Darstellung, 11B-NMR-, Schwingungsspektren und Kristallstruktur von [(C5H5N)2CH2][1-(O2N)B10H9]

Preparation, ¹¹B NMR, Vibrational Spectra, and Crystal Structure of [(C₅H₅N)₂CH₂][1-(O₂N)B₁₀H₉] By reaction of [B₁₀H₁₀]^2? in aqueous acetonitrile with a saturated solution of NO₂ in dichloromethane [1-(O₂N) · B₁₀H₉]^2? and [B₁₀H₉(NO)B₁₀H₉]^3? are formed which can be separated by ion exchange chromatography on diethylaminoethyl(DEAE) cellulose from the starting compound. The X-ray structure determination of [(C₅H₅N)₂CH₂][1-(O₂N)B₁₀H₉] (triclinic, space group P1 , a = 7.1530(9), b = 8.3753(8), c = 15.198(2) Å, α = 96.00(1), β = 95.48(1), γ = 95.60(1)°, Z = 2) reveals the coordination of the NO₂ group via N with a B1? N distance of 1.535(5) Å and an O2? N? O1 angle of 119.3(3)°. The ¹¹B NMR spectrum exhibits the characteristic feature (1 : 1 : 4 : 4) of an apical monosubstituted B₁₀ cluster with a strong downfield shift of the ipso-B atom at +13.4 ppm. The IR and Raman spectra show strong NO stretching vibrations at 1381 und 1420 cm^?1.     

Cs3[Tb10(C2)2]Cl21, ein neuer Formel- und Strukturtyp mit isolierten,dimeren Clustern

Cs₃[Tb₁₀(C₂)₂]Cl₂₁, A New Formula and Structure Type with Isolated Dimeric Clusters Cs₃[Tb₁₀(C₂)₂]Cl₂₁ is obtained via the metallothermic reduction of TbCl₃ with caesium in the presence of graphite as black single crystals. The crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c, Z = 4; a = 2318.72(13); b = 1245.8(9); c = 1502.0(13) pm; β = 98.13(6)°; R = 0.089; R_w = 0.049) contains dimeric clusters that are built from two octahedra connected via one common edge and filled with C₂ units. These isolated [Tb₁₀(C₂)₂] clusters are surrounded by 26 chloride ligands which are then connected via i—a and a—a bridges in a way that voids for Cs⁺ of coordination number 10 are formed.     

New synthetic approach to substituted isoindolo[2,1-a]quinoline carboxylic acids via intramolecular Diels-Alder reaction of 4-(N-furyl-2)-4-arylaminobutenes-1 with maleic anhydride

Acylation of substituted 4-(furyl-2)-4-arylaminobut-1-enes with maleic anhydride provided 2-allyl-6-carboxy-4-oxo-3-aza-10-oxatricyclo[5.2.1.0^1,5]dec-8-enes in high yield under mild reaction conditions. The Diels-Alder adducts are formed via an initial amide formation followed by a stereoselective intramolecular [4+2] exo-cycloaddition reaction. Treatment of the tricyclic compounds with phosphoric acid at high temperatures (70-120 °C) promoted cyclic ether opening, intramolecular cyclization and aromatization to give the corresponding tetracyclic compounds, 5,6,6a,11-tetrahydro-10-carboxyisoindolo[2,1-a]quinolines, in moderate yields. The influence of the acid and the reaction temperature on the cyclization reactions are also discussed.     

Janoxepin and brevicompanine B: antiplasmodial metabolites from the fungus Aspergillus janus

Two compounds janoxepin (1) and brevicompanine B (2) were isolated from the fungus Aspergillus janus and the structures elucidated by one- and two-dimensional NMR spectroscopic methods and mass spectrometry. Janoxepin is a novel oxepin derivative with a rare d-leucine incorporated. Brevicompanine B has previously only been isolated from Penicillium brevicompactum. Both compounds were tested in antimicrobial assays and found to be active against the malaria parasite Plasmodium falciparum 3D7 (IC₅₀-values of 28 and 35 mg/ml, respectively). However, no activity was observed in antifungal or antibacterial assays.     

