products, pauciflorol F and acredinone A, which are enabled by direct annulation between aryl iodides and unsaturated carboxylic acid anhydrides. Compared to the previous indenone‐preparation approaches, this method allows simple aryl iodides to be used as substrates with complete control of the regioselectivity. The total synthesis of acredinone A features two different Pd/NBE‐catalyzed ortho acylation reactions for constructing penta‐substituted arene cores, including the development of a new ortho acylation/ipso borylation.  相似文献

An efficient, economic and high yielding method was described for the synthesis of baclofen (BAC) pharmacopoeial impurities (impurity A and impurity B) which can be used for gram‐scale synthesis. Furthermore, a novel ecofriendly thin‐layer chromatographic TLC–densitometric method was established and validated for the determination of BAC and its synthesized impurities. The developed TLC–densitometric method is based on the chromatographic separation using TLC plates (60 F254) using a green mobile phase of ethyl acetate–methanol–ammonia solution, 33% (8:2:0.1, by volume) with UV scanning at 220 nm. The proposed method was validated with respect to International Conference on Harmonization guidelines. The validated method was successfully applied for determination of BAC in pure form and in its commercial dosage form. Additionally, the greenness profile of the developed method was evaluated and compared with those of the reported chromatographic methods. The developed method was found to be superior to the published methods, being environmentally benign.  相似文献

His‐tagged molecular species, a ferrocene derivative and Protein A, were immobilized on electrode surfaces (Au and graphite) through formation of a chelated complex in the presence of Cu2+ cations used as bridging units. The complex was cleaved and the attached molecules were released from the electrode surface by applying reductive potential to the electrodes resulting in Cu2+ reduction, thus decomposing the chelate complex. The molecule release process was followed by cyclic voltammetry in case of the ferrocene derivative. His‐tagged Protein A was additionally labeled with a fluorescent tag and its release was followed by fluorescence measurements in the solution and by impedance spectroscopy at the electrode. The studied release of the His‐tagged redox species and biomolecules was considered as a new generic approach to the signal‐controlled molecule release applicable in various biotechnological and biomedical applications.  相似文献

采用溶剂热法制备氨基功能化Fe_3O_4磁性材料(NH_2@nFe_3O_4),通过浸渍法将磺化酞菁铝(AlPcS)负载于NH_2@nFe_3O_4。材料的傅立叶红外、漫反射、X射线衍射、扫描电镜、透射电镜、振动磁强计等表征表明:AlPcS主要通过静电作用与NH_2@nFe_3O_4结合,AlPcS-NH_2@nFe_3O_4平均粒径为127 nm,饱和磁化强度为75.3 emu·g-1。在可见光和空气作用下,该功能化磁性材料对降解弱碱性水溶液中环境内分泌干扰物双酚A(BPA)具有较高的光敏化活性。随着AlPcS负载量的增加活性呈先升高后下降的趋势,负载量为3.4%(质量分数)的复合材料性能最佳,反应60 min后,20.0 mg·L-1BPA降解率为96%;循环使用10次,BPA降解率仍保持93%以上。通过NaN3猝灭实验探讨了反应机理,证实1O2是光敏化过程中的主要活性物种。  相似文献

A La3+ doped Co3O4 nanocube modified graphite screen-printed electrode (La3+-doped Co3O4 nanocube/SPE) was prepared and utilized for the sensitive voltammetric determination of bisphenol A. In comparison with an unmodified electrode, the presence of the La3+ doped Co3O4 nanocubes caused a significant enhancement in the peak current. Differential pulse voltammetry (DPV), cyclic voltammetry (CV), and chronoamperometry approaches were utilized as diagnostic methods. The modified SPE was used to determine bisphenol A concentrations in the range from 0.5 to 900.0?μM with a limit of detection equal to 6.1?×?10?8 M. Real samples were effectively analyzed with the modified electrode.  相似文献
