The macroscopic dynamics of a kinetic equation involving a model wave-particle collision operator of plasma physics is investigated.
The Chapman-Enskog asymptotics is first considered in the framework of a hydrodynamic scaling. The obtained macroscopic model
still involves a kinetic variable, the particle energy in the rest frame of the fluid, but shares similarities with the compressible
Navier-Stokes equation of gas dynamics. Then a diffusive scaling is examined under the hypothesis of small perturbations of
a global equilibrium. In this case, the macroscopic model couples the usual incompressible Navier-Stokes with a diffusion
equation for the energy distribution function of the particles, constrained by an extended version of the Boussinesq relation.
In both cases, the effect of a Lorentz force term is developed, in the perspective of plasma physical modelling.

A series of photoresponsive‐group‐containing nanorings hosts with 12~14 Å in diameter is designed by introducing different number of azo groups as the structural composition units. And the host–guest interactions between fullerene C60 and those nanoring hosts were investigated theoretically at M06‐2X/6‐31G(d)//M06‐L/MIDI! and wB97X‐D/6‐31G(d) levels. Analysis on geometrical characteristics and host–guest binding energies revealed that the designed nanoring molecule (labeled as 7 ) which is composed by seven azo groups and seven phenyls is the most feasible host for encapsulation of C60 guest among all candidates. Moreover, inferring from the simulated UV‐vis‐NIR spectroscopy, the C60 guest could be facilely released from the cavity of the host 7 via configuration transformation between trans‐form and cis‐form of the host under the 563 nm photoirradiation. Additionally, the frontier orbital features, weak interaction regions, infrared, and NMR spectra of the C60@7 host–guest complex have also been investigated theoretically. © 2015 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

Unique hollow‐caged (MN4)nC6(10 ? n) (M = Zn, Mg, Fe, n = 1?6) complexes designed by introduction of n porphyrinoid fragments in C60 fullerene structure were proposed and the atomic and electronic structures were calculated using LC‐DFT MPWB95 and M06 potentials and 6‐311G(d)/6‐31G(d) basis sets. The complexes were optimized using various symmetric configurations from the highest Oh to the lowest C1 point groups in different spin states from S = 0 (singlet) to S = 7 (quindectet) for M = Fe to define energetically preferable atomic and electronic structures. Several metastable complexes were determined and the key role of the metal ions in stabilization of the atomic structure of the complexes was revealed. For Fe6N24C24, the minimum energy was reported for C2h, D2h, and D4h symmetry of pentet state S = 2, so the complex can be regarded as unique molecular magnet. It was found that the metal partial density of states determine the nature of HOMO and LUMO levels making the clusters promising catalysts. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 相似文献

In this work, acid functionalized multi-wall carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were modified with imidazolium-based ionic liquids. The selective oxidation of various alcohols with hydrogen peroxide catalyzed by[PZnMo2W9O39]5-, ZnPOM, supported on ionic liquids-modified with MWCNTs, MWCNTAPIB, is reported. This catalyst[ZnPOM@APIB-MWCNT], was characterized by X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and FT-IR spectroscopic methods. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of radiation on the content of animal diet constituents using global metabolomics. Aqueous methanolic extracts of control and cobalt‐60‐irradiated Teklad 7001 diets were comprehensively analyzed using nano‐liquid chromatography–MS/MS. Among the over 2000 ions revealed by XCMS followed by data preprocessing, 94 positive and 143 negative metabolite ions had greater than 1.5‐fold changes and p‐values <0.01. Use of MetaboAnalyst statistical software demonstrated complete separation of the irradiated and non‐radiated diets in unsupervised principal components analysis and supervised partial least squares discriminant analysis. Irradiation led to an increase in the content of phytochemicals such as glucosinolates and oxidized lipids in the diet. Twenty‐eight metabolites that were significantly changed in the irradiated samples were putatively identified at the level of molecular formulae by MS/MS. MS/MSALL analysis of chloroform–methanol extracts of the irradiated diet showed increased levels of a number of unique linoleic acid‐derived branched fatty acid esters of hydroxy fatty acids. These data imply that gamma irradiation of animal diets causes chemical changes to dietary components, which in turn may influence the risk of mammary cancer. Recently, there is a growing interest in the spectral approximation by the Prolate Spheroidal Wave Functions (PSWFs) . This is due to the promising new contributions of these functions in various classical as well as emerging applications from Signal Processing, Geophysics, Numerical Analysis, etc. The PSWFs form a basis with remarkable properties not only for the space of band-limited functions with bandwidth c, but also for the Sobolev space . The quality of the spectral approximation and the choice of the parameter c when approximating a function in by its truncated PSWFs series expansion, are the main issues. By considering a function as the restriction to of an almost time-limited and band-limited function, we try to give satisfactory answers to these two issues. We study the recovery of Hermitian low rank matrices from undersampled measurements via nuclear norm minimization. We consider the particular scenario where the measurements are Frobenius inner products with random rank-one matrices of the form for some measurement vectors , i.e., the measurements are given by . The case where the matrix to be recovered is of rank one reduces to the problem of phaseless estimation (from measurements ) via the PhaseLift approach, which has been introduced recently. We derive bounds for the number m of measurements that guarantee successful uniform recovery of Hermitian rank r matrices, either for the vectors , , being chosen independently at random according to a standard Gaussian distribution, or being sampled independently from an (approximate) complex projective t-design with . In the Gaussian case, we require measurements, while in the case of 4-designs we need . Our results are uniform in the sense that one random choice of the measurement vectors guarantees recovery of all rank r-matrices simultaneously with high probability. Moreover, we prove robustness of recovery under perturbation of the measurements by noise. The result for approximate 4-designs generalizes and improves a recent bound on phase retrieval due to Gross, Krahmer and Kueng. In addition, it has applications in quantum state tomography.
