The relationship between the 13C and 17O NMR chemical shifts and the dihedral energies (non-bonding interactions) of 1,4-dioxaspiro[4.4]nonane, 1,4-dioxa- and 6,10-dioxaspiro[4.5]decane, 1,4-dioxa- and 6,11-dioxaspiro[4.6]undecane, 1,5-dioxaspiro[5.5]undecane, 1,5-dioxa and 7,12-dioxaspiro[5.6]dodecane and 1,6-dioxaspiro[6.6]tridecane were analyzed. These data showed correlation of the non-bonding interactions with the chemical shift of the spiranic carbon, as well as a linear relationship between 13C and 17O.  相似文献

Stereochemistry of 7-aryl-1,7,8,8a-tetrahydro-3(2H)-indolizinones was studied by1H and13C NMR. Complete assignment of1H NMR signals and analysis of1H-1H coupling constants were performed using the iterative PANIC program. Values of3 J 6,7,3 J 7,8endo, and4 J 5,7 allow one to unambiguously identify the correspondingexo- andendo-stereoisomers. For stereoisomers with exo-orientation of H(7), complete assignment of13C NMR signals was performed on the basis of analysis of the13C-1H coupling constants using two dimensional heteronuclear shift-correlating spectroscopy.Translated fromIzvestiya Akademii Nauk. 2-Hydroxy-13-oxo-tricyclo[7.3.1.02,7]tridecane derivatives can be obtained by reaction of cyclohexanone with alcohols under alkaline conditions. The unambiguous assignment of all signals of the1H-NMR- and13C-NMR-spectrum is possible by 2D-1H-13C-shift correlation and 2D-INADEQUATE. Compound1 crystallizes in space group P21/n witha=8.518 (1),b=14.789 (2),c=19.321 (2) Å, =94.91 (1)°,Z=8,D c =1.22 Mg cm–3. The structure refined toR=0.100 andR w =0.097 for 1719 observed reflections. Several complexes of the formula trans-[Pt(Meug)(Am)Cl2], Meug: methyleugenol (4-allyl-1,2-dimethoxybenzene), a η2-coordinated olefin, and Am: ammine, methylamine, diethylamine, o-toluidine, m-toluidine, p-toluidine, o-anisidine, m-anisidine and p-anisidine have been prepared. (1R,4R)-2-(4-Hydroxybenzylidene)- and (1R,4R)-2-(4"-hydroxybiphenyl-4-yl)methylene-p-menthan-3-ones were synthesized by condensation of (–)-menthone with O-tetrahydropyran-2-yl derivatives of 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde and 4"-hydroxy-4-formylbiphenyl, respectively, in a DMSO—base medium followed by the removal of the protective group. The reactions of these hydroxy derivatives with 4-alkylbenzoic, 4-alkyloxybenzoic, trans-4-alkylcyclohexane-4-carboxylic, and 4"-alkylbiphenyl-4-carboxylic acids afforded three series of new chiral esters. Compounds containing the arylidene moiety with three benzene rings were found to exhibit liquid-crystalline properties. The characteristic features of these compounds are discussed based on the results of studies by polarizing microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry, and small-angle X-ray scattering. It was found that the mesomorphic compounds under study can form a smectic A mesophase, twist grain boundary mesophases (TGBA), and blue phases in a wide temperature range. Upon dissolution of certain of chiral compounds in 4"-cyano-4-pentylbiphenyl, a rather high twisting power and the thermal stabilizing effect on mesophases were observed.  相似文献

Abstract

A phytochemical investigation on the stems of Mappianthus iodoides led to the isolation of a new naturally occurring prenylated isoflavone, mappianthone A (1), together with seven known analogues (2?8). The structure of 1 was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic methods and the known compounds were identified by comparison with data reported in the literature. All isolated compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative activities against five human cancer cell lines: HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW480 in vitro. Compounds 1?8 showed significant antiproliferative effects against several human cancer cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 0.16 to 12.68?μM.

Zwitterionic amphiphiles of the general formula H(CH2)y + N(CH3)2(CH2)n PO2C6H 5 , where the number of intercharge methylenesn is varied, were studied in dilute aqueous solution. Their critical micellar concentrations show a peculiar variation withn, first increasing asn varies from 1 to 4 and then slowly decreasing as methylenes are added up to 10. This behavior is interpreted as being the consequence of two opposite contributions. The first is the classical CMC lowering due to the increase of hydrophobic character with the total number of methylene groups in the surfactant molecule. The second contribution is the increase in the dipole moment of the zwitterionic headgroup withn, leading to stronger dipole-dipole repulsions between headgroups at the micellar surface. Experimental results suggest that the dipole moment does not increase linearly withn because of the polymethylene chain flexibility. This is supported by13C NMR relaxation experiments.  相似文献

Irradiation of a mixture of 1-aryloxy-2-amino-9,10-anthraquinone and amines in benzene results in formation of the derivatives of 2-amino-1-hydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-9-alkyl(aryl)imines in a high yield. 2-Amino-1-hydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-9-aikylimines were shown by13C and15N NMR to exist predominantly in the enaminoquinoid form whereas 2-amino-1-hydroxy-9,10-anthraquinone-9-arylimines exist in the oxyimine form. A ~(13)C-NMR method is presented for a quantitative determination of the respective monomercomposition and sequence distributions in ethylene-1-octene copolymers prepared with supportedtitanium/magnesium catalyst. On the basis of the sequence distributions, the ethylene-1-octenecopolymerization mechanism was studied. It was found that the observed sequence distributions inethylene-1-octene copolymers are satisfactorily predicted by the two-site model M/M,in whichthe copolymerization proceeds according to first-order Markovian statistics at the two differentsites.  相似文献

Summary We consider the problem of studying the behaviour of the eigenvalues associated with spline functions with equally spaced knots. We show that they are wherem is the order of the spline andn, the number of knots.This result is of particular interest to prove optimality properties of the Generalized Cross-Validation Method and had been conjectured by Craven and Wahba in a recent paper.  相似文献