As, Bi, Sb and Sn determination in atmospheric particulate matter by direct solid sampling-hydride generation-electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry

A novel, rapid and simple method by hydride generation-electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (HG-ETAAS) after direct As, Bi, Sb and Sn hydrides generation from untreated filters of atmospheric particulate matter (PM₁₀ and PM_2.5) was optimised. PM₁₀ and PM_2.5 were not subjected to any pre-treatment: circular portions between 0.28 and 6.28 cm² were directly placed into the reaction vessel of a batch mode generation system. A 2⁸ × 3/64 Plackett–Burman design was used as a multivariate strategy for the evaluation of the effects of several variables affecting the hydride generation, trapping and atomisation efficiencies. Trapping temperature was the most statistically significant variable for As, Bi and Sn. Atomisation temperature was also statistically significant for Sb determination. Optimum values of significant variables were selected by using univariate optimisation approaches. An aqueous calibration method was used throughout. The developed method has been found to be precise with relative standard deviations of 6.2, 5.3, 9.1 and 7.5% for 11 determinations in a filter sample containing 0.7, 1.0, 1.4 and 1.7 μg l⁻¹ for As, Bi, Sb and Sn, respectively. Results obtained by direct solid sampling-HG-ETAAS have been found statistically comparable with those obtained after conventional method based on an acid digestion followed to ICP-MS. Absolute detection limits were 37, 15, 30, and 41 ng l⁻¹ for As, Bi, Sb and Sn, respectively. Detection limits referred to the air volume sampled (in the range of 0.020–0.050 ng m⁻³) were low enough for the determination of several hydride-forming elements from PM₁₀ and PM_2.5 samples collected in a non-polluted suburban area of A Coruña (NW Spain).

Fe3+-TiO2/SiO2光催化降解罗丹明B的研究

以硅胶为载体,采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了不同掺杂量的Fe3+-TiO2/SiO2光催化剂,并采用SEM,Raman和DRS等手段对其进行了分析和表征.以氙灯为光源,通过对可溶性染料罗丹明B的降解反应,考察了Fe3+-TiO2/SiO2催化剂的光催化活性,探讨了光催化反应中溶液pH值和起始浓度对催化反应的影响.     

8,10-二炔廿五碳酸LB膜的周期结构

合成了8,10-二炔廿五碳酸,在玻璃片、石英片和镀金片上沉积了它的LB膜,X-射线衍射研究了LB膜的周期结构和聚合对它的影响。在2θ=1°—15°范围内观察到了多达7个布拉格衍射峰。由此计算了等同周期和分子在基片上的倾斜角。用分子模型计算了衍射峰强度,得到了与实验结果相符合的衍射峰强度奇偶起伏现象。     

A study for quality evaluation of Taxilli Herba from different hosts based on fingerprint-activity relationship modeling and multivariate statistical analysis

In this study, a fingerprint-activity relationship modeling between chemical fingerprints and antirheumatic activity was established, and multivariate statistical analysis was used to evaluate the quality of Taxilli Herba (TH) from different hosts. Characteristic fingerprints of 20 batches of TH samples were generated by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole-time of flight tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-Triple TOF-MS/MS), and the similarity analysis was calculated based on thirteen common characteristic peaks by hierarchical clustering analysis (HCA). Subsequently, nine efficacy markers were discovered by combining fingerprints and antirheumatic activity through grey correlation analysis (GCA) and bivariate correlation analysis (BCA). Meanwhile, the content of 5 constituents in 9 markers was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with triple quadrupole-linear ion trap tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-QTRAP-MS/MS). The comprehensive quality of TH was assessed using multivariate statistical analysis, including principal components analysis (PCA) and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS). The results showed that a high dose of TH extract could markedly ameliorate arthritis damage compared to other doses, with flavonoids playing an important role in the antirheumatic activity. The comprehensive quality of samples from Morus alba L. (SS) was superior to those from Liquidambar formosana Hance (FXS). The present study will demonstrate the markers associated with efficacy, and provide an applicable strategy for more comprehensive quality control and evaluation of TH.
