A series of symmetrical S-shaped mesogens based on 4,4′-bis-(6-bromohexyloxy)biphenyl as a central unit containing two 2-{6-[4-(4-substitutedphenylazo)phenoxy]hexyloxy}phenol as side-chain groups has been successfully synthesised. The terminal substituent was varied from halogen (X = F, Cl, Br and I) to non-halogen (X = C2H5 and OC2H5). The oligomers with C2H5 and OC2H5 substituents exhibit predominantly the monotropic nematic (N) phase. The OC2H5-containing derivatives possess long-range stability of N phase than its C2H5-containing analogue in which it has small range of N phase stability. As for halogen-containing analogues, oligomer with F exhibits monotropic N phase whilst oligomers with Cl and Br exhibit monotropic N and smectic A (SmA) phases. In addition, homologue with Br shows additional phase which is smectic B (SmB) phase upon further cooling. However, the oligomers in which F, Cl and Br were substituted by I exhibits purely monotropic SmA and SmB phases. X-ray diffraction measurements reveal that the smectic phase is inclined to the monolayer structure.  相似文献

A synthetic pathway to the C-ring fragment of cotylenin A which emerged from our retrosynthetic analysis of cotylenin A is described. The catalytic asymmetric intramolecular cyclopropanation (CAIMCP) of the α-diazo-β-keto ester bearing 2,4,6-trimethylphenyl group as the ester part has been found to afford the crystalline product with high ee, which allowed to establish the approach to the C-ring fragment which required ten-pot operations. The developed approach would be beneficial to a large scale synthesis of the C-ring fragment for the total synthesis of cotylenin A.  相似文献

Photoinduced single electron transfer (SET) cyclization processes for synthesis of a Sansalvamide A analog containing double pharmacophores (cyclicpeptides and O-phthalimide moiety) is described to develop novel antitumor cyclopeptide drug. The resultant compound is active in drug-sensitive HeLa, HepG-2 and MCF-7 cell lines. Specifically, the title compound was found to inhibit MCF-7 cells with an IC50 value of 15 μM (13.4 μg/mL), which may serve as a potential candidate for antitumor drug development.  相似文献

1-Azabicyclo[3.3.0]oct-3-en-2-one derivatives were synthesized efficiently through the facile cascade reaction of 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) or 1,5-diazabicyclo[4.3.0]non-5-ene (DBN) with arylidene azlactones. This research provides a straightforward procedure for the synthesis of a novel class of multicyclic semi-alkaloids which shows good antimicrobial activity. Under catalyst-free, mild, and solventless condition, a wide range of fused tricyclic derivatives was obtained in high yields.  相似文献

For the first time, an efficient, simple, synthetic green protocol for the one-pot synthesis of functionalized 2-oxo-benzo[1,4]oxazines 2429 in water under ultrasound irradiation is presented. As compared to conventional methods, the present protocol avoids traditional chromatography and purification steps and furnished the target molecules in excellent yields (upto 98%) with no side products. The methodology was also demonstrated on gram scale synthesis. Moreover, functionalized 2-oxo-quinoxaline analogues 3133, another class of bio-active heterocyclic scaffolds, were also prepared using this method. For the first time, this protocol was successfully applied in the synthesis of the anticancer indole alkaloid, Cephalandole A 35.  相似文献

A new siderophore containing a 4,5-dihydroimidazole moiety was isolated from Pseudoalteromonas piscicida S2040 together with myxochelins A and B, alteramide A and its cycloaddition product, and bromo- and dibromoalterochromides. The structure of pseudochelin A was established by spectroscopic techniques including 2D NMR and MS/MS fragmentation data. In bioassays selected fractions of the crude extract of S2040 inhibited the opportunistic pathogen Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Pseudochelin A displayed siderophore activity in the chrome azurol S assay at concentrations higher than 50 μM, and showed weak activity against the fungus Aspergillus fumigatus, but did not display antibacterial, anti-inflammatory or anticonvulsant activity.  相似文献

石墨烯特有的褶皱层状结构以及银纳米粒子良好的催化性能,使其在电化学方面具有良好的应用潜能.本研究以柠檬酸钠为还原剂,通过水热反应原位制备出还原石墨烯/纳米银复合材料(rGO/AgNPs),用于修饰玻碳电极,研究了双酚A的电化学行为.循环伏安法(CV)和方波伏安法(SWV)的实验结果表明,双酚A可以在rGO/AgNPs修饰电极表面发生快速的氧化还原反应,基于此实现了对双酚A的高灵敏检测.在最优条件下,双酚A的氧化峰电流与其浓度在0.1~40.0μmol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.996),检出限为50.7 nmol/L(S/N=3).将其用于实际环境和塑料样品中双酚A的检测,回收率为91.7%~102.9%.  相似文献

本文通过水热法和多巴胺的自我团聚反应合成了磁性石墨烯@聚多巴胺(PDA@MG)纳米复合材料,该材料具有表面积大,含有丰富的π电子共轭体系、很好的水溶液分散性,易分离及可重复使用等特点。以PDA@MG为吸附剂材料,研究了其对水溶液中双酚A(BPA)的吸附性能。考察了吸附时间、温度、溶液的pH、吸附剂的用量等因素对该材料吸附性能的影响。结果表明在优化实验条件下,PDA@MG对BPA的最大吸附容量为151.3mg/g。PDA@MG具有优异的循环吸附性能,经过10次循环使用后其吸附能力没有明显减弱。  相似文献

A series of novel 1,2,3-benzotriazin-4-one derivatives were designed,synthesized and their inhibitory activities against leulcotriene A_4 hydrolase aminopeptidase in vitro were evaluated.Many compounds showed moderate to good activities at the concentration of 10 μmol/L.Among them,compound Ⅳ-16 exhibited the highest inhibitory activity up to 80.6% with an IC_(50) of 1.30 ± 0.20 μmol/L The compound Ⅳ-16 was also tested the proliferation inhibitory activities in THP1 human AML cell line and its binding model with LTA_4H enzyme by molecular docking was studied.It indicated that 1,2,3-benzotriazin-4-one was a promising scaffold for further study.The relationship between structure and inhibitory activity was also preliminarily discussed.  相似文献
